  We stopped by this restaurant after visiting Carvoeiro beach. We visited the area a few times before deciding to eat down there - I'm so sorry we didn't try there sooner in our holiday. Promptly seated, and menus given. A really good choice of food available from small dish nibbles, to full on meals. We were eating out that evening so just a small nibble was our choice, we ordered the Angus mini burgers (x2) and the tempura battered prawns with house soy and ginger dipping sauce (omg this was soooo good) and a side of potato bravas, enough to say I wish we'd have utilised this restaurant more and found it sooner. But sadly not - but does give us scope to revisit on our next holiday. I also took a trip to the loo while there - the toilets are really clean, fully stocked and smelled clean too- that for me is an idea as to what their kitchens are run like, a clean toilet often meals a clean kitchen. The business is very well run, staff were very attentive, and really reasonable food prices. Food was hot - you could tell it was freshly cooked to order, yet the waiting wasn't too long (around 20mins) and that was with every table outside full! Mas, infelizmente, não - mas nos dá margem para revisitar em nossas próximas férias. Eu também fiz uma visita ao banheiro enquanto estava lá - os banheiros são realmente limpos, totalmente abastecidos e cheiravam a limpeza também - isso para mim é uma idéia de como suas cozinhas funcionam, um banheiro limpo geralmente alimenta uma cozinha limpa. O negócio é muito bem administrado, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e os preços dos alimentos são realmente razoáveis. A comida estava quente - você poderia dizer que foi preparada na hora, mas a espera não foi muito longa (cerca de 20 minutos) e isso foi com todas as mesas do lado de fora cheias!   This is just okay food. The burger was requested medium, came out rare/uncooked for a large part of the middle of the burger. Açaí bowl could have had more açaí and less yogurt.   Excellent meal, best so far during our 4 days on the Algarve. The staff were very friendly, service was efficient and the food superb. My wife and I went for the Poké Bowl with a side of roasted vegetables. Tofu was cooked to perfection, crisp on the outside and the best tasting I've ever had.   Great spot, right by the beach and with spacious outdoor seating with the best view of Carvoeiro beach. For breakfast we had the XL breakfast, açaí bowl and scrambled egg on toast and everything was well presented and delicious. Our only qualm was that the juice of the day is €6.50 and we didn't realize that until payment - obviously we should have known that when we ordered because it is very clearly stated on the menu so I can't hold that against them and it was actually delicious - but a disproportionate price for Portugal.   Been a few times during a week's stay, and the food is delicious. Squid, prawns, chicken popcorn and the mini Angus burgers highly recommended. Staff are another matter. There is one fantastic waitress called Bellania who is the best, always friendly, always with a smile, and always came over when none of the other waitresses seemed interested in bringing menu's, asking how the food was, or generally being friendly or attentive. However - one should double check the price for the fresh fish before ordering. 95€ per KG seems like a rip off. Would still recommend however, as we really enjoyed our stay and the food.   The place is nice but that is the only positive thing I can think of. The coffee was ok (nothing special) -3,5€. It took them 30 minutes to bring a toast and the poached egg was hard-boiled egg.   The guacamole I ordered unfortunately arrived with two flies, and no apology was offered for this oversight. Both the chicken and tofu bowls contained unlisted ingredients, and the teriyaki sauce was missing. To add to the disappointment, when the plates were being cleared, sauce was accidentally dropped on my shirt, yet no acknowledgment or apology was made. The staff attitude was disappointing.   Great location as it’s right next to the beach, but it’s extremely busy at all times. The staff were really friendly, but service was a little slow (especially for 2 salads) and one of our pieces of popcorn chicken was undercooked. We talked to the server and she was great for offering us another bowl, but it just turned us off a little bit. Decided to try and return for their dinner menu at sunset, but because of their “level” options, they had no tables in the upstairs floor for dinner. At the first level, you can only be served snacks/bites, so basically the lunch menu.   You can’t beat the location to the beach. We went there for lunch and the decor and atmosphere was nice. To eat we got the crispy squid (a bit chewy) the garlic prawns (yummy!) the Caesar salad and the nachos. I did not like the salad or the nachos. While the squid was chewy the flavor was nice.   We celebrated my 50th birthday at LEVELS in August 2022 and couldn’t rate the service, food and location more highly. Sharon the owner was involved in the organisation from the start and helped my wife with all arrangements which made it such a brilliant day. We had the upstairs terrace for a lunch and drinks for about 20 guests and everyone was blown away by the food. Daniel the chef, who is originally from Portimão but has experience working in top restaurants in London and elsewhere spoke with us before the day to plan a sensational menu of fresh, local produce, combining traditional Portuguese cuisine with a Scottish twist to make me feel at home!   Had some iced coffees is here and small tapa style plates. The toast with pesto and mozzarella was delicious and so were the chips. Cocktails at the other tables looked great.   The first time I came here was for their Christmas brunch which was $20 euros per person- really a great deal for a coffee, mimosa and a platter of bites. I am glad I did and my biggest recommendation would be to try their signature cocktail. It was my favorite drink I tried! I came back just for the drink and tried the bruschetta and some guacamole.   Fantastic meal tonight at Levels! A little quiet given the time of year but a lovely atmosphere nevertheless. A very unassuming menu, but every single dish delivered huge flavour, freshness and some beautiful presentation! We were unaware it was Daniel Marreiros cooking until I spotted him in the kitchen. We were outside in the rain trying to find the door when the staff at reception came to our rescue - from then on we were made to feel like we were the most important people there 🙂 The food was equally delicious.   We went there for two times. The waiters and waitresses were polite but the Menues seem very old, dirty and used. The second time we went there I got a completely wrong meal and I had to show the waitress that it’s obviously not that what I have ordered because she could not believe. So my food came later and I had to eat without my friends. That was not the problem because she was very friendly to us but Probably we had some issues with the quality of the fish, we all got sick. Also the „wasabi“ majonese has never seen any wasabi. So to compare the first and the second visit - the first was fine but at the second the food was served „without love“ - no decoration, the burgers were almost cold, the fish had a bad smell etc. maybe different cooks?   My partner and I visited the restaurant whilst staying in Carvoeiro for a friend’s wedding back in May, we didn't expect much as were only looking for a quick bite after a beach day but were really blown away by food. The tuna tartare was one of the best things we’ve eaten all year, all the seafood was perfectly cooked -ordering a load of small plates creates a great 'tapas'. Really recommend for foodies in the area. Staff were super helpful and the décor is cool and chic. There is also a great selection of drinks including fresh juices and goodness!   Service here is absolutely horrible! We came in for a table of two and sat for about 25 minutes, not one person came to us to drop a menu or even water. We eventually just got up and left after about 25-30 minutes. To make it even worse, the next day, while at the beach there, I went to the walk up bar to grab a drink… literally 20 minutes standing there not one person asked to help me, so against I just left.   Rude and indifferent staff!!! We have done nothing but say how friendly everyone has been during this holiday, it’s not the case at Levels. Staff are up themselves and rude, took ages to get served and we were at best grunted at if not completely ignored during the process. Coffee and cake was nice when it eventually arrived we had to ask for the bill 3 times and eventually gave up and went to the counter, it was not peak time and they were not particularly busy.   The service was great, I cannot fault that. However, I was disappointed in the menu and found there isn't much choice that fits everyone. The nachos need serious improvement and so do the mini burgers. The nachos came as just plain tortilla chips in a bowl with a tiny bit of mashed avocado and 4 thin slices of radish on the side? Is this really nachos? Would love to see an option for a normal burger one day and fries would be nice, I came in with my dad and we both have different tastes in food. I do like healthy fresh options, but my dad does not. The service and interior of the place are really wonderful and the location is spot on but honestly, the menu was disappointing.. would love to see something more suitable for everyone.   We had the pleasure of celebrating my husbands 35th 'business anniversary' at LEVELS. In one word: amazing! Sharon and the entire staff really outdid themselves. We enjoyed great service, great food and drinks. All of our wishes good taken care of. They even surprised us with a delicious personalized cake for dessert! We think LEVELS is a great asset to the Carvoeiro square. Can't wait to visit them again. Kudos!   I love this place in summer! Yummy poke bowls with a stunning view of the beach! The staff is friendly and attentive. The coffee orders can sometimes go wrong, especially if you want coffee with nut milk and not normal dairy milk, so be careful before you take a sip🐄 (Traduzido pelo Google) Adoro este lugar no verão!   Horrible experience. Limited menu ( and you can't make any changes) . We ordered tuna sandwich, tuna tostada ( both were with raw tuna and it doesn't say anywhere in the menu ) and Avocado on toast with poached eggs ( poached eggs were really, really soft, almost uncooked) . The staff were disorganised, in the moment when we sat down 3 waitress came to see us ( but after they delivered the food nobody came to check if is everything alright). Is not worth it!!!   Very crowded on a Monday afternoon. Lots of servers rushing around, but accomplishing little. Very chaotic and disorganized. 20 minutes to receive drinks. 45 minutes for food. The salmon tostadas were good. The crispy squid was the same as every other low level bar food in the world. (Traduzido pelo Google) Muito lotado em uma tarde de segunda-feira.
