  Um espaço com um ambiente sofisticado embora descontraído, onde o atendimento é óptimo e todos os colaboradores estão a par do que está a acontecer em cada mesa. Alem da simpatia, nenhuma mesa está “à espera de Serviço”, todos os clientes estão a ser atendidos. A comida é óptima, tudo fresquinho e combinações perfeitas, tenho a destacar a sugestão da sangria japonesa da qual ficamos fãs.

  Incredibly attentive service, impeccably delicious cuisine, charming and tranquil ambiance. My husband and I had dinner here on a Thursday evening during our first week in Lisbon. We were kindly welcomed in even though we hadn’t made a reservation and treated like royalty throughout our visit. I ordered the Udon and it was the most creative take on Udon I’d ever had.   Estive sábado à noite com amigos neste espaço pela primeira vez. Á minha chegada a hostess estava a mexer no telefone, não me disse boa noite e nem sequer olhou para a minha cara. O mesmo repetiu-se com outro membro do grupo. Elas são a cara do estabelecimento. Devem ter formação para receber os clientes. Relativamente à experiência posso dizer que o que pedimos estava muito saboroso e com boa apresentação, porém, lamentavelmente, tanto eu como as pessoas que me acompanharam sofreram de indisposição, eu logo após o jantar e os outros nas 36h seguintes.

  My partner and I came here on a date night and had a great experience! We ordered tuna/salmon cones as appetizers, fish ceviche and a few sushi rolls plus cocktails. Quality and flavors were spot on! If we had been hungrier we would have tried out one of the sushi sampler platters that many other patrons had ordered. They looked great!   We came here for dinner and ordered the omakaze (see below). Although the sushi was quite good (fish tasted fresh, good flavor combinations, gorgeous presentation), the sushi rice needs improvement, especially for a fancy sushi restaurant like this one.   We visited Lisbon back in September and accidentally stumbled upon this amazing sushi restaurant in the middle of the city center close to Tagus River. Oh my Goodness, not only was it delicious, but also the ambiance and the design of the restaurant - so unique for a typical sushi joint!!! We are sushi connoisseurs, even our kids started eating seafood and raw fish at the age of 12 months, so our expectations were high. We have such standards for quality of seafood as our favorite US sushi restaurant is SugarFish by Sushi Nozawa that is located in NYC and Los Angeles. We were pleasantly surprised at how fresh everything was at Confraria. The delicious appetizers, including the beet dip with carrots, that was a special treat they bring you that only costs a few euros. When we walked in, there was only 1 table occupied, which seemed a bit odd, however, it was also later in the afternoon. A few minutes later we were happy that no one else was there as we received an exceptional service from our waitress and the chef kept making accommodations for us by substituting certain fish for tuna instead (we are not fans of raw salmon). The cone appetizers were to die for. Nigiri, sashimi and the remaining rolls were all 10/10. All menu items tasted so incredible we ordered the 2nd round. If you are in Lisbon and would like to try some of the freshest sushi - this place is it! Highly recommend!!!   They have gluten free soy sauce and took extra care to let the kitchen know that my meal must be taken care of in terms of cross contamination. We went for an assorted plate where the chef chooses what sushi's are made. The quality of the fish is definitely noticeable. Everything is very fresh and I didn't even really use the soy sauce because I wanted the full flavor of the food.   Local muito bem decorado e com bom ambiente. Contudo, poucos foram os pratos que realmente se destacaram. Nós solicitamos várias entradas e um menu. Para entradas pedimos tacos de salmão , gyosas, e nigiris collection. O taco de salmão é fraco, sem sabor e desequilibrado. As gyosas eram aceitáveis. Os nigiris são 5 peças todas diferentes e havia 2 que se destacavam, as restantes eram insípidas. Para prato principal pedimos o menu confraria 2. O menu traz 30 peças, do qual 23 peças são de salmão, 5 sashimis de atum e 2 peças de camarão. Tirando o sashimi de atum e de salmão, que era bastante fresco e saboroso, as restantes peças eram banais. A apresentação é bastante simplória. Ainda pedimos 2 peças de gunkan de guacamole que para além de serem peças minúsculas, não tinham sabor a guacamole. E no fim pedimos 2 peças que realmente se destacaram, aconselhadas pelo empregado de mesa (gunkan olivo). A água, custa 2.5€ que possivelmente é água da torneira, uma vez que é trazida em uma garrafa de vidro personalizada com o nome do restaurante. Resumidamente, gastamos 140€ para duas pessoas e não valeu o dinheiro.

  I’m from New York and I can say our standards for sushi are top notch. This elegant restaurant surpassed our expectations by sooo much ! I wanted to run to the chefs to thank them each time I ate a piece of excellence. They deserve to be honored, this is how delicious the sushi and everything else was.   We’ve had the opportunity to dine in Confraria Lx in 2022 and the experience was exquisite, from the beginning until the end and we had the change to came back this year it still lived up some memories however, the drinks are not the same quality, we had in our mind the Japanese sangria that was heavenly and unfortunately they don’t do it anymore, Daniel the old bartender ain’t there anymore we’ve asked, and we’ve missed seeing as well Juliana she was so sweet and made our anniversary night in 2022 with her kindness.   The restaurant is cozy and beautiful. The food was great. I had the house special, which is a bit expensive, but it's worth, to know the dishes. Next time, I'll definitely choose the ceviche, because it was my favorite. On the low, the rice was a bit undercooked and service could've been better, but definitely recommend.   The sushi quality was quite good but the menu is more fusion-style than expected. Flavor pairings and options were not traditional. We ordered one last drink and asked for the check at the same time bc the service was slow. After we paid, they asked us to leave bc they needed the table even though the restaurant was 1/2 full and tables around us were empty.   Great ambiance and design. We ordered gyozas and the 30 pieces combo and that was really satisfying for two people. The sushi is very tasty and fresh so the price was fair in my opinion. But for me the grand finale was the dessert, specially the Tarte Tatin which was perfect. The only downside is that they brought a carrot appetizer to the table that we had not ordered. I thought it was nice of them but when the bill came it was charged which wasn't really a big deal but I think I should clarify that here. The staff was friendly so overall a great experience.   Beautiful designed restaurant, very comfortable. The food was fantastic, with the expected quality. The only downside of my experience was the service. There was 4 people serving at the table, only 2 tables including mine inside the restaurant and 6 tables outside with costumers. It took 15 minutos to have someone come to out table from the moment we sat down, we had to remind the waitress of the wine card 3 times, and after the wine was chosen, all the food was already in the table and we were eating already by the time we got the drinks. Again, later to ask for the bill we had to be waiving our arms around to get someone attention. And we waited almost 30 minutes for someone to actually come receive the payment. The service was very poor, with no attention to detail nor even just looking around the room just to make sure the costumers didn't need further assistance. We would have chosen something else, but the wait was so long that it was not worthy. I have sat in many restaurants, and this one was was clearly not busy in a sense that the waitress were struggling, was just not looked after by the team.   Would not recommend this place at all. The sushi was average but the service was horrible. We got there and it took 20 minutes before someone came to our table and that was after I asked for service. At that point we hadn’t even been served water let alone take our drinks and dinner order. The worst part was the server just kept looking at our table and finally came over when I flagged her down. There were only four tables dining and we went later (10:30pm) and they told us they stopped serving at 11:30. Well then maybe you should take our orders before 11?   Really disappointed. We ordered 16 Units fusion sushi and assorted sashimi for 29,50€. Instead of fish we wanted to have 6 vegetarian sushi. 29,50€ for sushi is not cheap at all, but for good quality okay. When our order arrived I was shocked that the assorted sashimi was part of the 16 units fusion sushi. Why do you write in your card and assorted sashimi, when it’s part of the 16 units fusion sushi. The worst thing was that we even didn’t get 16 parts with the assorted sashimi. When you don’t care about money and you want good fish this is the right place for you, but still cheating is not okay.   Outstanding Restaurant. Easily under my top 5 for Lisbon. The quality of all the dishes is absolutely worth every penny. The presentation of the dishes is close to perfection (see pictures) and the staff is very friendly, professional and multilingual. Price ratio example: two sushi combos plates cost about 80-90€ depending on which combination you order. Again, it may be a little over the average price range but it's definitely worth it.   Okay sushi. Too much changes to original Japanese sushi. Also quantity is too less compared to price. On a side note, the restaurant was not crowded but the waiters/waitress were quite distracted.   The place was nothing to gag over. The rice wasn’t fresh. Service was absolutely terrible, we were met with a poker face, waiters looked like we were boring them to death.   Bad sushi! Totally disappointed! We went with high expectations, the ambiance is nice and somewhat cozy. Unfortunately the sushi was not up to standard. The salmon was edible but the cuts were bad and the meat itself was mediocre at best. The ikura (salmon roe) was inedible, we tasted it and immediately knew it was off... we paid and left.
