  Bad experience overall. Atmosphere: To get to the place you need to walk in a back street that smells like someone recently peed there. Also some sketchy characters to get to the restaurant. Place was empty, I saw some people pick up food but I certainly would never dine in. Service: The guy taking the orders seemed nice enough. I place my order and came back in 20 mins. After taking it home, I found out one of the items was wrong. I went back and the guy would not admit his mistake and gave attitude. He replaced the incorrect item. Food: Mutton biryani had good flavours but was too wet Prawn karhai was not good Kobabs had not flavour, just spice and the texture was too mushy Nan was not good, tasted like reheated frozen Nan (Traduzido pelo Google) Má experiência em geral.   Well, we went to this place after reading good reviews on google. The taste of the food was okay, but what was really not okay, was the fact, that both me and my friend found shards of glass in our food (both while chewing, thank god we did not swallow it). The staff told us “everything is ok in our kitchen”, which obviously… is not. They returned us money (for one food) after we specifically told them to do so, I highly doubt they would give us money back if we did not ask them. Hurts me to say, but I do not recommend.   What a hidden gem. On my recent trip to Lisbon was looking for something familiar and found this little place. The food is authentic Pakistani. Ambiance is good, very clean and the service was excellent. In addition got to meet these young men that own and manage it. They came across as very hard working and wanting the best for their customers. A must try for any desi tourist in the area or anyone else that wishes to be little adventurous with new dishes.   So disappointing! I came here for the samosas, looking for the rounder/pyramid shaped ones shown in the menu and in restaurant-provided photos here/Uber Eats/etc. What I received, as you see, is not what is in the restaurant's pictures. The green chutney promised in the menu was not provided, either. Unfortunately, I did not discover this until I got home. These were also not prepared by the restaurant: I watched them take a commercial packet out of the freezer to prepare orders. I will not be back. UPDATE: I see the restaurant replied, claiming that the samosa types differ by shape, chicken being different to vegetable. Their own menu photos clearly show the same shape for both varieties. Customers should not have to ask for the sauces/accompaniments listed on the menu.   After three days in Lisbon we had walked past too many curry restaurants to be able to resist them any more, and chose Taste of Pakistan for the great reviews. We were not disappointed. The vegetable samosa and chefs wings starters got us off to a flyer. The wings were superb and the mint sauce to accompany the samosas something else. For the mains we had the mutton karahi, prawn achari and mixed vegetable curry accompanied by plain basmati rice and tandoori roti. All were bang on!   My husband and I had just arrived in Lisbon and needed to get a quick dinner before our boat tour. We chose Taste of Pakistan because of its proximity to our hotel and its excellent reviews, which I'm happy to say are well-deserved. We were greeted with friendly and attentive service and the food was some of the very best Pakistani food we've had. We live in an area with a lot of Pakistani immigrants and have several highly-rated Pakistani restaurants close to our house, so that's a pretty high bar! We enjoyed everything we ordered, but especially recommend the chicken biriyani. It was perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious! If you're looking for a vegetarian option, the palak paneer was also fantastic. We paid just under 20 Euros for two generous entrees, a side of naan, and a mango lassi. What a great deal!   After a long day exploring Lisbon and surrounding areas,, we decided to come to taste of Pakistan for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the entire menu.   The place has recently opened up and seemed family run. We ordered a chicken biryani which he kindly accommodated by making it chicken tikka as I prefer boneless. It was really fresh and nice.   Very nice food. While visiting lisbon, as a food lover i took food from many places but this one is really great. The person who takes oder is really nice. And the food was so delicious. I ordered many things there in couple of days. Everything seems pretty good and quality is much better then few others around it. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who wanna taste Pakistani food in Lisbon. Overall experiences is good. (Traduzido pelo Google) Comida muito boa.   Really tasty food, great prices & friendly staff! In the picture Tarka Dal lentils which I loved. Has nice vegetarian options. Also had a great Pakistani tea with milk. Recommended!   The food was tasteless. After reading the reviews we decided to try Taste of Pakistan. It was a regrettable decision on the last day of staying in Portugal. The Sheek kebab was falling a part, however the biryani was sub par. The restaurant was dirty including the menus. The staff member was lovely but even that did not make up for how poor the food was.   Very courteous staff, clean and organized. Customer service is excellent. Food was delicious and fresh. We ordered qeema, chappati and rice which tasted very authentic. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed in Portugal. Highly recommended. It's located in a small ally so use walking map and you will get there easily.   Usually Pakistani food in Europe is a bland Indian copy that sweeten the dishes and hardly taste the same. This however, was warm & fresh, authentic spicy, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Plus the desi chai after the meal was the winning combo. The restaurant is on a narrow street so many might miss it, however I would recommend it for people who prefer taste over decor.   We ordered daal gosht and chicken tikkah masala.. both dishes were fresh & absolutely delicious..i would say finger licking good. Friendly staff. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!   For me it's the best pakistanese/Indian restaurant in Lisbon. The keeper is just the most friendly person you could meet with, and the chef and his dishes are irrepressible, full of taste and colours.
