  An amazing place! I used to come here so often when I lived in Lagos. Absolutely lovely staff! Love the dumplings, came here alot too dine with my mom, my dad, and also got a lot of take aways.   Recently visited this restaurant and to my surprise the food was excellent. The momos and the chilly Panneer were absolutely delicious . The staff / owner are super friendly and nice to talk to.   The food was so good!! We came to eat at this place after a long day of being in the water and just wanted something comforting. This restaurant had exactly what we needed. The vegetable soup is sooo good, warms the heart and soul. The momos are also very good and flavourful. The soup was the star of the show for me. This place was so good that we decided to come back as a last stop to the end of our Algarves trip. We didn't have much good food in the Algarves area, but this place definitely allowed us to have some good food in the region. Another plus was the staff.   I would give this restaurant six stars out of six but somehow I can't. It is situated on a smaller street. The guys are friendly and helpful. I came here two nights in a row as the food was so good and filling for the main course alone. The first night ordered chicken stir fry with egg fried rice. The second night chicken chow mein. Also both meals were under 15 euro with a bottle of water and a pint of beer. I was lucky to get the outside seating tables as there is two available.   A friend recommended me this place because everything in Lagos is really overpriced to eat and this place it's just in a hidden street, cheap and the portions are huge and enough for 2 meals if you take it for take-away. The owner took the time to explain each meal and I had the opportunity to meet his family. Everyone here was really humble and nice. I ordered chow mein but it was super spicy, and I'm really sensitive to spicy food. My friend ordered here before and the food wasn't spicy at all. I just don't give 5* because of that.   We spent five days in Lagos and ate more than 100 Dumplings at this restaurant within that period. The steamed chicken dumplings are extraordinary good and they are served with a wonderful chutney. I can also recommend the chicken chowmein and the special chicken curry. If you like spicy and hot food you should ask Krishna for a special hot chutney and you will enjoy even more. The waiter was the friendliest we had in Lagos. You can chose between two places to sit on either side of the road. If you like to relax, on one side you are welcomed with meditative music and a warm peaceful vibe. On the other side of the road it's a bit more busier and lit. But wherever you sit - for us, this was the best restaurant in Lagos, with authentic Nepalese food and a very warm and hospitable waiter. We packed even food for the flight back and we wished we knew a similar place in Germany. Forget the beaches and the caves - this restaurant should be your first stop in Lagos!   Great spot for vegetarians (and probably vegans) not the biggest of choice but the food was really tasty. We shared a veg chow mien, stir fried vegetables and the veg steamed momo dumplings which came with the yummiest sauce! They were so good we had to do a second order of the dumplings! My partner isn't a vegetarian, and loves his meat but ate with me and even he was happy with it all! Although he did not how good the meat dishes looked, particularly the duck! Super affordable too!   Me and my husband are from Toronto, traveled Lagos only two days, and we visited this restaurant twice!!! We were a bit sick of grilled fish and seafood while traveling Portugal, so went there to try some fried rice and spicy food. First time when we were there, we were starving. So we ordered 3 items which are chicken fried rice, shrimp curry with fried rice, deep fried chicken with fried rice, and one bottled beer. Food was sooooooooo good even they were big portions, and the price was much much cheaper than reasonable. We paid only €20. Lol And the owner was very nice and friendly. We will visit Lagos next year for sure to have delicious food there and meet the kind owner again.   Do not walk past this place. Although its looks from the street are not great, appearances are deceptive. It is set in two parts, one each side of the road and both are relatively small but comfortable. Our waiter was very polite and helpful with our choices from the menu. I should add that this place accepts cards, which for some reason doesn't seem to be a given in Portugal! The food was excellent. In fact, the best we have had of this kind of Asian food. We had prawn crackers ,vegetable rolls and then momo chicken dumplings. All freshly cooked and no grease! The dumplings were served in a sweet and sour sauce unlike your takeaways back home. They worked best when eaten as part of the main meals, added to some egg dried rice. We also had chicken chowmein and crunchy chowmein. Both of these were the best chowmein we have ever tasted. My family and I wanted a break from Portuguese food and this place was simply fantastic! In fact, we liked it so much that we came again the very next day as soon as we could.   Wow, what a gem! Walked by this place, since it was close to the hotel, took a shot, and it paid off! Ate there for lunch, ate there for dinner. Will probably eat there tomorrow.
