  When I entered the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet and comfortable ambiance. After the friendly and talkative server took my order, I waited no more than 20 minutes for my pizza to get ready. Thus far, my impression and expectations of the restaurant were quite high, which got ruined after I took my first bite out of the pizza. I ordered a classic salami pizza, and I received a thick crusted pizza, which tasted too sweet and oily. Regarding the prices, I expected more out of a nearly 11€ pizza, which concludes my 2 star rating.   Wonderful little place! We went to this restaurant because it was within walking distance of our hotel and had an interesting menu. The waiter was attentive and spoke English (important because we speak 2 words of Portuguese), the food was fabulous! My only criticism is the desserts were frozen. Prices were very reasonable.   I visited on a whim, based on the reviews and it totally exceeded my expectations. I had the vegetable spring rolls that came with a red sauce I’ve never tried…INCREDIBLE!!! I also had the chicken curry and it is the best I’ve ever had. You must visit!!! Milton is the owner and he is absolutely amazing & very sweet. I rarely write reviews but the food, environment and ambiance called for it. Will be back.   Honestly if I could give no stars I would. To start, the man who greeted me was clearly trying to be nice and it was good he spoke English to me as I don't know any Portuguese but he made me feel quite uncomfortable and was a bit pushy. I got the combined deal so I had a starter and desert with the main. The starter was obviously some heated frozen fried goods but edible. The main was very bad, I got the sweet and sour chicken which was tinted pink but also overdone and dry, even the "Mexican rice" was bad... I love rice, I couldn't even eat it and I can't remember another time in my life that I've done that. Desert was supposed to be "chocolate panacotta" but it was more like milk jelly with cheap chocolate sauce and sprinkles. There was also an issue with getting mango lemonade which was on the menu? We had to wait for some server to come in, even though it was open a while before I got there, I also didn't understand why this was the case because when they came it wasn't like they brought a package or anything? Tivemos que esperar algum servidor entrar, mesmo estando aberto um pouco antes de eu chegar lá, também não entendi porque isso acontecia porque quando eles vieram não era como se trouxessem um pacote ou algo assim? Saí triste porque os comentários fizeram com que parecesse tão bom :( Também havia manchas no assento.

  I’m honestly quite shocked about the reviews here. Seeing the ratings, I had high hopes for the meal. Let me start by saying that the server was very nice. I ordered the shrimp stir fry dish with fried rice. My friend ordered the chicken curry. They both came with wedge cut potato’s. It was not great, in fact even though I was super hungry, I only ate about half of it. Same with my friend. The veggies seemed all to be over cooked. The potato wedges were very crunchy on the outside but mostly is because they were either stale or old and dry. We absolutely couldn’t understand why the ratings for the food were so high. Maybe we came at a bad time. The server did ask us to rate the restaurant if we liked the food. Seemed more responsible to counter the excessively high reviews.   Where do I start! We stop by tonight Saturday night, few restaurants not open do to Holy Week and what a pleasant surprise. First it’s very clean and organize, the waitress was amazing. We had the fish with grill vegetables & potatoes, OMGoodness ! We were a table of 4 , everything delicious and what a presentation how they plated the dish.   Ordered on bolt and the curry was unexpectedly amazing - starts with the ingredients I suppose, you can tell they use great stuff and definitely know how to prepare it.   We saw the 5* résumé; went inside. Then we saw the menu and were disappointed. From the pictures and other food we saw from other guests we didn’t believe the 5 stars. Very sad to see that they have bought fake ratings. Then we left the table; however the staff was friendly. But i don’t want to eat in a restaurant with fake ratings.   I don’t believe these reviews are real. I always count on reviews so it’s important for me to emphasize that the food was really really below all levels of acceptable. I ordered a soup and it tasted like something you buy in a supermarket and add boiled water to it. Other dishes I ordered for takeaway looked so bad, that I had to put them in a trash. Don’t fall for the five star, I don’t believe it’s authentic. The service was fine but it do not compensate the food. (Traduzido pelo Google) Não acredito que essas avaliações sejam reais.   I was very sceptical of the 5 stars for this place but after coming here to eat I can't believe it doesn't have 6 stars. From start to finish the host was amazing even with me only speaking English. The decor is perfect, the food is magnificent and the best part is the price. For the amount they give you for a meal I would have expected to pay twice what they charge. If you are reading this and your hungry I can't recommend this place enough. Amazing job.
