  Never judge a book by it's cover. We thought the place was closed! But going through the door from the industrial looking car park it became apparent that this place was special. And it was. The atmosphere, staff and superb food made this one of our finest dining experiences in a long time. Steaks cooked to perfection and presented in an elegant way, we will be going back.   Came here for a late lunch at 4pm. Highly recommend. I had the entrecôte, and my partner had the lobster pasta. I could eat here everyday. Max looked after us, and was fantastic.   What an exceptional place! Definitely a must if you want an amazing steak cooked to perfection, and the truffle mash was incredible. We ordered the tomato bruschetta which was juicy and fresh. We both had the Argentinian entrecote steak. It was probably the best steak I have eaten, still juicy with a nice char.   I had Truffle Ravioli and two rounds of Bulldog G&T. The food was so delicious and the drink was really good too. We were sitting indoors however the outside part is also really beautiful, unfortunately it was too cold for us to sit there. Staff were friendly and sufficient.   Serviço nulo, falta de transparência. Pedimos um T-bone a (69€) maturado para 2 pessoas seguindo o peso indicado no menu (1Kg a 1,2 Kg) para nossa surpresa recebemos um pedaço menor que o entrecosto de 300g encomendado pelos meus amigos. Havia precisamente 5 quadrados de carne. Quando alegamos que o peso não correspondia ao anunciado, ofereceram-se para oferecer a sobremesa apenas para mim. Tive que insistir para que o gerente do quarto ajustasse o preço da peça encomendada. Carne de qualidade, é uma pena não haver ninguém qualificado para aconselhar o vinho.

A comida era boa, mas para o preço não é fantástica. Não fica na lista "a repetir"! Agradeço desde já a resposta mas não podia deixar de baixar a minha classificação.   Cliente habitual desde há alguns anos. Infelizmente deparamos-nos com um gerente sem noção e sem profissionalismo. Depois de 40 minutos a aguardar, fomos brindados com "... nao vale a pena reclamar, que temos mais clientes..." Nunca mais lá volto. É muito triste um restaurante que tem boa comida, ter um gerente que nao tem, capacidade, educacao e profissionalismo. Como nao consigo responder de outra maneira, aqui vai: Nao sei que historia o V/ gerente contou para se justificar, mas o que responderam é totalmente falso, ninguem insultou nenhum colaborador do restaurante, nem sequer o gerente, já o contrario nao podemos dizer, falta de respeito para com os clientes que esperaram cerca de 40 minutos, mesmo depois de termos pedido essa atenção. Justificar a demora, com um "... temos mais clientes á espera..." é no minimo falta de profissionalismo e respeito. Se ainda vêem justificar o comportamento do gerente e atirar as culpas para os clientes, então estao bem uns para os outros... Restaurante a evitar, mais ridiculo é que a razão e do mais imbecil possível... Arrogancia, falta de profissionalismo e respeito, mantenham que pode ser que os clientes continuem a gostar. Quando nao existem argumentos e razao, inventa-se... Lamentavel o comportamento desse gerente e tambem o teor desta resposta.

  Uma das piores experiências que tive num restaurante, Mais de 1 uma hora e meia à espera de um T-Bone, foi a peça de carne mais mal preparada que apanhei no país! T-Bone foi cortado para selar a carne as postas e depois voltado a ser montado, ainda por cima vinha fria no meio!   We were excited to try this place as the reviews were good. We were seated quickly and orders taken. After over an hour of waiting and seeing other tables get their food we tried to flag down our waiter. He was non existent so we went to the bar to see if our order was put in. Unfortunately our main course was but none of the starters were. Our server tried to say we didn’t order any appetizers…. They offered to bring the steak out first then our appetizers as the steak was ready. They tried to rectify the situation by comping two glasses of $4 wine. Food was exceptional but the lack of service from our original waiter soured the experience. The remaining wait staff were very helpful and put in effort to make up for Rob Gronkowski’s lawful service.   Service was awful. We had no allocated server to our table, which was great at the start (when it was quiet) as all the staff were attentive and served us quickly. As the restaurant got busier, we were left much to our own devices. We waited 25 minutes for 1 drink to arrive, which we had to ask for 3 times. The server who eventually brought the drink said ‘it is waiting on the bar, would you like me to bring it?’. We had to ask for them to bring us dessert menus.   The best restaurant in Albufeira, my boyfriend & I went for our anniversary & we’re in love with this place & the staff… The place is beautiful, an open space perfectly conditioned but without losing the essence of a steak house; From the entrance with Beatriz smiling & super friendly taking us to the table until the kitchen, all the food was incredible.   Lovely steak meal, truffle mash gorgeous. Staff wonderful. Looks lovely inside, lovely atmosphere , very clean, looks nothing from the outside, but stunning inside, sat outside, lovely in the evening with little lights on the tables. Well worth a visit for the steak, more expensive than normal, my steak was 39 euros can go up to 125 euros for shared platters ....worth it. Had a shared chocolate pudding , very rich and yummy.   I mean this is the best place we’ve eaten all holiday and probably the best steak we’ve ever eaten. The staff were amazing and friendly, offered blankets as it was a bit cold outside.   The quality of the food didn't match the price. The setting here is beautiful and the staff were lovely but the food was just ok. When you pay €4 for your red wine demi-glace and €6 for 6 pieces of asparagus, to accompany your steak, you expect it to be finger licking good and it wasn't. Plus, the steak was cut really thinly, making it difficult for any chef to not over cook it but when you order a medium rare steak in a steak house then that's what you expect to get.   avoid this place if you want a really good steak rare grilled: this is what I ordered; quite expensive; but I got a boring thin steak, soft and grey outside and the same inside. It looked and tasted like a slightly bigger bifana. This is not what I expect from a gorgeous steak in a specialized steak house at a gorgeous price of more than 50€. The terrace is nice, but we were there when an excellent fado singer lady was singing starting at 8 PM, very good but far too early and so loud that we were not able to speak with our friends during dinner. This is not the mistake of the artist but of bad management. We would have loved to stay longer with a few drinks, had the artist started at 10 PM. Waiting staff were excellent, and looked after us well, including working with our gluten-free needs. Presentation was excellent, and portion sizes just right.   Entrecote was extremely fatty, chewy to the point of being inedible. I wasn’t massively hungry and everyone else enjoyed their food, so I didn’t send it back, but the waiter noticed that I hadn’t eaten a lot of it when he cleared the plates, so he asked me if everything was okay. I said that to be honest it was very fatty, and he proceeded to lecture me about how I should have ordered a leaner cut. Another person on the table ordered the entrecôte and it was not as fatty as mine, so I don’t think the cut was the issue. I didn’t proactively complain, I was simply asked for feedback so I gave it. Very unprofessional response (no “thank you for the feedback”, “can I get you anything else to eat instead …”). Limoncello cheesecake was bad, all who ordered agreed. Bizarre presentation (no biscuit base so more of a mousse than a cheesecake, and wrapped in paper??) and no taste of limoncello (there was lemon curd in it and the lemon flavour was strong, but absolutely no alcohol). Sometimes it’s best to keep things simple. The other desserts and the drinks were good. A few staff members really stood out as being fantastic, and this is a beautiful restaurant. The restaurant just needs to reign in the pretentiousness a bit and refocus on basic things that will improve the customer experience. Às vezes é melhor manter as coisas simples. As outras sobremesas e as bebidas eram boas. Alguns membros da equipe realmente se destacaram por serem fantásticos, e este é um lindo restaurante. O restaurante só precisa controlar um pouco a pretensão e focar novamente em coisas básicas que irão melhorar a experiência do cliente.

Os preços, principalmente das bebidas e coquetéis, são baixos para o que é oferecido. O entrecosto dos EUA era macio e suculento e tinha um sabor excelente. Secondly, the pasta…to drool for and the asparagus garlic sauce 🤤. Third, what restaurant is open these hours??? Noon onwards with no closing break! You can avoid long wait times by eating in that break when most restaurants in Portugal are closed from 3 to 7 pm. Fourth, this place has its own huge parking lot, most places are difficult because I spend a good portion just looking for parking.   Unfortunately we did not have a great experience this time around, my parents had visited during the week and enjoyed themselves so we came as a group. The setting is very good and well decorated. However the service was not up to par. The main male host took our drinks starters and mains all at once. The sangrias we ordered took over an hour and a half to come, just before our mains. The food and steaks while very tasty were all cold. The mains were very flavourful but the steak mash and sides etc. were too cold and some had to be sent back. We unfortunately felt ignored the entire time but when we addressed our concerns staff were helpful. Despite this I would most definitely like to return again and hopefully have a different experience. The setting is great and very unexpected as we have drove past here in previous years and not realised what was there. They also host an American bbq on Sundays and have good early bird options.   We had high expectations of this place, after checking the reviews and the website… but it was just disappointing 😕 the egg appetizer was quite bland, the cheese croquettes were nice but missing that little extra (like fried parsley and a hint of lemon). My husband ordered a steak but it was not as nice as a steak we had last week in Faro. The mashed potato that came with it was just 1 spoon basically. My pasta with lobster was overcooked and had exactly 3 pieces of lobster meat in it. The desserts were ok, but nothing special either. All in all, not worth the money.   Easily the best restaurant around the marina. Lovely inside, good service and creative, well made food. 2 adults and 2 kids came to 70 Euro which we found good value. We had a not so exciting burger and chips type meal in a different restaurant at the marina the night before and it came to 62 Euro! So Puerto madero is definitely worth a few quid more.   A great find. After driving to a restaurant to find it was closed we headed towards the marina to see what was there. We spotted Puerto Madero and headed in. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we were served drinks very quickly. We both went for the tornedo steaks, and we were not disappointed. Cooked to perfection!
