  Ordered a Margarita pizza to go. The staff was friendly and the pizza was good. Maybe not the best I ever tried as advertised but still good. The reason I am only giving this three stars is because of the additional fees. Can you imagine being charged one euro for the box the pizza is placed in for a take-out order?!?   Lovely little restaurant. Warmly greeted at the door. I have a bad back and the chairs are solid wood so as soon as I sat down I knew I'd be in pain by the end of the meal and asked for a cushion. At first the waitress brought me 2 cushions, one to sit on and one for my back which was absolutely fine. However she then changed the chair completely to the one the cushions were off I think which was even better. Such great customer service. Enabled me to enjoy my dinner in comfort. We had two different bruschettas to start and then each had a pasta dish. I had pesto and prawns and my husband had arrabiata. Both delicious and very filling. Definitely recommend this restaurant. It was a little chilly when we visited so we sat inside but there is as much outside space as inside so would be lovely to sit outside on a warmer evening. However this young lady sat down on the next table and began to chain smoke and constantly on her phone. She only ordered a drink and was very rude to the staff. We just finished up and left without coffee or dessert and said sorry to the staff. Ruined a good meal but they could do to allow more space between tables. We had 2 pizza, the 4 Estações and the Forchetta, but only the 1st one was good.   We are Canadians travelling the Algarve. This was a great restaurant pick for us. Fast service. Food was very good. Faro’s restaurant choices are limited compared to Lagos and Lisbon but a stop in here will be a good choice. My wife is gluten intolerant and they can make all pasta dishes gluten free.   A lovely meal on the last day of our holiday before heading to the airport. Staff were so friendly to our two girls, who shared and devoured the gnocchi. I had the lasagne which was exceptional and my husband loved his pepperoni pizza. I only gave 4* because I think the toilets need a makeover :) They were fine, they just could be nicer to match the food I think.   We were seated for our dinner and ordered our food. After nearly 1 hour we asked were our food was. That was after waiting 25mins for some drinks. Then when we asked told they were busy inside and we could leave if we wanted too. The rudness of the staff was unbelievable, then when we did get our starters after 1 hiur it took ankther 20mins for the main course to arrive. Will never be back here.   The pasta and pizza were bland and disappointing and we understood why once we sat down. The owner and her granddaughters were sitting nearby and eating food from McDonald's from down the street.   The pizza is ok. There are barely choices with seafood on the menu though. I really wondered why there is no e.g. Spaghetti vongole or pizza frutti de mare on the menu, which is more or less Standard at least for the area. Also there is no bread, neither as free entree nor on the menu (Bruschetta is on the menu though).   Super friendly staff. The risotto had a very strong and rich flavour. The parmigiana with beef was a little bit salty but the pasta sauce balanced it nicely. The chicken parmigiana was great.   Me and one of my friends were trying to find something vegetarian and it was quite a challenge at a city where most of the places serve fish and seafood (surprise! :)) . We gave up after a while and ended up here thinking we were going to get just a pizza a beer. Mika who was waiting our table recommended to try pasta which was originally with ham. She said: “swap or take out whatever you’d like, be creative!, all of our food is homemade - we can make anything for you.” So, despite my normal safe choices, I decided to give it a go and oh my god it was delicious!! I was super happy with what I had + the service was outstanding. Mika was the nicest waitress we came across in Portugal. Thanks again for such a nice evening. I definitely recommend this place!   Like many of the reviews have highlighted, this restaurant offers home made pasta dishes and deserts; the friendly and amazingly hospitable staff are very proud to describe which dishes are made by hand for them. Menu was a typical Italian pasta pizza but to a very quality. When we arrived we took a table tucked away but before our meal came, a ‘better’ table became free; the waitress asked without prompting if we would like to take the table. We declined as we were very happy with the one we had. This was an extra little consideration we were impressed with.   We were looking for a restaurant nearby to eat with friends and then the boss approached us and told that we can try and get a refund when not satisfied. :D It was totally worth it.   Horrendous customer service. Asked for caneloni and was basically served a bowl of cheese. When I told the waitress they only offered me bread despite me saying the meal was too cheesy and then walked off. They then persisted to charge me for it despite the complaint and me barely touching the food. No apology whatsoever.   Wow, my girlfriend was crying when we had to leave. No seriosly, that was the best Italian kitchen, we ever tried (even though both of us have been to Italy multiple times). We can only recommend.   We went here on our last day and I'm so happy we did. The lunch menu is exceptional I would describe this as Italian tapas were you can choose from a full range foods all as tasty as the last.   We stopped in for lunch, I had the forchetta pizza my wife had a bruchetta with salami, goats cheese and pumpkin jam which was surprisingly nice so we ended up sharing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also nice with a few restaurants around. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Would definitely reccomend.   Chose here for our 2nd night and we loved it. Wish we had found it sooner to eat there every day. Food choice is so good and it's all made fresh which if you are inside you might catch a glimpse in the kitchen. We loved it so much we returned on our last day but it was closed as it was too early.   Awesome Italian cuisine. The food is just really tasty and the service is really good. The food is presented beautifully and tastes fantastic. The portion size is not only adequate but most times too much, though due to the greatness, I just stuff more on top. The cake is great and as already said, service is fantastic. My ordered meal was served about 5 minutes after ordering. The staff speak English - probably better than I do (haha). 5 stars are not enough.   Staff was really nice and the food was good, however the portions were too small for the cost of some of the dishes. The desserts, though, were pretty amazing. The waiting time was a bit lengthy, and there were a few mix ups with the orders, but I am hoping that this particular night was probably just an abnormally busy night.   AMAZING! I had the tagliatelle a la forchetta and it was was so delicious. Fresh pasta, packed with flavour, and the perfect portion size. Knowing how good it was, I ordered dessert even with a full belly. I had the berry cheese cake and it was sooo good! Light, soft, and flavourful. Good location - a couple of hundred metres from the main hubbub of eateries and sports bar, which makes for a far more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with a church as backdrop. Genuinely pleasant and attentive staff, with excellent and prompt service as a result. Food - extremely tasty and just the right amount.   We went here due to the reviews. We ordered bruschetta to start which was Ok..as good as a bruschetta can be, tagliatelle arrabiata & tagliatelle carbonara. My arrabiata was nice, very spicy but I love chilli so it was fine. My partner had carbonara which was bland and nothing special. The staff were very friendly. The reason I only give 2 * is because we had to wait over an hour to eat, because all the other tables had ordered pizza, which takes longer. Our pasta wouldn't take any time, so think they should have done ours quickly in between, as waiting an hour for the main after the starter... One other thing is that I loved the wine in Portugal, but didn't like this wine. Waiter told me “a pasta is not a pasta without cheese” while taking his time to painstalkingly spread some (dried out) grated parmesan over my dish. Well, me and my very petite girlfriend were both left hungry. A pasta is not a pasta if it leaves you hungry after this.   Risotto not made with risotto rice and with lacking character makes the dish feel overpriced. The service being slow even with few customers drag the overall experience down. Mushroom and asparagus risotto was supposed to be vegetarian and yet pieces of ham was found in it. When this was brought to the waiter's and chef's attention, no effort to make up for this mistake was made.   Excellent food quality and service at reasonable process. The staff spoke English and were pleasant and professional. We had Caprese Salad, Pao Facaccia, four cheese linguini pasta and Arrablata Fettuccini. You choose your pasta and sauce. There are 6-8 pastas and as many as 10 sauces. The Caprese Salad with fresh mozzarella and firm tomatoe slices and basil leaves drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasted great and was sufficient for two to share. The Pao Facaccia was an excellent compliment to the Caprese and the pasta. The pastas were prepared to order and we're tasted great.
