  Great food and interesting atmosphere. We went in for a quick bite on a Sunday. A lot of funny and quirky 🤪 signs around the restaurant. Their Naan bread is amazing and so is the chicken korma. They have these metal plates that they heat up with a live 🔥 right in front of you. Thought it was an interesting value add to our experience.   Lovely restaurant which has lots of very good vegetarian options. The glasses are frozen when you order a beer which is good! Food was excellent and very tasty. We only got one poppadom when we ordered for starter expecting there to be a few more. The Dishes I had in my Thali were all delicious however it probably could of done with adding a dish as it only came with 3. Our waiter was friendly and overall this is a very good restaurant.   UPDATE: Not sure whether they changed cook or ownership, but the place got much worse compared to before. The service though polite but very slow and minimal (even though we were the only 2 people there during whole lunch). My friend got Nepalese Tali and it had 3 side sauces which were all the same, my friend asked the waiter why are they all the same and they waiter couldn’t even reply. I had Prawn Briyani, which I received after my friend already finished his meal, and it was super basic 1+1 type for 8eur but costs 17eur. Even though no one else was in the restaurant we had to ask few things twice cause the waiter forgot. Hope to give it another try (maybe in a year…) and update my review. Previous review (gave 5*): Had craving for Indian food, went to this place which is behind my hotel. It was really good! Though I’m not so much into spicy food, but I love Indian food and eat it quite often! Had papadam, garlic naan and butter chicken, everything was crush and tasty. Service was great too.   I love this restaurant, I have been twice so far and it's now at the top of my list for Lisbon. The food is brilliant, good portion sizes, great taste and great price.   Fantastic spot in the Anjos area - I’m so glad that I came upon this place when craving Indian food for our last meal in Lisbon. I ordered the vegetable monos and biryani and both were generously portioned and delicious. Take out service was also great, they were so kind there. I wish I could have done another meal there to try their Thali plates and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Lisbon. Which can happen, but when we told the waitress so, she brought the dish back and instead of bringing us the vegetarian one, she brought back the same dish after removing (unsuccessfully) the pieces of chicken that were inside.   Went to this restaurant for a date, and the restaurant is very small and cute, feels cozy, we were able to chat without much noise. The staff was really nice and the food was great! The portions are generous and everything is very well prepared. We got the cheese naam and that was quite the highlight of the food in my opinion! My date said “Fantastic” I asked for things that weren’t spicy and even though one part of the dish was spicy, I didn’t feel like it was too bad, it actually got a nice contrast with the cheese naam (that I dipped on it) I really recommend this place and I am looking forward to go again <3 Prices seemed okay as well.   Amazing amazing food. Hit a spot. The sitting area is really small, but there was no wait. One can hear the chef while he cooks, which adds to the experience. The server is also really friendly and helpful. The food...aah...the food. Amazing daal (lentils). Mushroom paneer was really good too. Have it with Naan or rice. Lamb biryani was ok....I've had better. All in all, whenever I'm in Lisbon again and crave for Indian vegetarian food, this is the place I would go to.   Food was decent quality but the service was absolutely shocking. It took them 80mins to bring the food to the table, then only gave 1 water jug between 8 people which clearly wasn't enough, when asked for more it took them another 15/20 mins to get water. The portion sizes were small. They said there was a 25% discount on the food at the start then when we went to pay they forgot to apply the discount after some people had already paid. The worst part was we were their 1st customer and it took them 80 mins to bring the food after ordering. Absolutely shocking service!!!   We tried this place during our tour to Lisbon. We came with great expectation going by the reviews. We tried the vegetarian and non vegetarian thali. The vegetable curry served in both meals was cold and tasted stale. We even conveyed the same to the staff.   This restaurant is very great! The only downside is it is small. I ordered the mushroom soup which was excellent as well as the chicken chowmain.   During our visits to lisbon we choose Leo as per the recommendations by our friend. It was great the best meal we ever had and a warm hospitality by our great Host Prakash. I didn't know how Leo know my birth date😎, he switched off the light which had made everyone surpriseed, and came to our table with small cake with birthday song on the background.   We had a wonderful experience. Went to this place because of unusually good reviews and it doesn't disappoint. We were greeted by a big smile of the owner and immediately felt a good vibe of the place. The service was exceptional, kind and knowledgeable.   Wonderful little restaurant. Easily accessible (about 5 mins walk from Anjos metro station). We were served by a smiling couple Prakash and Pushpa. This place serves some really delicious food and warm hospitality. Being vegetarians we had vegetable momos, the vegetarian thali and naan. All of it was extremely delicious.
