  This is a Brazilian barbecue restaurant which serves Brazilian cuisine. As expected, it has lots of meat. Personally I like the chicken heart. There are also some veggie in the salad bar session. The meat is quite delicious, with a variety of beef, pork, chicken and sausages. We enjoyed the dinner much and the price is reasonable.   so me and my gf got the 26 euro package. there were many kinds of salads and prepared appetizers. sadly there were no labels to identify the items. you get a wooden baton with one side being red one side green. green being ( yes bring me more meat) and red ( no more meat please). the meat selection was extremely varied. and you can also choose if you want welldone or rare part of the steaks. the seasoning and the crust on them was delicious. since we got a more premium package I wasn't sure how much of the premium meats I got due to the language barrier and overwhelming variety. even though the staff tried their best to communicate in English and I appreciate it. all in all I loved it and would go there more often if I was in lisbon. it's definitely worth it and one of the best buffets I've been to. also the desserts were delicious. please note that your party can only choose one category of meats. you can't have one get the basic and the other premium. also if you get the premium you get acess to the lower tiers. also it's better to pay in cash then you get a discount.   Atmosphere a bit overcrowded, loud , busy , wouldn’t recommend for a romantic date to go there . Food is good 8/10 . Service is okay , whereas we had the premium option and once a colleague in the beginning declined some meat to us saying we were not entiteled to it which resulted from bad communication through the staff . Later this issue was fixed by a friendly English speaking employee but the one employee came across very unfriendly that declined us the meat . Overall good concept if you want to eat a lot of meat for cheap . Salad buffets could improve by adding 3-4 nice made dressings , that was completely missing here .   While the service was commendable, the food failed to meet my expectations. The BBQ, especially the Picanha, was the saving grace of the meal. The buffet options were plentiful but lackluster, and even though we arrived early, the food seemed stale. Opting for the Picanha rodízio was definitely the right choice as we were treated to an endless supply of succulent meat. The pineapple was also a standout, offering a refreshing taste. However, the Pudim left much to be desired, and I would recommend sticking with the pineapple for dessert.   It was a great experience as I had never been to a place like this. The meat is amazing as there is so many different types to try. The waiters are very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is nice as it feels cozy. The salad bar is good but you shouldn't eat a lot from it if you want to enjoy as much meat as possible. To enjoy the all you can eat factor to make the price worth it I would recommend not eating too much before going so just a snack. The staff and manager here in Lisbon are so nice, caring and warm.   Been here three times and this last one was kind of a disappointment. Seams like the place has been decreasing in quality with years (we only visit every second Xmas, when visiting family). We always order traditional Rodizio with 16 types of meat. This time we didn’t have at least 5-6 types, though we were constantly asking. They were just keep on offering cheaper cuts, potato and banana. And kind of ignoring the table a bit - we had to repeatedly order the drinks as waiters were just keeping forgetting about them.   My wife and I had lunch at Fogo de Chão Picoas. We ordered the most expensive « rodizio de picanha » (26,98€ per person) which supposedly would allow us to taste a selection of the best cuts of beef imported from South America (Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina). Meat was not bad but nothing exceptional and very very salty. We did get some cuts of pichanha, picanha com alho, picanha nobre, contrafilé etc. but they also insisted on giving us loads of « lesser value » meats & dishes such as pork sausages, chicken legs & hearts, pork leg, barbecued pineapple, fried banana etc. What seemed very odd to us is that the 4 construction workers sitting at the table next to us all opted for the 13,98€ « mini-rodizio » and basically they were served the same food as we did: chicken, pork, sausages and several cuts of beef including the famous picanha. Frankly, why bothering paying 27€ when you can get the exact same thing for half the price???? What’s the point? We feel totally ripped-off and we will not return to any Portugal branches of Fogo de Chão. The quality and service have nothing to do with the “real” FDC in Brazil. Wouldn’t recommend! Francamente, porquê pagar 27€ quando pode obter exactamente a mesma coisa por metade do preço???? Qual é o objetivo? Sentimo-nos totalmente enganados e não voltaremos a nenhuma filial do Fogo de Chão em Portugal. A qualidade e o atendimento nada têm a ver com a “verdadeira” FDC do Brasil. Não recomendaria!

The salad bar was an absolute nightmare the cheese bread was absolutely freezing but melted clearly leftovers from the previous night.   Wanted to put 4 stars but yeah. Some meats were extremely excellent. Can't go bad. Some were extremely salty that made then almost inedible, but maybe that was just a matter of bad luck. The buffet I would rate 2 Stars. Bselection was decent but nothing was very enjoyable other than the cheese and the pineapple. For the price I would also want free tap water in the buffet, especially for the salty dish. Service was good, many children seats, changing table, and kind personel.   I just went to this restaurant in February of 2019. I selected a buffet and meat option for 23.99€. That option included meat from Brazil if I recall correctly. There are al la cart options and 2 other buffet options with meat. I believe you can also just do the salad bar. A 2L sangria was 15€. The staff was very attentive. Even if you turn your indicator to red they might still come to your table. One waitress brought french fries and fried bananas, they complemented the meats well. I was also surprised how much I liked the hot pineapple they offered. Deserts were extra. My server said they had chocolate cake but what I got was a different consistency than cake I was expecting, it was still very delicious. They opened at 7pm on a Tuesday.   We were warmly welcomed by a waiter who spoke English and who stayed around to ensure that we were taken care of. We had booked online which entitled us to 30% off their top all you can eat menu (about 26E which comes down to under 20E. All the salads and side dishes were included (drinks and desserts are not). There is a small wooden token which is painted red and green. When the green is uppermost, they keep coming and carving or delivering meat. There were about 6 steak types including sirloin, ribeye, etc, and also beef ribs, pork sausages, chicken hearts, pieces and wings. The meat is generally cooked medium rare but you can get the more cooked outsides and edges if your tastes are for well done meat. They also had fried banana, chips / fries and caramelised pineapple (with a dusting of cinnamon sugar) which is a refreshing mouth cleanser. Kids were charged at half an adult and our 5 year old was free. With one dessert, 3 iced teas and water plus 2 large beers came to 75 Euros. (2 adults and 3 kids). We ate until we were full.   One of the best churrascarias I've been to. Picanha was perfectly grilled with crispy & juicy fat on the outside. The buffet was good too. Service just great. Other customers were mainly locals. Shortly after arriving in in Portugal, my bestie celebrated Valentine's Day with me, and we treated ourselves to a delicious Brazilian steakhouse dinner before going out! So it was France/Netherlands the first year after she died; Portugal/Spain the second year; and upcoming China/Thailand trip for this year!
