  A nice restaurant to have dinner after watching a great sunset at the Galé. We ordered the Campestre pizza and the lasagne. The Lasagne didn't seem very fresh but tasted alright. The pizza was good, although wasn't great. The service was just average, but the place was very clean and neat.   I emailed 4 weeks ahead for a table for 9 people We walked 30 mins with 3 small children to be greeted with "we have no reservation for you" I showed my returned email confirming my booking - "we have no table for 9 people" I persisted with wanting a table as I had booked weeks before - the arrogant young man said "what do you want me to do!" he then produced a piece of paper from somewhere with my booking details on it! - "you can sit outside" it was cold windy and we had 3 children - we were not sitting outside!   Just got back to hotel after eating at this restaurant, which looks lovely from the outside. Won't be going back. Service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for menus & to order drinks. Drinks took a further 10 minutes to arrive. We eventually ordered our food. Our main course came before our starter & the waiter was shocked when we asked for our starter. One waiter was very apologetic & helpful but the damage was done by that time. Did not enjoy the meal at all. Couldn't wait to leave.   Looked like a really nice restaurant so we wanted to try it last night. There was 9 of us and I’m gluten free. There was NO gluten free pasta or pizza you could only eat some of the starters or salads soo boring. The cocktails were not nice and the beers either.   Tale of two evenings. First night of holiday food was fabulous. Could not fault it. Returned the night after (there is not much else to do in Gaye!!) and the service was atrocious. Slow service. Given no menus or cutlery. One starter didn't arrive so I was offered it after the main! Shutting the place down whilst we were still eating. Charged for the item that didn't arrive and no apology.   Just came back to London from Portugal and this was my favourite restaurant of the few that I visited. Food was delicious, the staff were very attentive, courteous and helpful. Had the lasagne on my first visit, the mussel linguine on the second and the smoked salmon pasta on our final visit, all very tasty and delicious.   We ate here twice over the course of a week. On the first occassion I had the beef carpaccio and a pizza, both were delicious. On the second occassion I ordered the bruschetta which looked and tasted quite poor. I also had the bolognese, the sauce was salty and tasted like a ready meal.   The place is a real shame. The waiters have no idea at all. Order 2 beers , didn't turn up . Had to chase them . Ordered starter main meal. Bottle of water . Water never turned up .   Wanted to find a good restaurant around our hotel and came across this one, and have to say it was lovely. The food was great. We kicked things by ordering their cold meat platter alongside 2 larger beers followed by chicken pasta and meat pizza. The service was amazing too. I love the decor of this place, it's been over a year that they've opened but they are doing really well and would recommend visiting if you are nearby.   I went to massa fina and it was disastrous. I waited ONE HOUR AND A HALF for my pizza. And even though that kind of thing can happen to anyone, what upsets me the most is the fact that no one addressed the problem. No one apologised for the lateness. I think the sizing of the restaurant is completly wrong. They have a way too big restaurant for such a small kitchen. In case of a full house, this will just keep happening if they don’t hire more people.   Seemed like a nice place, but was not impressed with the food nor the service. The breadsticks were way too hard to chew, the starters were fine, and the mains were small. The desserts were okay too, nothing exciting. Service was a bit slow, and struggled with English. When they took our starter plates, we had the cutlery on them, so they asked if we wanted clean sets for the main... Then we had to ask for cutlery for the desert.   Those of us that had pasta dishes, salads or the garlic bread were happy with our meal, really happy in fact. Two of my friends ordered pizza, one of which was relatively nice.   Wow! We drove past this place on the way to the beach on a lovely warm day and we are glad we came back. We found it to be quiet and very friendly.   Really nice beach, although somewhat more crowded than the rest in the area. Guess that's due to the existence of the huge car park as well as the beach bar / restaurant. Also very family friendly. My suggestion (if you want a bit more privacy) is to walk past the beach though the trail and set up in one of the following coves there. Don't forget to bring water and food with you, and always make sure you pick up garbage. There are plenty of bins spread across the entire area. Acho que isso se deve à existência do enorme parque de estacionamento, bem como do bar/restaurante da praia. Também muito familiar. Minha sugestão (se você quiser um pouco mais de privacidade) é passar pela praia pela trilha e se instalar em uma das enseadas a seguir. Não se esqueça de levar água e comida e certifique-se sempre de recolher o lixo. Existem muitas lixeiras espalhadas por toda a área.
