  The most unpolite and arrogant barman we've ever met. We were sleeping in the same structure of the hotel. We asked the receptionist, really a kind and helpful girl, the opening time of the bar kitchen. She told us that they were open and served food until ten pm. We went to the bar at 5:00 to have a look to the menu. The barman told us, in a quite an arrogant way, that they had no sides apart from fries and just four kinds of burgers out of ten. No prob for us. At 6:30 we were there again to eat, the bar was almost empty but the barman told us, in such an unpolite way, that they had finished everything and they had just fries. Instead of "sorry", he told us that he worked at the bar and not in the kitchen so he couldn't know and it wasn't his problem. I mean: we were the customers and he was the only person there to talk to: it's obvious that he had to know and take care. We had to walk for twenty minutes to get to the nearest pizzeria: everything around was closed. When we came back, there were other people in the bar and they were eating salads and...burgers! O barman nos disse, de uma forma bastante arrogante, que eles não tinham acompanhamentos além de batatas fritas e apenas quatro tipos de hambúrgueres em cada dez. Não há problema para nós. Às 18h30 estávamos lá novamente para comer, o bar estava quase vazio mas o barman disse-nos, de uma forma tão pouco educada, que tinham acabado tudo e só tinham batatas fritas. Em vez de "desculpe", ele nos disse que trabalhava no bar e não na cozinha, então não poderia saber e não era problema dele. Quer dizer: nós éramos os clientes e ele era a única pessoa com quem conversar: é óbvio que ele tinha que saber e se cuidar. Tivemos que caminhar vinte minutos para chegar à pizzaria mais próxima: tudo em volta estava fechado. Quando voltamos, havia outras pessoas no bar e elas estavam comendo saladas e hambúrgueres! Incrível: primeira vez na minha vida. Demita aquele barman, por favor!

  Sour and bad vibes. Have come here for many years, stayed 5-6 times at the hostel and loved it, great vibe, staff and food. Today I received the worst, most sour, dispectful and rude treatment from the barman, such negative energy and rude treatment. This place used to be nice but has gone down. Will never be back.   Horrible Service. They’re not willing to add anything to the burger. Their explanation to this, is that it gets messy when there are too many people but there where only two other tables eating. Very lazy attitude in general and no con-session to any customer services. Never experienced anything like this before. So if you want to have a nice burger don’t visit this place.   Wow. I didn't expect soo good burger when I came here. I ordered hokapia burger and it was delicious. Definitely in the top 3 burgers I ate in my life.
