  Really lovely restaurant located out in the nature reserve and adjacent the beach. Views from the table are amazing and the restaurant is very light and bright. The waiter's and waitresses are really freindly and give you a warm welcome. There is a wide selection of fish and meat based dishes with a good selection of wines and other drinks.   I've never seen service like this before. A glitch let us book a reservation for 6pm closing - we didn't know The Bold Octopus was a lunch spot! But they didn't just seat us in the empty restaurant, they did something amazing. They asked if we could put our order in quick since the kitchen was closed, but said there was no rush once the food was fired. Obviously we offered to leave, but they insisted we stay, even with two kiddos under 2 at our table! We ordered fast and they gave us the best experience imaginable, letting the kids run around and turning the mistake into an endearing moment and unforgettable experience. It was beyond nice of them - so kind, accommodating, and as you already know, amazing good food and views. I seriously can't rave enough about this restaurant, the team, the drinks - everything was just out of this world! An absolute must-visit! (Traduzido pelo Google) Nunca vi um serviço assim antes.   It’s a nice place The staff is very friendly, the food is good, but it’s overpriced I had a grilled fish (sea bream) and my gf had an octopus. I never expected to pay 35€ for a grilled sea bream and it was a very simple fish with nothing on the side (although delicious), whilst my gf had an octopus with some tasty veggies on the side and her dish was in general more visually appealing yet cheaper. The price for the fish doesn’t appear on the menu, so not very transparent and it’s too much for the fish that I got. Overall the restaurant is overpriced. 6€ you pay for couvert with just bread, a bit of hummus and butter and olive oil.   Amazing place for dinner, delicious food, and great service. We had a few starters, calamari, tuna tostada, and choice of bread. Main dishes, seabass with lime risotto, seaweed and grain soya salad, extra spinach with garlic and almonds, and chicken piri piri burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was absolutely fresh and tasty. Next to that, I ordered sangria and white wine, with some advice, and I fid enjoyed it a lot. I can't recommend more.   Really great sea food with good choice of dishes. Portions are good size. Service was great from start to finish It’s more of a restaurant with great views on the beach than a beach bar. Sun set views on terrace or roof are stunning. The roof has a band and DJ later which is nice for a little dance if you wish but quite small. Deff worth a visit.   I've been to the Bold Octopus many of times in the past and the food has always been excellent. Myself and 5 girl friends turned up on a Sunday without a reservation, however we were told we could order food on the terrace or decking area however that wasn't the case when we arrived. They were fully booked and were not doing food outside on that Sunday. Marcus, the Manager, made an exception for us and provided us with 5 star service the entire afternoon.   A beautiful place for a beach restaurant. There is paid parking however also some spots that are free. If you drive a little further you can park your car for free. You can then walk back to the restaurant over a beautiful wooden pathway. You will find more restaurants on the way but the Bold Octopus 🐙 is one of my favorites. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They speak English very well and they are dressed smartly. Even Though the restaurant was full the service was quick. The dishes were fresh and very tasty.   Good food overall. I liked my fish with lime risotto. We had the calamari which was ok, similar to the shrimp app dish. Mussels needed a bit more flavor. I loved the live music on Saturday. They started playing around 2pm and made the restaurant vibe a lot livelier. I’m not sure I’d come back to food, but I would come back to the live music and drinks. Reasonably priced at 19 euros The other two opted for the chicken burger with one having chips and the other having baby potatoes. They have said that it was without doubt, the most scrumptious burger that they ever had and that was priced at 17 euros, again, well worth the price.
