  Absolutely awful, worst meal I’ve ever had in a restaurant. A one star is even too generous. Waiter was half asleep, asked for three strawberry milkshakes we were giving 3 chocolate, my fish was fried for so long that it was completely dry, my daughters pasta carbonara was tasteless she said, my 6 year chips and nuggets were over cooked dry and inedible, my husband ordered tuna steak it was disgusting he said he couldn’t eat his food either.   We were very disappointed with both the service and the meal. Our main course was brought out before the starters had been cleared away. The steaks were cold and my husband’s was cooked medium but he asked for very well done. We sent them back to be heated but there was no apology or any comment by any staff member at anytime. It was very unprofessional. Tried to get the bill for ages and eventually we got it and at no point were asked was the food ok even though my husband left the steak.   Really nice experience here, the man outside wasn't pushy at all to get us inside. Waiting staff were very friendly, drinks well priced and the food was great. Nice and relaxing atmosphere, we arrived about 8pm and left at 9.30pm and it was busy by then.   We went for dinner there. The place is ok. The food is good, but not wowing. We asked for olives and bread, but the waiter forgot and brought them with the main. I think there was a football game and everybody was paying attention (I understood that Benfica is quite disliked as a team - not a sports fan 😂). The place is clean and the staff is friendly.   We came here because of the reviews but nothing was as expected. The prawn (starter) was good but the fish (main course) was really not warm when they brought it and the taste was just average. The siders (potato and vegetables) tasted like canned food! And worst of all, the glass of Rosé was awful so we had to change it to white wine. The two stars is only for the service and the prawns.
