  I ordered chicken momo and Egg fried rice. However when I went to pick up the order, they made an egg curry instead of Egg Fried rice.   I was very surprised to see the high level of views awarded to this place as we were very disappointed with the food. The dishes served were about on the same level, say, as a normal Chinese takeaway in the UK. We ordered a mixed-menu takeaway for 4 people and the portions were very small especially the curry, which was the worst dish. Maybe the food is served better sitting inside but calling it a Nepalese restaurant is totally inaccurate as they did not even have a Tandoor Oven which you need for trad dishes such a Chicken Tikka etc .   I came across this jewellery when I was walking around the city and looking for something different. Price, food and service were so good that I visited twice in a single day for both lunch and dinner. Did not get disappointed by the dishes in either the occasions.   A small hole in the wall place with Nepalese, Chinese and Indian food choices. Very accommodating owner. The dishes were new to me and a group of us shared tastes of many things. I liked the Chili Chicken and the fried rice and several other chicken dishes the best, but didn't try any pork dishes. Vegetarian options and GF options available. All of the dishes were very interesting and tasty. We had fun sharing because each had such unique flavors and sauces. Ringi's recommendations were terrific.   We came for a late lunch and came back the next day for dinner. It was just that good! Momo soup, Dal bhat (it has a different name on the menu), sweet lassi and Nepal tea were our absolute favourites. But everything we tried was honestly so, so good. Definitely recommend!   A landmark review as Tima and co top 50,000 points for a level 9! Just had a beer in Troia and the barman is from Nepal and this is his go to place to eat authentic food. Fairly basic interior but it suits the authentic image. Lovely scent of spices from the kitchen. Very good prices. A couple of Super Bock ( ok.. 3 each) 0.33l for 1.80€. A chicken pakora and a pani puri to kick things off. Lovely and crispy. Couple of mains, including a salmon dish. My mutton Khana was gorgeous. The salmon superp. All really lovely.   My friend and I stepped in today for dinner to remind us of home but what happened next shocked us The waiter mixed up the order and served meat to my companion who is vegetarian. What shocked us was the behaviour when we asked him about it. He expected us to switch plates and continue eating our dinner 🤷‍♂️ when we complained, he moved the half eaten chicken dish to my plate and took away my friends plate. When I asked him about this, he said that it will take some time to prepare the dish again, and then took the old dish away. He came back in 2 mins with the same food reheated and without garnish. After this I couldn’t continue with my meal and left after paying. I hope no one ever has to go through this disrespectful and distasteful behaviour ever again.   To be fair, the food was great and the chef should be appreciated. But the waiter and the experience dining here was horrible. 1. The waiter served a chicken thali to me when I had ordered a veg thali. I had to call this out after a few bites of the chicken. 2. Post which the waiter tried to pass the half eaten chicken curry to my friend who had ordered the chicken thali. To be clear, he was not requesting this of my friend but expecting him to be fine with having half eaten chickens. 3. I saw the waiter go straight from the men's bathroom to the kitchen. And no,the toilets do not have a way to wash your hands. 4. While clearing the table, the waiter dropped the cutlery on me and didn't care to apologise.   Was wonderfully surprised to find the authentic taste of Nepal in the middle of Faro. They are the only Nepalese restaurant I've come across in Europe serving such a wide variety of Nepalese dishes including their thalis and typical snacks, which I've only had in Nepalese/Tibetan restaurants in India before. The taste surpassed my expectations as well. May be the only piece of feedback I'd have is to increase the quantity of veggies and dal in the platter in proportion with the rice.   We came from Formosa Boat tour around 3.00 p.m. and most of the restaurant were closed so accidentally found this restaurant. There were only two people working but they could easily manage order for seven of us. We ate Vegetable noodles, Vegetable fried rice, fried and steamed dumplings. I must say it was finest/delicious food, we ate during our Portugal stay. I highly recommend if anyone like to eat fresh south Asian/Indian/Nepali food. We will come again.   If I could give an extra star, believe me I would. What a lovely place to dine, the guy serving us was a gem and sooo smiley! the food was incredible, hearty and prepared with care (plus portions were HUGE). The momo (gyoza) were some of the best I ever tried, and also the fried rice and noodles were all so tasty! I wish for myself to come back many many times to try the whole menu, including the curry.   Walking in, to the small but quaint restaurant, we received a warm greeting to our table. Spoilt for choice with the available options, we ordered the following; - Sukuti Fry, consisting of fresh cut onions, capsicum and semi dried pork in a mighty fine sauce, delish with a side of plain rice (👌👌). - Chow Mein noodles in addition to pork dumplings, kothey style (semi-fried) for the finish.   Food was great and huge portions. I ordered Momos and pakodas, I was so stuffed afterwards I barely could move. For me the size could have been smaller but thats not a reason to complain. Service was friendly. The place itself is a little dark and cold but there is nothing the owners could do about it. Would recommend for a rich meal at a cheap price.   Found this place by accident and we were happily surprised. Incredible food. Lots of vegan options and a very kind and helpful host. Should definitely be tried when in Faro and you're into Nepalese food. We had the vegan steam/fried dumplings, vegan pakoda, vegan chowmein and vegan mushroom curry, would definitely eat all these again. He mentioned that the Alu Samosa and Alu Jeera could be made vegan. As well as the veg Khana and the fried rice.   It's not so easy to take a good photo of curry, but I will say its the best curry I have ever tried (we had mushroom curry).   I had never tried Nepalese cuisine before going to Nepali Fast Food. The food is very tasteful, it seemed to me a beautiful fusion of typical Asian dishes (like fried rice, noodles, dumplings) with Indian seasoning. Slightly spicy dishes, or very spicy if you prefer, along with curry and cilantro flavors. The restaurant is very simple, and I was very pleased with the price. With only 13 euros I could drink my beer and try two main dishes with my wife. In a city where you have to pay a lot to eat a different flavor, Napali Fast Food is a great option and definitely a place I will come back to.
