  This funky little restaurant is located within LX Factory. We stopped by for a quick lunch and had a nice experience. Being from California, we were a little skeptical about Mexican food in Portugal. But it was good! We had chips, guacamole, and queso and shared the shrimp tacos, which were crispy and delicious. We paired our lunch with a nice sangria. It was delicious! Our waiter was very sweet. Overall a nice experience.   Went here because this place has one of the best ratings on map at LX factory. I have to say to say that I don’t get why… Nachos were underwhelming… The ceviche was ok but not worth 4 nor 5 stars. Pisco sour was mediocre. I guess the quality was okay for LX factory. Service was not really forthcoming and we felt rushed to finish although the place was completely empty.   Overall, quite disappointing. Ran out of jalapeños, and you could tell by how bland the food was. Not vegan or vegetarian friendly, and very-subpar food and drinks. Ambience was nice though.   I stopped in for lunch during the LX market on Sunday and it was great. I ordered their spicy white fish ceviche which was delicious! They also had a happy hour promo where margaritas are €5 which were quite strong and tasty. The service was quick and the staff are friendly.   Everything was good, the food, the music and the atmosphere. Unfortunately the staff made a mistake with our order and the didn’t take responsibility for it. They served some nachos we hadn’t ordered, but we didn’t realise at the moment. I asked a waiter they had brought two nachos instead of one and they said not to worry about it, but in the end I did have to pay.   Yummy food and nice service. Heating fires were great at the terrace. They advertised extremely spicy tacos but spicy level was very mild. Restrooms could be more clean and there should be toilet covers because without those it is very unhygienic especially at the restaurant when the bacterias spreads over when flushing the toilet.   We spent 17.4€ per person for small portions. The food was overall good but not amazing. The food did not have much flavor. I am also disappointed to hear that the restaurant "offers" a shot, (strong alcohol in a small glass) if you leave a 5 star review. Meaning that they "bribe" you with a shot. The service was pretty good. The music is WAY too loud and its very hard to hear anyone while in the restaurant. Dish was still great, waiter said that they out of gratin for now, which they could have said in advance. After that I've noticed that in Google photos this dish is always with some chips, french fries or baked potato. Seems like they never served it with gratin.   Me and my boyfriend decided for this place after seeing the menu, which looked exciting. Unfortunately, the excitment ended there. It felt as if we were a burden to the waitresses. No hello, no smile, basically no words, just a constant waiting and hoping for the best. I went for vegetarian tacos and burrito - not great, not terrible. I believe the meat options might be tastier. Also, I couldn't help but notice that the lunch menu only appears in the Portuguese menu, not in the English version.   Definitely the worst "mexican" food I've ever had. Everything was served almost immediately after ordering, which is usually not a good sign. And indeed it wasn't. The classic loaded nachos appetizer was an absolute massacre. We ordered the vegetarian version ; considering the vegetables and spices used to top the chips, it was closer to a ratatouille than anything else. And not a nice one. The cheese used, if it really was cheese, somehow resembled a tasteless and lumpy béchamel sauce. The Ni mi chi tacos were mediocre - dry and overall severly lacking of flavor. As did the vegetarian tacos. Drinks were ok, but unremarkable. Music was too loud inside for us, but that's a personal taste.   I have to say I was misled by the great reviews. The staff was nice. But I ordered the Canasta Mexicana (nachos, guacamole and queso fundido)....I received totopos (fried tortilla) instead of nachos, guacamole was ok but the watery yellow mistery dip I was given as queso fundido was inedible. So I ordered an empanada which was just ok. I don't know about the tacos or burritos but my meal was less than average and a tad over priced I wouldn't recommend spending your money there or, at least, do not order what I did.   We went today and had really amazing food. The rice with seafood and vegetables was extremely tasty, one of the best foods in our holiday in Lisbon. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the TERRIBLE service. The waitress was clearly not happy, she never smiled once. Our table did not have cutlery: we waited patiently but first came the drinks, then all our food but still no forks and knives! We were hungry so we took them from the table just next to us. Nobody came to check on us if everything was alright with the food, they just came to take the empty dishes away. In the end as she came to take the payment at the table we hoped she would at least ask how we enjoyed the meal, but nothing. She just asked a confirmation of the food we had and proceeded with the payment. We were very upset with the service. We felt like a burden to the staff. The food was really good so it wouldn’t be fair to give less than 4 stars… however if we had to take into consideration the service this would be 0 stars! This is place is also pretty full but it definitely was because of the lunch time. Staff was from the start the very best (and I mean that!) experience in this establishment - extremely kind, cheerful (even after a little incident of “sugar in mojito” on the table next to us - there was no sugar in their drink but the girl was a bit out of line). For drinking, beer and frozen margaritha were our choices - good stuff, both of it but the drink is pretty overpriced. For starter we went for Cheese Empanadas - very tasty but toooo little for that price. Main dish - ceviches with salmon, well seasoned, good chunks of salmon but again tooo little portion. I went with Vegetarian buritto and this is the key for my disappointment. It was just a rice with oily vegetables without even a bit of salt, pepper and flavour. Even the wrap was made in wrong way. At least the portion was a bit bigger (portion of no taste).   Stopped in this place the other night to check it out for the first time. We tried the Mandioca frita, burritos, ceviche and nachos. The food was GREAT! They have great happy hour specials and the Caipirinhas were super fresh and flavorful. On top of that, the service was GREAT, super attentive and helpful and the ambiance was very nice.   Amazing food and happy hour cocktails. The Carne burrito is delicious, I came back two days in a row because I couldn't stop thinking about it 🤩 I asked for the Caiparinia with low sugar and they were happy to oblige. It's delicious, strong, and only $5 on happy hour. One and you're good, two... Watch out :) The staff are also super sweet and fun. My waitress was Mayara and she was always smiling, dancing, and bringing anything I ordered super quickly. Making it seem effortless while managing a lot of tables. Highly recommended all around.   We had some nachos, one empanada and chicken burritos. The food came quite fast and was good. However the service was friendly but kinda lost. We started eating, but the drinks came only after we had already finished about 15 minutes later. Also we asked whether the Strawberry Margarita was included in the happy hour and they said yes, but then we had to pay full price. I also asked if there were 3 burritos like on some pictures on Google Maps or only one, and they said 3, but then there were only two on the plate.   I chose this place as it was the most highly rated on google in the Lx Factory area however I feel it was overpriced and not worth it. On the plus side the place is pleasing to the eye. A very cool Instagram friendly aesthetic. We got there not long after opening so were the first customer so cannot comment on the usual ambience. The al pastor tacos were food. Very tender juicy flavourful pork that filled up the taco. The rest was not so pleasing. The tempura prawn tacos had flavourless batter and was oil logged. I ordered a sausage sandwich starter for my daughter which was warm (not fresh) sausage. The bread was also not fresh and the cheese was stale and barely melted. Please see the pics it was just about edible. Next thing to warn about it the nachos with guacamole and cheese that are on each table: I assumed they were complimentary but they are not. They are 4.50 Euro and this is not mentioned. I wouldn’t have minded so much but the cheese sauce has two pieces of soggy taco at the bottom that I hadn’t dropped in!!! Who knows how long that had been there considering that the restaurant had just opened! All things considered I would not recommend this place at all unless you are starving and feel like wasting money. Overpriced rubbish for the most part. Eu pedi uma entrada de sanduíche de salsicha para minha filha, que era salsicha quente (não fresca). O pão também não estava fresco e o queijo estava velho e mal derretido. Por favor, veja as fotos, era quase comestível. A próxima coisa a avisar são os nachos com guacamole e queijo que estão em cada mesa: presumi que fossem cortesia, mas não são. Custam 4,50 euros e isso não é mencionado. Eu não teria me importado muito, mas o molho de queijo tem dois pedaços de taco encharcados no fundo que eu não tinha deixado cair! Quem sabe há quanto tempo isso estava ali, considerando que o restaurante acabara de abrir! Considerando todas as coisas, eu não recomendaria este lugar, a menos que você esteja morrendo de fome e com vontade de desperdiçar dinheiro. Lixo caro em sua maior parte.
