  Incredible nice and kind staff which takes the time to explain everything and give advices what to take if you dont know. Perfect service from start to end, we didnt feel as customers more like long known guest/friends.Thank you very much at all the staff there !!!   PERFEIÇÃO 👌 por mais bons amantes de sushi que sejamos, nunca comemos um prato de sushi tão farto e delicioso! O valor pelo dinheiro é impressionante! Pagámos 18,50€ por pessoa (3 pessoas) pelo prato buffet da foto 😱 até fomos brindados com uma sopa ou massa (massa) antes de incluídos no buffet! Surpreendente! Para as más línguas que dizem que o peixe é mal passado e que só tem arroz é completamente falso, os pedaços de salmão eram muito generosos, foto para comprovar. RECOMENDO 100% 🍣😍

  It is ok. Middle of the pack sort of place. The sushi is fresh and you can tell by the quality of the sashimi. It is well-presented too. However, we went for the "all you can eat" option and they have this concept of bringing a selection of 30-40 pieces of assorted sushi that they've chosen themselves. Only after that you can choose from the menu. We found this to be odd and confusing. Why not allow us to choose what we want from the outset?! Half of the sushi were fruit-based (strawberry, mango...) which are ok but not amazing. We didn't want to fill ourselves up with those! The more traditional sushi taste fine... But just fine. Service was slow too. Having eaten sushi in countless places all over the globe (including many "all you can eat" ones), I cannot understand why anyone here would claim for this to be "the best sushi" at all.   Went for the buffet option. Food was amazing, one of the best Asian restaurants I have eaten at outside of Asia. Service was excellent and service staff were friendly and approachable. One thing to take note of is the waiting time for food to arrive. Since the staff make all the sushi fresh and on the spot, it understandably takes a longer time to prepare. Do not let the wait time deter you, as it is worthwhile for the delicious and fresh sushi and sashimi. I would advise ordering your second round of food once ~60% of your first platter has been finished, so as to reduce waiting time on your side. Fried sushi is a novel and creative idea, generous with salmon sashimi which was very fresh. Visited Osaka Sushi twice and ate both curry and kake Udon dishes. The sushi we got was really good—— however, we came for the buffet and was told that the chef makes us a VARIETY of his choice then we could order what we wanted after… hmmm- not quite. In reality, we were given a boat of Salmon sushi and sashimi of Salmon only and was only permitted to order Salmon thereafter. Honestly- if we knew that the chefs choice would be a Salmon variety only, we would have ordered rolls of our choice, not the ‘buffet’ and had what we really wanted… When asked why, we were told that Tuna was too expensive!   Eu tentei isso por causa das muitas críticas líricas. O sushi estava bom, mas muito chato porque quase tudo é à base de salmão. Nenhum outro tipo de peixe ou sushi com ovas de peixe ou algas marinhas em nosso barco. Além disso, o (como o proprietário chamou) ‘macarrão com frango’ é pouco imaginativo e não tem nada, absolutamente nada a ver com a culinária japonesa. Isto também se aplica à sopa Misoshiro. Além disso, não há pratos quentes disponíveis. But if you eat up, you basically won't get there. So either you eat what they want and are full after that, or you throw half of the massive plate away so you can choose the sushi you actually want.   I cannot understand why everything in their buffet has cream cheese. It’s sushi. Not bagels. And, they were out of tuna. And they didn’t give the option to charge my card euros and instead used their much higher conversion rate. Overall disappointing even though the food was good. Since I cannot reply below, I understand you are mass producing sushi and I’m not complaining that you wouldn’t customize that for me. I am critiquing the use of cream cheese in every roll. That is not authentic nor my preference. I wish you the best of success though. And I will seek out more traditionally prepared dishes elsewhere. And, finally, I believe the waitress charged me in dollars with your conversion and didn’t let me choose. It happened quickly and i didn’t want to go through the hassle. My review was to inform others so they do not make the mistake I made. Finally, I liked what I ordered. The spicy salmon and the crab roll were pretty good. Thanks.   We loved it. We got in at half 6 and sat outside. Staff were absolutely lovely and explained how the all you can eat works. We chose to just have sushi.   The ambience in this Restaurant is clean, bright, but not that special. I guessed, to get the good reviews I'd read, the food must be good and so it proved. My dinner partner had spent quite a lot of time in Japan, so had knowledge and expectations. He was not disappointed, especially with the Sushimi, pointing out to me (who has no experience of Japanese food and custom) the details of the table setting and the presentation which the Restaurant got just right. For me, I just enjoyed the food quality, freshness and flavours. I'ld definitely recommend you try it out!   I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant, because of their shady and deceptive practices. Six of us went there for lunch, and we were there before 2:00 p.m. The restaurant server recommended that we order all you can eat, and explained that we can order anything more until we are satisfied. We did not get our food until 3:00 p.m., almost an hour later. When we requested more sushi, they made an excuse saying that they ran out of rice and that the kitchen is closed after 3:00 p.m. which they did not mention at all earlier. When we left close to 4:00 p.m., they were still making and serving sushi to other customers. It was obvious that they have plenty of ingredients, including rice to make more sushi. I would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately when we asked for more sushi, we have been told that rice is out of stock and we have to wait at least an hour more. Anyway after one boat of sushi I was happy with my portion. My partner got an option to get more sushimi instead of sushi what was nice surprise.   Yesterday me and my husband had dinner (takeaway) from this restaurant. Gyodza with shrimp, sashimi salmon and tuna, rice. We didn’t eat anything else. After dinner in few hours we started to feel sick . All night my husband was throwing up and running to the toilet. I had the same. Today we are still sick and feel really bad and dizzy.   Excellent sushi at a reasonable price, with pleasant surroundings and great service. The chef prepares both traditional style sushi and more contemporary variations. I'd recommend trying the "freestyle" (i.e. chef's choice) for dinner - we found that 50 pieces was a decent meal for two, with room for dessert. If there's something you don't like, you can warn the waiting staff beforehand. Also very good is the lunchtime set menu - choice of 2 starters, 8 main courses, with drink and coffee, all for E12.50.   Stumbled upon this place purely by accident. The service was great. The sushi is gorgeous, and presented like it is a work of art. However...we are vegetarian and the options are somewhat slim. We had the vegetable tempura to start (couldn't fault it) and then opted for a vegan/vegetarian freestyle sushi platter. Whilst the sushi is undoubtedly of the highest quality, it consisted entirely of fruit...so we felt like we were eating a dessert instead of a main course; it wasn't savoury..   We love sushi and needed a takeaway whilst the kids were asleep. We went for the 26piece freestyle selection and it was amazing.   We chose this place based on good reviews indicating as good vegan option. They have a "free style 16pieces vegetarian" and a regular as 20 pieces. Could you make this vegetarian as vegan? "yes no problem" the guy said. Could it be 20 pieces? "Yes, can I add mayonnaise?" He said and we answered: no, please all vegan. and he said "then it will be all fruit" which we said not being a problem. When the food came it was a vegan 16 pieces boat and a regular 20 pieces boat with fish and egg pieces. So I told the waitress, it might be a misunderstanding. She was very polite, took it back and said sorry. But then the guy came out to our direction already on reactive mode exploding YOU ordered this! I tried to say no and explain but he overtakes, he doesnt listen...are you trying to convince me I ordered meat? YES he said...that was the moment I realised no chance of reasonable communication. We ate in hurry to leave, terrible atmosphere after this. He came later asked sorry and suggested smtg else but too late you know....when we waved to pay he pretended dont see and when we left he said loud in portuguese to the other staff "I dont like ugly people".   We prefer more traditional sushi, so we struggled with finding dishes without fruits in it, but if you like fruit fusion then I guess this is the place. We had steamed chicken gyoza and shrimp tempura for starters and they were great. For main we had tuna maki, not our favorite, but the California rolls and hot rolls with salmon were very tasty! Jasmin tea was also really good! Price affordable, 38€ for whole thing.   Ordered through external delivery service and was made to wait an hour just for the food to be made. That was not with delivery time, the restaurant purposely kept delaying my order over the customers physically in the restaurant. Food was OK, better than average on the island. But the sheer disregard for delivery costumers makes me unable to recommend it at all.
