  Was only here for lunch but it was delicious. Had my first Nepalese curry and I found it tastier than the Indian curry back home and we have good curries in Toronto. The service was excellent and helpful and answered all of our questions. Value was good and we left full and satisfied. 100% recommend. In my pursuit for authentic Nepali food, hands down Diyalo is the best…their momos, thali, chicken curry, ghundruk acchar….and when I rates the food, it got me back 30 years…it is the best and they keep it real…no messing about with the food like they do in the UK, Australia or the US..   The best Nepali and Indian food in Portugal. The staff is great and friendly, the food is delicious, the location, good prices and the view is outstanding. You can see the tram and the busy Martim Moniz square from up there. May be they can make the prices slightly lower for Portugal and there are cheaper Nepali restaurants close by but not better. Diyalo food is the best. But they also need to make money I guess. I've been here so many times and I cannot get enough of it. Their pork dishes are just too good. Their sauses are amazing especially the spicy sauce they give with Pork fried rice. Pork sekuwa is too good. The naans are super soft. Mango lassi is delicious. Both their Nepali and Indian dishes are good. Everytime I have someone visiting me in Portugal I take them here and everyone loves it. They treat you like family. It's not a 5 star restaurant experience but it is not trying to be either, it is a solid 4 star experience and the Nepalese food was just delicious.   In the middle of Martim Moniz where there are 1001 restaurants of the same type of food, we decided for this one almost at random, for being almost in front and because the blackboard said they had Pani Puri. It is next to the stairs, so the outside overlooks the castle of São Jorge and part of the square itself (which is not the prettiest). I had already eaten at other restaurants in the area, so I had a point of comparison. It was nice, a menu with Nepalese, Indian and Portuguese(?) options. I decided on the aforementioned PaniPuri and a Biryanni rice. The pani puri, excellent starter, the rice, maybe a little overdone in texture but with a magnificent flavor profile, overall balanced and with good flavor accents, then there was the other chicken that was not butter chicken, it was ok, good to good. The attention, quite friendly I will say and the prices very commensurate. I would recommend to the restaurant to stick to cusine type, the mixture asian-portuguese without being a fusion cusine may cause the place to look like all those all-in-one cheap low quality places... But, yes, I'll recommend this restaurant. Eu recomendaria ao restaurante que se mantivesse no tipo de culinária, a mistura asiático-portuguesa sem ser uma culinária de fusão pode fazer com que o local se pareça com todos aqueles lugares baratos e de baixa qualidade. We can take bike, car, taxi, bus, electric bus, metro, train, and so on to get there. The Foods are really delicious and the texture is amazing. The restaurant organizes party as well. The staffs are very attentive and polite to customers. They can speak English very well. They seem nice and helpful. We can pay bills with cash and card which is really beneficial for the clients. On the other hand, the restaurant is not compatible to people with wheelchair. It is because the restaurant doesn't have wheelchair accessible entrance.   After looking at the pictures on the paelha menu I was looking forward to my meal, but when it arrived all of us were disappointed. The food didn't even look close to what it was on the pictures. Adding to that fact all of our dishes tasted the same. A meal of this small for 16€ is not only ridiculous but an insult as a customer. I absolutely advise you to not go here.   Literally has the BEST mango lassi I have ever had - and I've had mango lassi's in Punjab, Canada, US and UK... Their Nepalese food is amazing, loved the butter chicken, mutton curry, and Biryani; just delicious. Didn't have much of their Portuguese food. The service was warm and friendly, there was a bit of a wait, but worth it. O serviço foi caloroso e amigável, houve um pouco de espera, mas valeu a pena.

  Best Nepali food I have ever had I tried Nepali momo which have great flavor and delicious. Friendly staff, Suman and another bro working so hard to deliver customer service.   One of the best Nepalese restaurant in the town with typical Nepalese foods and Portuguesas menus too. Staff were really kind and always smiling. Very neat and clean the foods is really tasty. I will definitely come back again when I will be in town in the future.
