We had the ragu pizza and portogallo pizza with a beer and a soft drink which came to €33. Just watch out when you get the bill to see if you get charged for the breadsticks even if you don’t eat them! Would recommend coming here and we will return in the future. We had to pay for breadsticks that was on our table and we were in the end «forced» to leave as they were closing at 11PM.. all over bad experience and would not recommend at all.   Best pizza we had in the Algarve. The dough was fantastic, thin on the inside, thick and chewy on the outside. Good toppings. It was quite authentic Naples style which is really hard to come by, so we were positively surprised. They have biancas, too. For the tomatier ones, I would have preferred less tomato sauce though.   Visited as we were after a proper wood fired pizza and it didn't disappoint. We were looking at Pepperino prior to our trip and looked forward to visiting. The restaurant is very clean and the team there were super welcoming. Great selection of pizza and pasta and the oven looked amazing at the back of the restaurant. We were seated on the first floor, our drink and food order was taken quickly and the food appears just as quick! The pizza's were amazing, well worth the visit to Alvor. After we had some ice cream which is made in house and was the perfect way to round off the meal. Pepperino was fantastic. The pizza and ice cream is amazing as are the team.   Service is excellent here, the staff really make this restaurant great. I ordered the seafood pasta and was told there was no seafood then all of a sudden the seafood was available, I found that strange. Pasta was extremely salty but the waiter sorted it out for me. The fried seafood was salty too but otherwise nice. The pizza was nice, my husband also ordered pesto pasta but both pastas was a little over done. The waiters were happy to rectify everything but I was too hungry to send anything back. The tiramisu was nice but could've had more coffee on the biscuits.   Myself and my parents ate at Pepperino this evening. Yes it is undoubtedly a very nice restaurant however the portion sizes are very small. I ordered the lasagna, which was decent, however for €13 I expected something much more than 5 bites before finishing and absolutely no side order. I left still very hungry and I am not much of an eater. My parents enjoyed the quality of the meal however my Father agreed that he could have eaten at least double what he received.
