  We had a very nice surprise this summer. Looking for a brunch place in the center of Lagos, we ordered some pancakes and some chicken. Very underpriced for the quality and quantity. We also had homemade fresh smoothies, delicious and would recommend. Hard to find a day where it isn't full in the early morning.   Great place for breakfast - We first went to the main cafe in the square but all the outside tables were taken. The waiter kindly added their other hidden cafe location to our Google maps and so we went there instead. The other location does not have the exciting bustle of the old town but is still an ok place to sit. The food was great, my son had a massive breakfast which was decent value and absolutely delicious, I had spicy avo on toast with bacon and poached egg, and the girls had waffles and a smoothie bowl - all of it really nicely prepared with good ingredients and a nice coffee to boot.   Place is good, but not amazing. Good food in general, we had toasts and pancakes. The avocado toast bread was not toasted and a bit dry, it didn’t have too much taste.   We absolutely loved this little place in the heart of the old town of Lagos. If you're looking for healthy, fresh, wholesome food, this is the place! Lots of vegan options, they make their own hummus (it's delicious). They also make a homemade beet hummus that had delicious spices in it. Our favourite was the warm couscous bowl. We stayed in Lagos for 1 week and ended up eating there 3 times! Note that they close at 3pm in the off season. They apparently have awesome breakfast choices too. Can't say enough about the food and the awesome staff. Moe was friendly, attentive and great! Would give it 6 stars if we could. The good: The avocado toasts were great - the bread was a hearty, soft, multi-grain toast (instead of a basic wheat) and was piled with a nice portion of toppings.   Well, reading the reviews I can say from our own experience the staff are super accommodating. We wanted a seat out side but they were full (always busy, good sign) so we waited inside as soon as a seat was free we were first to be offered even tho it was peak time. Drinks on point. Food fresh and with a twist of Asian fusion. Reasonably priced considering healthy food is never a cheap option. We were positively surprised to see great none dairy milk options , as it proved really challenging in other venues in Portugal (the country of an espresso coffee). The restaurant is clean and staff were very nice and fluent in English, I'd definitely eat there again.   Usually the places that makes ig food, focus too much on presentation and lack on flavour. This is one of the few places that focus on both and got them right on spot! The chicken mango open sandwich is well dressed on a curry mayo and a salad alongside a balsamic glaze that makes the salad special rather than just a simple side. There was not a thing on there I wouldn't enjoy. Go with time... as it's all prepared fresh to order, and they are always busy, you might have to wait a bit longer than at another restaurant. We went there 3 times during our stay because we really liked the food.   Small little cafe located in the heart of Lagos town and we ordered the 4 courses out of a good selections range of food lists, as well as their healthy drink lists. We would highly recommended their French Toast & Super toast, but for the other flamingo toast and Salmon pancake it’s just so so.. and they doesn’t provide any receipt (might be because of the Tax issue) so they only Accept cash payment.   We took 2 breakfast toast. We both felt like it was tasteless, we had to season with salt, pepper, hot sauce. The salmon toast doesn’t come with a lime or lemon.   This restaurant was very busy both times we stopped in. We were on the waiting list but it was very fast and when we ordered our food it came out so quick!   We had brunch around 11h30. We had to wait 20 minutes til a table was free, but it really was worth the wait. The terrace is sunny and quiet.
