  We went here on a Friday night and ordered the The All American burger (with added bacon) and the Virgin Veggie, which is a vegetarian burger with a proper veggie patty (not fake meat). They came with their homemade crisps/chips that were covered in a nice sauce. We also ordered a passion fruit margarita and The Bottom Line cocktail, which is very similar to a Long Island Iced Tea. We were seated and served really quickly, the food was delicious and filling, and the Bob Marley/Reggae-meets-Tiki atmosphere was fun. Definitely a great place to eat. Our total for 2 people was around €50.   Great spot for casual fare in old town. Casual ambiance with an emphasis on burgers but also serving fish tacos and snacks. My husband had The Sheriff burger (the homemade chips served on side were delicious!) which he said had a good bite without being overly spicy. The fish tacos were 3 large tacos (ie not bite sized) with a generous amount of fish in each taco, fish was crispy but not overcooked. Toppings on tacos were fresh and tasty. Would return!   We got takeaway from this place and thought that 50 euros for 2 was way too much for fast food but oh my god was it worth it! I ordered the burger with beef and pineapple (Toucan burger), as well as the mixed greens salad with parmesan, while my friend ordered some mozarella sticks and extra fries. The portions were huge and everything was very delicious! I really like the way they prepare their fries and there was plenty of dressing provided for the salad. The aioli is great too. My only remark for the burger is to maybe season the beef patty a bit more as it was lacking salt, but honestly that didn't ruin the experience in any way. I would definitely recommend!   Great burgers, great atmosphere. I stopped in one of my first nights in Lagos three years ago, and the owner (I think his name is Selmo) greeted me while I grabbed a seat on the outdoor patio. The burgers all have hilariously raunchy names with a little backstory to them, so that's part of the fun. I ended up eating there three times during my ten days in Lagos just because I was traveling solo and it was a good place to hang and chat with the staff. I believe the owner's wife runs a vegetarian restaurant nearby as well, so he suggested I hit that place up to clear out my arteries after the burger.   I don’t usually write reviews but Nah Nah Bah deserves it. I made one of the best decisions in my life to stop at this restaurant (yep, it really was an experience. I felt grateful for everything that I have done in my life that it brought me to this place). From the entrance you were welcomed with a smile from the staff and a great choice of music.   Nah nah bah was always a reference is Lagos which is outstanding. There was a long time I didn't went there and the food was good for a fair price. I would change the chips, as I think it would fit more the burger. Some french fries or rustic fries would be better for me. Price for two was 38€ with two cokes.   Cool vibes with yummy burgers and chips! Was solo travelling in Lagos and saw the reviews for the Toucan burger/“Top 50 burgers” label. I got there right before the dinner rush and was sat by a kind woman who gave me a table. The normal sized toucan burger was HUGE (come hungry) and the Nah Nah chips were a highlight and had some scrumptious truffle sauce on top (I’m drooling thinking about them). The burger itself had so many layers and flavors (ham, pineapple, plus organic meat patty, lettuce, and tomato) with a sesame bun that added texture and taste. It was the sloppiest burger I’ve ever eaten since the buns don’t keep everything inside, but it was really yummy (although the meat was cooked too long for my taste — it was well done but I prefer medium rare. For that, not in my personal top 50 burger list but still pretty good). I ordered a small Super Bock and the total came to 18,45 euro. Seems like a great spot to come back with friends to eat and drink, however service was a little slow as things got busy so don’t be afraid to wave down a waiter for assistance.   Been here several times in recent years. So far an excellent experience. Food remains good, burger fans are in the right place here. The service on the other hand has unfortunately surprised us in a negative way(not all of them fortunately). Lady at front (manager?) was too busy with the cash register, 3 to 4 waiting fam. No hello, nothing. Had to wait there for 5 minutes without any info at all. After she finished we were taken to the table. Restaurant is pretty full of tables, little walking space. My wife apparently did not sit well in her eyes, cranky she ordered to sit closer to the table. Staff argued among themselves at table of guests. Same staff unkind at checkout, no bye or thank you. Too bad, really good food. But this did surprise us after all the nice experiences. We will eat next time for a burger around the corner though.   We rocked up on a whim, and the staff went out of their way to get us seated. This place was PACKED. So there wasn't much space, quite cramped. But the food was banging. I had their Top 50 burger (in the world, apparently) and it was incredible. Probably the best burger I've ever eaten. And the biggest burger I've ever seen too. Good beers here too!   We visited here on a recent trip to Lagos and it didn’t disappoint. We found via Google reviews or don’t think we’d have seen it as it’s a bit tucked away . We booked online easily and when we got there it was a good job we did as it was busy . Nice atmosphere, staff really friendly and gave recommendations. Food was lovely , the crisps with garlic mayo were so addictive ! Cocktails were good too . Definitely recommend .   Food was amazing as always. I was very disappointed with the service! My partner asked if it was possible to have a plain burger with only bacon and egg and our waitress said it was ok and even double checked that it was just a plain burger with bacon and egg. They brought our burgers over and my partners was dripping with cheese (he’s lactose intolerant) we explained that we didn’t ask for cheese on his burger to which a male waiter threw his hands up and proclaimed it’s up to us to ask for no cheese even though we ordered a PLAIN burger with bacon and egg. He then sent over the waitress who took our order and she asked what the problem was and I explained how my partner had not asked for cheese on his PLAIN burger, she then proceeded to go behind the bar and mock me to her colleagues which is completely unprofessional and just very rude. They also forget to bring us the side of chips we had had ordered. My family and I have been regular customers of this restaurant for over 10 years so I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we experienced and it would prevent me from returning again.   Cool place with great music and food. We came for a change in cuisine after indulging in Portuguese food only for 2 weeks. We had sangria which was delicious, a chicken burger and a beef burger (I don't remember exactly which ones we had). We also had nachos. All the food was lovely and the portions are massive. The chips with sauce on the side were amazing. Only note is beef burger was ever so slightly overdone, but other than that it was great. Service was very good.   Trifecta. Long wait. Very high prices. Terrible food. The 16 euro fish tacos tasted and felt like I was chewing on rubber. The 7 euro chips and salsa was bland and served in a tiny cup.   Lively restaurant serving up a wide range of organic burgers and cocktails. Its very popular so do expect a wait for a table but service was reasonable once we were seated. We were a larger group and had to wait over 30 minutes for a table despite having a booking. We were spread over two tables and sharing one table with another family and it was tightly packed and a little awkward. They served us drinks outside whilst we waited for our table but very limited seating outside. The white sangria was fantastic and I had the piri piri chix burger (peri peri chicken) but unfortunately it was very disappointing. For a “signature” burger with a spicy rating there was little to no heat/spice, and it was just a dirty burger with little flavour. The fries are like deep fried chips but again, found them to be greasy, I only ate about half my meal and left feeling a bit sick. I understand this is the sort of burger some people love, but it really fell short for me.   Burgers were really nice but the only option to have with them is nachos tossed in some sort of mayonnaise type sauce. Ordered 2 burgers - one had a reasonable amount of nachos the other only had half the amount. It was visually obvious they were both much different. Ordered a starter but the mains turned up first. When we mentioned the missing starter they wanted to bring it after we'd started our mains but we said to leave it. They were not bothered and didn't offer any apology. It is a very busy place and they seem to be trying to do things quickly.   Lovely food, if you fancy a burger. However, the service wasn't good (took nearly half an hour and a couple of asks to bring a bottle of wine), and the music was so so loud. Initially it was loud, but acceptable and fairly chilled out with Bob Marley playing. Then, after about half an hour, 8pm-ish, they turned it up, changed to pumping awful dance/pop music, we couldn't hear each other, our ears were sore and it was really stressful. Ate as fast as we could to escape. In our early 40s with 2 kids, we're probably not their target audience, but we read the food was good and there were very limited choices of restaurants open on a Sunday, and it was one place we could get a booking. We agreed to share but we got our own table in the end anyway, food was amazing but then they proceeded to try and rush us out by asking us to finish and pay 5 times.   Very fun and welcoming place. Went in alone and because I had a reservation they were trying to accommodate a table for me which I appreciated but I told them the bar was fine. The bartender was very kind and would check in on me and make sure I was enjoying myself. I got the Bottom Line and Toucan Burger because of all the reviews and the top 50 burger claim. Both were delicious. Cocktail was scary good considering there are multiple types of liquor in it. I usually don’t like pineapple in my burgers but the sweet/salty combo was amazing. The vegan burguer is soooo dry (and very overpriced considering it didn’t have any vegan mayo and/or vegan cheese in it) while the chips are so oily they came glued together.   Nah Nah Bah came highly recommended from some family who had visited previously. Definitely a cool vibe for the restaurant, friendly staff, affordable prices on the burgers and drinks. We each ordered the Toucan Burger, one a single, the other a double. The overall combination of bacon and pineapple and meat was solid, however, the bun was a bit of a disappointment as it did not hold together through eating the burger, starting to break apart. Not sure if it was a little dry, but an improved bun could elevate the burger. The Nah Nah chips were tasty, we got the aioli on the side.   Food is amazing, the chips that came with the piri piri chicken are the best I’ve probably ever had, the chicken sandwich is delicious what else can you say. Service is great, however it’s a 3 star because we waited an hour to get our food because they didn’t process our order and same thing happens to the couple next to us.   The food and drinks were lit. We had the chicken peri peri burger, an Sicilian appetizer which was crazy good. The drinks were the bomb. Loved the experience with food and ambience. The service was good but they were so shortstaffed, our waitress couldn't keep a track of our we asked for. Afer food we asked her for dessert menu which we did not get for at least 15-20 mins and so we requested the bill. There was delay on serving our appetizer, drinks and Bill by at least 20 -30 minutes each. What could have been an hour dinner was easily 2+hrs, not including the wait time to get seated.   First day in Lagos, here because of alto mar inn’s recommendation, and also because i already had a very heavy cataplana for lunch and wasnt hungry at all. So wasnt hungry but still ordered the toucan burger, in the menu it says top 50 burgers in the world. Seriously? Yes its true, i wasnt hungry and still finished the burger within minutes. Very juicy, moist, flavourful, nothing overpowering, nothing soggy. Was worried it’s going to be salty but it wasn’t.   We pre booked a table for dinner at 8pm and we were waiting to be seated for 40 minutes. It was very busy but they still served us outside and gave us drinks while we waited.   Very good dinner at nah nah bah. We sat outside and the three of us all had different burgers and we all enjoyed the food. Good draft beers also plus something else in a jug with ice cubes and fruit that my friends ordered before I got there. After two glasses I could feel the booze working so switched to beer. My friends booked the table and I would recommend anyone going there to do the same as people were queuing outside waiting for a table inside, which was absolutely packed out. My partner and I headed out for dinner a bit late this past Saturday night and really wanted to try this burger joint based on reviews we had read on the web. It was set to close at 10p, but upon calling at 9.45p, the manager told us there was no problem and they could serve us at 10 when we arrived.   Fantastic service. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The vibe there is nice good music and your not rushed. As for the food the chips are fantastic very crunchy but soft on the inside, they come with a garlic and cheese dry rub. The burger is decent everything about the burger is great apart from the meat.   This is easily my favorite restaurant I've ever been to. The place has such a fun, out going atmosphere and everyone is so so friendly. Everyone speaks English and are so much fun to talk to. I went with my girlfriend and two other friends and we met genuine life long friends here. The restaurant itself is pretty small but has such a great atmosphere and played a great variety of music from recent pop and hip hop music and great reggae music. I will also be dreaming and wishing that a restaurant in the U.S. could make a burger as good as the one they made. Had so many great toppings to put on the burgers and it's reasonably priced for how well made it all is. The appetizers were fantastic and we also ordered a cookie for desert and it just melted in your mouth. The drinks were outstanding as well, the sangria and the margaritas are the way to go and if you want to have a lot of fun, " the bottom line" has just about every alcohol in it with a tad of tea and you can't even taste any of the alcohol so be aware of that. Overall, this restaurant is fantastic for tourists and makes me want to be a local.   We arrived here around 7:30pm and stood at the door while 3 different members of staff walked past us multiple times without even acknowledging us, eventually they showed us to a table about 5 minutes later. the service didn’t improve much from there, a long wait for food and trying to get the bill is a nightmare. The food was below average, the bun was un toasted and tasted quite stale - it claimed to be made fresh each day but I find that hard to believe. The burger itself was overdone and without much flavour, quite cheap tasting meat. The sauce was very standard most likely out of a bottle. The one positive was the nah nah chips. Somewhere between a cross of crisps and chips. They were great, and the only thing saving this review from a 1 star. Overall it was fairly price. Food for the most part was sub par. Service was atrocious. Save your self the hassle and go somewhere better. The burgers taste great, sumptuous, have a variety of toppings, the aioli chips are fantastic. The sizes definitely do not leave you hungry.   Funky little place, decked out in a cool Jamaican vibe but serves amazing burgers. All come with a range of toppings and descriptions full of inuendo. Good size potions and served with awesome handcut chips. Well worth a visit and one of the best burger joints ever.   What an amazing experience. Very american, but they do it so godly well! we ordered the nah nah pasta, salsa and gauc, and tucan burger. Great service. The restaurant was packed and yet they still managed to keep up with the orders and asked how meals were. Only thing was the salsa and gauc were under seasoned and not up to par. This may be due to the limited ingredients they are able to source in Portugal. Overall, great meal! (Traduzido pelo Google) Que experiência incrível.   This place is amaaaaaazing! Great service! Great Food! The Caipirinha is awesome, tried it in Lisbon and it was gross..and this place made me loveeee the drink! Also-- if you are just looking for a snack.. get the chips aka fries. Seriously some of the best fries I have ever had! The toucan burger was also on point! Yummmm!   1st time I came here was very late at night. It was past midnight, we had just arrived in Lagos and this was the only place opened. It's a "Rasta" bar, so I had little hope to find food for the kids. I tried their burgers, and that was it. We fell in love. Now every time we come, we have to stop by. They are becoming more family/kids friendly. Now there is even a kids menu - there wasn't an year ago. Way to go guys! Great job....   This place is unreal and has a chilled vibe to it. Reggae music playing in the background with a beautiful decorated room full of colour and Bob Marley quotes. Staff are sound and up for the lols and bants. Cocktails are super and the food is yummers big portions too so lots of value for your yoyos !   Edit: this is my second time here, still crazy amazing burgers and the warm chocolate cookie was to die for! Lagos / the Algarve is such an mesmerizing and unforgettable place. So is the toucan burger from Nah Nah Bah! No wonder it was voted in 2015 the best burger in the world. Tasty as hell and very large portions. The potatoes which are served with it are tremendously good. I would seriously recommend this joint and hope to be back soon to try other burgers!!! Greetings from Costa Rica Pura Vida !!
