  After being there many times I still consider it one of my favorite brunch/ breakfast places in Lisbon.   I can recommend the place if you’re looking for fingerlicking food with nice presentation. They offer a lot of interesting breakfast/brunch options infused by different cultures (Mediterranean cuisine, Ukrainian cuisine) . My egg pashot with salmon was AMAZING, it’s a must try. Coffe is ok. The place is quite popular and there might be queues, but waiting worth it. I only give it 4 stars because of long waiting times for your order, also, there is no printed menu, only a digital version.   We’ve been twice to Manifest during our Lisbon trip because they offer a huge variety of breakfast options, which all sound and, as far as we can tell, are very delicious. The staff can be a bit slow, but is super friendly, and I really like the interior of the place. The only thing I would critique is that I’ve found the Halloumi portion rather small compared to the price you pay, but that wouldn’t keep me from coming back a third time.   We just went for a coffee now at around 2:30pm today (Saturday). The waiter in this shift was so unwelcoming, he basically told us to leave. We came in, spotted 2 seats at the big table, asked everyone if ok to join (there were 2 different parties sitting there already) and we were just about to sit, when he finally comes and says no, I can’t sit you here because “it’s difficult for me to have 3 parties at one table”, then he changed his mind and said “I need to ask them”, well…but we already asked and it was all great until he showed up…Awful customer service. Do you have too much business? You don’t mind turning away new customers? If so no problem, off we go, there are other places with great coffee in Lisbon. This employee is not doing justice to the great product you have. I appreciate a very good specialty coffee, but please remember it’s all about your people in the end, it’s the people who make customers want to come back.   We were here for brunch on a Saturday. The food is gorgeous but the service although friendly could be more efficient. The place was full so we had to sit outside, with sunny weather but a bit chilly. So we asked for a blanket but as all those sitting outside needed one there was not enough for everybody. As a consequence it was not so comfortable. Additionally, in order to sit as many people as possible, they packed us 3 people in a very small table, trapping others sitting in a table nearby in the corner, making it difficult to serve them.   Fantastic place for breakfast ! Please try this place out. They have so many options for food it was hard to choose. The place is really pretty and aesthetic with many nice paintings and textures throughout place. I took shakshouka which was amazing and very filling it had about 3 eggs , hummus it came with 3 pieces of bread, taste wise it had Arabic flavours ,it was perfect. The drinks were also really good here I had a pink dream smoothie while my friends had lemonades. Service : super good and food came very fast like 10 minutes wait max even tho the place was full.   I just randomly entered this restaurant because it was the first one I saw and I was starving I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the ovos shakshuka was (it was a dish I always wanted to try) I had sencha which is a Japanese green tea I also randomly picked and it was so tasty .   The staff was not very approachable or suggesting to offer help in short not very welcoming. Access to wheelchair users is difficult so I wouldn't recommend it. The menu is strange but the food is actually tasty. I will not recommend it if you dislike greasy or oily food though.   This was our favorite brunch spot while visiting Lisbon. It was so delicious and the servers were so sweet and kind. The French toast was heavenly and the cappuccino & fresh squeezed orange juice were delicious. The atmosphere is also very cute, lots of space, and relaxed. We were a larger group (8 people) and had written the phone number multiple times over the past week in order to ensure we could have a space as we had a tight schedule...no response, just left on read. Upon arriving, the place was fairly empty. However we were scolded by the waiter that we could not add 2 extra chairs to the existing table for 6.   We went for breakfast and were lucky to get in without a queue around 10:30 am. Food: salmon brunch was great because it has eggs, fruit, veggies, very tasty smoked salmon, and a fresh croissant. Syrniki (cheesecakes) were a tiny bit too sweet for me but very tasty regardless. Peking duck Benedict - the duck was very sweet because of the sauce and there were some dry bits so I can't recommend it. Service: the place is busy and you might have to wait a bit to catch someone's attention. Vibe: the interior design is nice: there are a lot of things to study while waiting.   If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The best French toast I have EVER had. My husband came here in May, and hasn't stopped talking about it since so we had to come back together! I could tell on entry the food would be good, but omg, this was something else. My husband had a Mexican breakfast which was really really good, and I had their French toast (which he tried too) - I wish I'd gone back again before we left.   The Duck Benedict is one of the best breakfast meals I’ve ever had. It’s such a great combo. They slay the Bloody Mary’s and make a mean vegan chocolate pancake and serve delicious coffee. There is often a queue to get in and they don’t take reservations but it’s usually not too long to wait.   The food is very good and the service on the whole is average for Lisbon. The price of €15 for brunch plus €4 for coffee is on the expensive side, even by London standards, but as I say the food is good. Where they fail is the coffee, which is odd as, after all, people come here for coffee. It tasted sour, and wasn't to my taste at all. It was as if the milk they used was out of date. I was told by the waitress that it was a unique coffee blend the owner had created, so this is the only option. My partner didn't like it either. The waitress offered to ask the manager is they would take off the bill. The manager refused. Visiting a restaurant we are buying a service, not a product. The coffee is part of the service and it wasn't what we wanted and didn't like what we were served. No one expects to pay for a service they didn't want or like. We paid anyway, as I don't know if this is usual custom in Portugal. In the UK this would never happen, unless the owner doesn't want his customers to feel the service received was substandard.   Most of the food was good, the american eggs benny were very disappointing as the egg wasn’t even runny and had very little sayce of hollandaise. The rest of the food was good but not amazed, staff were nice and the place is cool. Lots of tables were dirty and we basically had to cleaned it ourselves. Unsure if it’s a place I’ll go back maybe the timing I went was off but I’m happy I tried it and the rest of the group loved their dishes. Maybe it was bad luck for me.   It’s a cool place, literally (they have air conditioning) and figuratively. I did not care for the pancakes. Though pretty, they were definitely moist but more like rubbery. And the homemade Nutella does not taste like Nutella. The orange juice was bitter. Salmon poke bowl was ok. Maybe I’ll try an açaí bowl next time, if we go back.   We stayed at an Airbnb across from this place and were very happy having breakfasts here during our stay in Lisboa. The food is spectacular both visually as well as taste-wise. The atmosphere is very arts and chill. The outdoor seating is great unless the nearby road is busy with traffic. The service is very friendly. The only thing that is a bummer is that they don’t allow for people to hang out and work on laptops here. I’m guessing that this place simply gets too busy during some times of the day to be able to accommodate working/studying crowd.   They have a very aggressive no laptop policy which is stringently enforced even when the place is totally empty Staff are rude about it and there is no sign n the door or Information in the listing to tell you this. I queried why the policy was rudely told “is our rules” however, it does seem that playing loud sounds directly out of a phone is ok…?   Super cute brunch place. The food was excellent. The Acai Berry was delicious! The continental breakfast was great. Only reason I don't say exceptional is because I assumed it would be smoked salmon, as opposed to raw salmon (which I am not a fan of) and the eggs though perfectly cooked were missing some oomph. The croissant with butter and jam had ridiculous amounts of oomph!!! One suggestion to Manfesto Lisbon is to serve Caesars instead of Bloody Mary's, said another way clamato juice instead of tomatoe.   This was the worst brunch I've ever had. The salad leaves were old, bread was stale, salmon slimy, eggs almost a rubbery texture, packet cheese, supermarket guacamole and croissant. My group were asked how everything was when the bill came, so we told the waiter what we thought. The manager came to speak to us, was super defensive and rude. He said everyone loves the restaurant and it was down to our personal preference that we didn't like it. He then went on to say he couldn't do anything about it as it was our problem. And actually said the spinach leaves were not old, they looked like this (see pictures attached) because they were mixed in oil. Once we paid our bill he complained about my group to the table next to where we were sitting in a very public manner. So rude and super unprofessional. It makes no sense to me or my friends how Manifest has so many good reviews. We advise you not to waste your time or money, and definitely your energy trying to advise a manager who doesn't care for any constructive criticism.   5 stars for the amazing food! But I’d give 4 stars for the service as we sat unattended at our table for about 15 minutes after being sat and the server only came over when we flagged him down. But, about that food: SIMPLY DELICIOUS. And cheap! We ordered the Turkish eggs: so unique and flavorful (however, it looks like it comes with a bagel… If you’ve had a real bagel in your life, I must warn you, this is NOT a bagel. It’s bagel-shaped bread); the french toast, which was the best french toast I’ve ever tried in my life, topped with super sweet, fresh strawberries; and the croissant with bacon and eggs (I didn’t try this but my father said it was tasty). Everything is of very high quality, generous portions, and so SO inexpensive! I should also mention the decor. This place is adorably decorated, very hipster with mismatching furniture and silverware. Fun art on the walls. And there’s a pretty large outdoor patio as well. We didn’t order any of the brunch meals, but they looked amaaaaazing. You can understand why this places is so busy.   This restaurant is where we had our first meal (dinner) when we arrived in Lisbon. Cute local spot. The Lima Risotto with scallops was to die for!!! My sister had the Slow Cook Pork.   This cute brunch cafe needs more reviews! This has to be the best place in Lisbon for all things breakfast and drinks. We love sharing food and the fact they have the option to have a platter that gives you “a bit of everything” was perfect for us. The food was delicious and very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. My boyfriend couldn’t stop commenting on how comfy the blue velvet seats were. Do try the “Peking Duck Eggs Benedict” as that was unreal which we haven’t stopped dreaming about since our return to the United Kingdom.   Since being in Portugal I’ve been leaning to more of vegetarian diet simply because I hadn’t moved into my own place to cook just yet. However, I feel more confident w/ the quality of food here. Manifest was right up to par with quality food and one heck of a cappuccino (w/ oat milk). I went for the mushroom omelette w/ a side croissant. Simply delicious! The service was great and it was comforting to know that they were COVID conscious as they require you show a recent negative test or vaccination card to dine-in.   A great find! I came for the sweet potato waffles, but also ended getting taco brunch - very tasty, but big mistake as I couldn't finish both! The cocktails were also very good - I would recommend the Bloody Mary, the Moscow Mule, and the gin (Bombay Sapphire) and tonic. Good prices too, esp on the drinks - the drinks I had were in the EUR 5 - 6.50 range. Cool ambience too, relaxed hippy cafe vibe, and friendly staff.   Sunday brunch = super busy time. People were waiting for tables. Luckily for us, they opened the outside seating area and we got a table pretty quickly. But, we then had to wait ages for someone to take our order - at least 20 minutes. I had to (quite rudely) wave someone down. Two other groups got fed up of waiting and left before ordering. They need to hire more help. We waited another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. I ordered the American eggs Benedict. Very tasty, but they it was served with rocket and peppers. Quite an unusual taste. My wife had a mushroom omelette. Pretty bland - but what did she expect? Overall, decent food but very poor service.   I think is that it’s the best place to have breakfast in Lisboa. Nice selection of meal, we tried for 3 days always different dish and no one of that made us disappointed. The staffs are really nice guys, always big smile and helpful.   Very nice cafe with good food. Some vegan options as well. It's usually very crowded and sometimes you have to wait for a table. It's worth the wait though. The place is very well decorated with interesting art and has a very relaxed vibe. One day I had the atlantic eggs benedict and they were excellent. The Acai bowl I had another time was decent as well, but I had better ones in other places. But no one can be perfect at everything. I'd come again. It was such a surprise that this place was opened by Ukrainian guys and made me so proud ‘cause the food was super delicious, there is a big choice of breakfast for any taste.   Lovely place. The staff were really welcoming from the waitress to the bartenders and open to any questions. They speak English so it is a good place to stop if you're visiting Lisbon. We tried a vegan chocolate "cheesecake", an americano coffee and a caipirinha. The cocktail wasn't on the meniu but they were kind enough to make it. It was great.   We shared their mixed stater platter which was very good, the tuna (acceptable) and the cheese and beets salad (average). I had a glass of white wine and she had some sparkling wine.
