  We had one of the best meals in Portugal. We had the arancini (the best we ever had), carbonara, mushroom and seafood risotto, pizza, and 2 kids meals. The desserts were also amazing (dessert pizza, gelato, panna cota, and the Ferrero roche. Great restaurant for a large group and they even had stuff for kids to color while we waited.   Lovely atmosphere and decor, definitely an Italian vibe and feel to the place. The starters were good with the mixed platter for 2 a nice start to the dining experience though a word of caution, it is a lot for 2 people if you are not big eaters. The rest of the food was good though I have only one small complaint, the breaded veal was overcooked and tough to cut but overall was a decent meal. The rest of the food was enjoyable.   Disappointing experience. We ordered mushroom pasta in parmesan, tiramisu with coffee and a glass of wine. The wine came immediately, but the pasta was cold and unsalted. I understand that pasta in parmesan loses temperature, but it was possible to serve it in a hot plate or think of something else. It is unlikely that the chef who designed this menu could have envisioned that the food should be served cold. No salt on the tables and no spices were offered by the waiter either. Then the waiter forgot about desserts and coffee. I had to remind again, and to another waiter, as ours did not approach us anymore. The second employee brought desserts without coffee. Tiramisu was delicious. In general, there are no complaints about the kitchen, further if the pasta forgot to salt, I can get over it and fix it. But service in such an institution should obviously be higher. I also lacked light music. There were a lot of people in the hall, not too noisy, but the lack of music made staying in the restaurant more like visiting a canteen.   I dont know if I can call this a review, but I haven't tried the food. Reason being this: According to Uber eats, this is also a Burger Restaurant. What does it mean? No one knows. Some research and the webpage for "like a Lord Burger" suggest that "Like a Lord" Burger is located here. However, according to Uber eats, it is called "like a burger". A name which gives no results anywhere. But the webpage for like a lord has same pictures of the burgers as Uber eats. Maybe Bellalisa Valmor need to clarify this?   Me and my husband had a dinner there.I ordered the alle vongole for 23 euros. The quality was very very low, even the pasta was pre cooked and the taste was not even close to an italian similar dish. My husband took the lasagnia ragu. It was like a meal from a supermarket and a small portion. The wine (white monte amarello) was low quality too.They may purchase their ingredients and precooked meals from the lidl nearby. We paid for a dinner that worthed in my opion about 15 euros 52 euros, we didn't tell anything to the "chef" (if there is one) because we didn't want this to ruin our mood.Bad experience, you can find, for sure, better restaurants to enjoy your dinner. When we talk about food... well, get ready for a huge surprise. Really good food and service.   Honestly, a huge disappointment. The place looks nice and fancy but the food isn't worth the price. I ordered carbonara and it was watery and extremely salty. I felt like eating noodles and the portions are very small. My partner had ravioli and same a huge plate with a few pieces in a watery sauce that wasn't even warm. We didn't want to make a fuss and didn't say anything cause we had waited for so long already and it was already almost 23h when we received our plates but I don't recommend this restaurant.   Nice italian restaurant. We went there because of the Fork fest. We tasted a piza a pasta and the bistecca. The piza was good with fresh ingredients. The pasta is mad in a curious way and was a nice experience. The meat was really tender, cooked slowly and the dressing complements with mushroomish flavor.   It pains me to give this a 3/5 but either the stars really weren't aligned during my visit or my expectations were completely off. The chicken dish I had was fine. Not great, fine. Which is fine. What ruined it, however, were the god awful fries, which were just plain stale. The service was nice and the house wine, while not anything to write home about, was generously portioned and priced. I did have the misfortune of walking in there when a large number of people were entering, which caused considerable wait times but having to wait 15 minutes for the bill really pushed the experience to mediocrity land for me.   The decor is pleasant, the music choice on point. The pictures on the walls, the lighting, everything is great. Now for the rest. The food is not necessarily bad,but, I wish they used less cream on the pastas, the cheese was ok, but a better quality parmesam would do wonders. Everything is a bit too pricey when compared with similar restaurants. The wait times are bit much, but then again, serving a large group is not necessarily easy, so we could overlook it. For the ambience: the place is loud. The disturbing part was that there was a birthday party with drunken 19 yr'olds that decided to start a fight, destroy part of the decor, YELL as loud as they could, with zero consideration for other people in the restaurant. In any case, this is unnaceptable behaviour, and should be met with more than a pat on the back. I know the restaurant should not be responsible for parenting these young "adults", but for f(*^)( sake, call them out on their bad behaviour and if it continues, just show them the door, it is your restaurant after all ... Em qualquer caso, este é um comportamento inaceitável e deveria ser recebido com mais do que um tapinha nas costas. Eu sei que o restaurante não deveria ser responsável por criar esses jovens "adultos", mas pelo amor de Deus, denuncie-os por seu mau comportamento e se continuar, apenas mostre-lhes a porta, afinal é o seu restaurante ...

  The plate I ordered (Spaghetti alla carbonara) wasn't well seasoned, the flavour was mediocre and lacking. The service was not very professional, even having the waiter answer me sarcastically when I ask a question about a plate. The food took a lot of time to arrive to the table. The other guests I was with seemed to enjoy their meals. The dessert I asked for was delicious and was as much or even better of what to expect from it.   Amazing Italian surprise in Lisbon! My husband & I ate there twice in 3 days. Incredible pasta, burratta with zucchini and honey on top. Will make when I get home.   We were in Lisbon several times since 2011 and always eat lunches in Bella Lisa - no doubt best restaurant in the city. Not only fantastic menu, but also wonderful atmosphere with nice music and very careful manager (or may be owner). After 2,5 year we came to Bella Lisa again in May 2018. It is not the same place! There were problems with reservation (in our time restaurant was closed), standard champain for invitation only in days we were not in shorts, new manager ignored us and talked only with 'special' guests. We were not pleased of our meals: tuna with bones and cold 'hot crepes' . To be honest - soups and pizzas were quite good. Finally - it is still not bad restaurant but far from brilliant beginnings. We are dissappointed of that place and not advice it to other. In the future we will find another restaurant. There are a lot of them in magic Lisbon. Everything is perfect, the dishes (my son was very happy to have pasta prepared with parmigiano) and the service (the 2 young ladies ).They accepted us at 14:45 eventhough they were about to close the restaurant.   Very nice Bistro in the heart of Lisbon, we weren't out looking for an Italian experience but this is one of the best ones we've seen so far, but what really made it was the service. The main hostess was incredibly enthusiastic about her bistro and it showed, not only was the food top notch, her love for it really tied it all together. The selection is varied too, not just your international Italian cuisine, but also lesser known dishes. I really recommend this place to anyone staying in Lisbon. Also risottos, casseroles, grilled meat and fish, and other less common Italian dishes. Nice selection of entrees and deserts too. Only complaint so far is the some times moody even rude, most often overly nice, staff chief.
