  Just went there just for a drink, as it was a hot day. And waited over 30 minutes to be served. The sat us outside, after 15 minutes I went up to the waiter to ask for a menu. So at least had a menu. Then after 25 minutes. Went back again to ask if we could order. I wanted to order at the bar. But they said they would come to our table. We waited. But no one came.   THE WORST SERVICE ever. There is a guy at the entrance who is unprofessional and borderline racist with clients. We arrived at 11pm for drinks with friends and have been told the drinks start at midnight (which wasn’t communicated on website). After few back and forth, the staff tell us that we need to have dinner with 3 courses. Lol, i go to Michellin starred restaurant and never have I been asked to take 3 courses on a menu. The staff were talking very unprofessionnally to clients and very rude. Worst experience of our life. It’s a shame because Lisbon is full of better restaurants and bars.   Such a shame that a pretty competent service sets along a terribly bland and tasteless food. The outrageous lack of balance on the dishes and the amount of protein in each plate are absolutely nerveracking. Unless the restaurant is sponsored by Knorr, with this price point you simply cannot serve a pre-made seafood sauce, while you force the costumer to act as Dora the Explorer wondering where did the lobster go. The cocktails are great and this is a perfect option if you want to see and be seen in an instagrammable place, just avoid spending your money eating there with endless better options closeby.   We had a confirmed reservation and were 30 minutes late which is usually no problem in Portugal but the people in the reception did not even try to find a solution. For example we could have waited 15-30 minutes for someone else not showing up because but they refused it. So our table was given away but we did not have the same chance. What’s the most awkward is that the place was not filled at this time but they were not eager to find any solutions. We called 12 times to inform we were running late but no one answered the phone. Also, there was no info about the 15 minute rule which they told us to give tables away. Overall a very bad customer experience and I recommend any other place in Lisbon.   This is such a beautiful central park setting, architecture and decor that it is a pity when people badmouth it to be a slightly upmarket Lust in Rio, bit it is a fact that the waiters will be surprised if you show up without celebrating a birthday. We were 4 for dinner with couvert, water, good white wines, a shared burrata, steak with fries, a robalo filet, 2 shamefully tuna steaks (which were too thin to braise and thus cooked to the greyest of grey without any taste, despite us asking first how thick they were cut and they at serving joked that they were 1.1cm), a shared petit gateau caramelo with a delicious hazelnut ice cream, a very good banarama cocktail, LBV ports and a coffee for €380 incl. the recommended 8% tip. In a forgettable experience, we had a moment of brilliance, when I ordered a too complex arinto wine from Torres Vedras and the outstanding sommelier Antonio came running to my rescue and asked if I was sure that all at the table would appreciate my choice as much as me, which after a tasting was proven to be right so he changed it without adding it to the bill.   Had the most amazing afternoon/evening here for a friend's birthday. Considering half our group arrived an hour late, the staff were incredible at managing this. They quickly brought us a selection of starters to share.. These were all superb. The mains, again sharing plates were perhaps even better. Didn't even have to look at a menu...I can't praise the staff enough, we were so well looked after... Can't fault the place.... Thank you so much for making a really special birthday. The shrimp tacos were not for me, the shrimp filling was cold almost like a ceviche or shrimp cocktail which was odd. We also tried their house dessert which was like a caramel lava cake.   We visited for drinks once and everything was well. Then a year later we remembered the place and wanted to drop by with a couple of other people. The place was almost empty. The hostess looked us all up and down and said we couldn’t enter. We were dressed in a casual way, nothing too fancy but were not wearing anything inappropriate either. Another couple had a small piercing so that must have been it. Anyways, I believe that they are thinking too much of themselves. In reality humbleness is what’s attractive.   Ate here, you are paying for the aesthetic and service - Food is OK, doorman and security are racist - Refused my coloured friends entry due to dress code (slippers) although there were non-coloured people in wearing flip flops (beach ones may I add) inside the restaurant. Please note there wasn't any mention of the dress code when making the reservation through the phone. I complained on the day to the manager and the security was soo unprofessional about it, he started arguing with us. They refused to seat us AT THE BAR bc my boyfriend was wearing shorts on a 93 degree day (he looked very nice btw, just in shorts).   My partner was turning 40 last weekend. He rang up weeks in advance to book at Praia no Parque, to see if they would help him celebrate it with a dinner. They said no reservations possible on a Saturday night. Understandable. So we turned up to the restaurant for his birthday dinner on spec, and the doorman asks brusquely for our reservation. This caused some confusion of course. He said we couldn't enter without a reservation. When we pointed out that we hadn't been permitted one, he (quite rudely) thrust a business card in our hand, as if to say "I don't want to deal with you - go away". We quietly handed the business card back, and left. So my review really is a proposal to spend your hard earned money somewhere where people are kind and the vibe is good.   The place is great. We made a reservation and were told that afterwards we will be moved to the bar. We had dinner, wine and cocktails and then after a really nice service things turned around when we were asked quite rudely to leave the table without giving us alternatives. We still had a full bottle of wine that we had to carry with us all around the place finding a spot.   Truly disappointing and the food was incredibly over priced and lacklustre. We ordered the a ceaser salad to find the iceberg lettuce was not fresh and browning around the leafs. The wagu (A5) was very overpriced and over portioned - a fairly low quality cut also vs what you might be expecting giving the grading. We also sampled a few sides dishes including the truffle pasta and finished with desert sampler (one of each) which were both only just… fine. Thankfully the company and champagne made my evening in this somewhat garish space not a total misery. One to avoid.   This is the worst restaurant experience I ever had. We booked a table there a week ago only to find ourselves sitting in the back next to the bathroom while the whole restaurant was half empty. When asking for any suggestions in regards to the menu and food to share they suggested the burger which by the way had two metal bits in them. The best part was when the server saw that we were having a serious conversation on the table and came twice to ask if we wanted dessert in the spam of 2 minutes only to come directly after with the bill and tell us that she needs the table at 10pm. (It was 9:58 pm). And the audacity was that this blond chick waiter added to herself a tip to our bill. Ewww. Burger was tasteless, the taco was soggy and the tomato/hurrays/anchovies weren’t fresh. After being dismissed by the hostess as we did not speak Portuguese, she also slid us slide remarks about waiting in the line for the bar and completely ignored our existence. The security then proceeded to tell us to get on a guest list we’d have to know the owner. So if you’re not from here basically, don’t go. No wonder tourists have a hard time loving the Portuguese culture, it’s places like this with their rude manner that makes you generalize.   FOOD POISING- DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ate here for my birthday (wanted to celebrate my 30th and treat myself) and it was a huge mistake. The friend I was with and I both got severe food poisoning and had to catch a flight back to the US the next day. It was absolutely awful. We were sick the entire night, the entire 8 hour flight, into the next day.   Dropping one star because the shrimp tacos were repulsive… not yummy at all, they were ice cold, flavourless, awful texture… totally inedible. But everything else was amazing! The oysters were fantastic, the tuna tartare was scrumptious… super flavourful, amazing texture, beautiful caviar garnish… the couvert was lovely… the garlic and herb butter was delicious, the hummus was delicious… the argan oil was not nice at all though & they should really consider switching to olive oil… the bread was wonderful, there was toast bread, whole meal bread, broa (great quality)… the chocolate cookie for dessert was good, a little dry & chewy but personally I like it this way… full of chunky chocolate chips, great flavour… it was topped with a very yummy citrus cream… the wine was great, the tequila was great, the Moscow mule was divine… best I’ve ever had!! The espresso martini was very unique, it was almost like a frozen coffee chocolate alcohol smoothie. The ambiance was lovely, the service from Raquel was impeccable. My only complaint about the establishment was that they were not serving tables outside that evening, which as a smoker I would have preferred. But I will definitely return here, it’s a very nice place. Minha única reclamação sobre o estabelecimento foi que eles não estavam servindo mesas do lado de fora naquela noite, o que, como fumante, eu teria preferido.   The venue is stunning, the serving staff very friendly and the crowd (mid week night before a public holiday) was a classy 40 something set, but my food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered nasi goreng for around 25€ which was a bowl of flavourless rice and scrambled egg with garnish. One of our party was also refused entry on account of being too late which I would understand if the restaurant was at 100% capacity but it was a night of incredible storms (hence the lateness) so the seat allocated to her at the bar remained empty the whole night. Most confusing that a restaurant would choose to lose at least 60€ of revenue by sticking to a perplexing policy.   Our best experience in all of Portugal. We came for lunch and stayed until dinner. What an amazing place. Great decor, nice selection of wine, lots of cocktails and really good service. The Moscow mule was by far the very best I ever had, the espresso martinis likewise. Simply delicious. The food was excellent.   To be honest, the food is not super good, the sirloin is correct, the raviolis are ok, but literally you can fit the amount of food in a cup, quantities are really poor. The service was just ok, when we finish the dinner and pay (€75/person, with not more than 2 bottles of wine 2 appetizers and one dish per person) we went to the bar and party, they have 2 bartenders for the whole bar, for the whole night, the cocktails are really good. It is an Over rated place except for the environment, installations, music and location, if not its too expensive for what you get. Looks like it's not possible to give valuation to the same place twice.... Google could improve it. Lately I have been trying to go there with a group of friends. The fried shoestring potatoes were very good. We let the sommelier choose our wines based on our food choices and we were satisfied with what he gave us. We had a small sorbet at the end, along with a glass each of Madeira and Tawny Port. Our final bill was €210, which is expensive for Portugal but is about in line with what we’d expect to pay for a similar meal in an upscale restaurant in a much of the world. Good food quality , fast service but must say on the very very pricy end of the scale in Lisbon. Rather surprisingly to be fair as you can get great food in town for lower price points. But we’ll focus on the dishes - nicely done carpaccio of aged veal with a truffle sauce, tuna tartare that wanted to be fancy but missed some spices , same Went for the avocado salad with mango that just did not blend, and sardines on a bed of tomato ….   I had big expectations from this place, bit was sadly disappointed, It's a great venue nicely decorated in a great location and the service is very good too but the food is very disappointing, not so much the taste, but the portion size, I ordered a stake and what came back was this tiny piece of meat worthy of a toddler's menu (I don't think a 10 year old would have been satisfied with that either). It was embarrassing.   It was my 5th or 6th time in this restaurant and yesterday was a major disappointment ! The music was louder than in a night club and it was virtually impossible to have a decent talk or even understand the waiters. The so-called DJ just did not care about the client experience which was terrible (he was asked several times to put the sound down) and the only thing we wanted was to leave asap to have some peace.   Great food but terrible service, had to get up from our table twice just to ask for a waiter then waited over an hour for our drinks to arrive where we could barely taste the alcohol... then when it came to order food I was told that I was ordering too much and I shouldn’t be ordering that... at the end of the day, if I want to order the whole menu I should be allowed to do so! The only downside was the staff as both, our waiter and the sommelier, weren’t were proficient English speakers so we had a hard time getting guidance on the wine. We then told them that must be a mistake since the person who made it was there with us and showed them the conversation with the supervisor.   Amazing place to have an amazing meal in Lisbon. The place has a very good vibe, it is beautiful and the staff is very kind and profesional. The decoration is very dramatic, full of plants and very good taste decoration. The starters are good for 2 people taking in account the amount of food. The wine list is composed by very good wines, so you won’t be disappointed. The main are very well conceived and tasteful. Deserts are flawless and don’t disappoint. Around 11.30pm/midnight there’s a DJ that starts spinning and more people arrive to the restaurant/bar to have a drink and enjoy the crow (posh and well dressed). É necessário fazer reserva se quiser encontrar mesa, pois é um local que está sempre lotado. 7 pessoas que comeram 3 entradas, 1 cocktail e um prato principal por pessoa, 3 garrafas de vinho, 2 garrafas de água e uma sobremesa, pagamos 68€/pessoa, por isso não é um local barato.   The first time we went there we were amazed by the very elegant / cool style of the place. They had super nice bar and the view was wonderful. Then we had dinner, excellent, the steak was great. Loved the place. That was during the week, then we went again on the weekend and stayed for the club time. I liked the idea that the access is controlled so it does not get overcrowded and for security. Great DJ and great music. The nice thing is the crowd, it is no student-level, but young and cool people. For sure it’s one of the hippest places in Lisboa, and once they open the terrace in the summer, dinner outdoors will become my favorite.   Spectacular restaurante! We went there already twice and both times we had great experiences. The food was great, they have super nice and cool bar, the crowd is very cool but for sure not student-type club. The best of all they have a spectacular view. They seem to have a nice terrace outdoor in the summer, if true, dinner outdoor with this view must be winderful.
