  The google reviews are slightly off because of “La Carte.” It seems as though the reviews from them come over as 2.5/5…. Which is incorrect based on their statements because they all said the food was fabulous. Susan took care of us and was an amazing waiter that kept bring us the most delicious food in Portugal.   Decoração tipicamente agradável de churrascaria. Atendimento atencioso e rápido. Escolhemos o filé mignon com mix de legumes e batata assada, estava excelente, um filé alto cozido na perfeição; com legumes delicadamente temperados. E ainda um bom vinho tinto Vila Real do Douro. Para sobremesa, um brownie super delicioso com uma bola de sorvete de baunilha e calda de chocolate. É uma pena que os pratos onde a carne foi servida não tenham sido pré-aquecidos, por isso esfriou rapidamente.

  Tive uma noite hiper agradável neste restaurante. Fui numa sexta feira com amigos e tinha um concerto próximo acontecendo, o empregado de mesa pediu desculpas pela correria. Super compreensível, já que parecia que todos estavam com presa para ir. Gostaria de agradecer a toda equipe, pois eu e meus amigos tivemos momentos únicos.   Poorly trained staff, could not make suggestions when asked (3 of them). When the steaks arrived, which were just fine, but really nothing special. No salt served (I asked for flower of salt, as you would expect in any steakhouse) Drinks, Negroni was fine. Wine arrived SERVED. No bottle presented. As a side dish, we ordered Mac and cheese, I beg you to remove it from the menu, the sauce, if you can call it sauce it was curdled, imagine a Mac and cheese with no creamy sauce. Salad was ok, fries as well (you got to try really hard to screw up fries) Have you ever been to an american famous “australian themed” steakhouse? This is a wannabe. But far from it. It’s ok to copy something good, but do it right. Even the steak doneness picture is a COPY from that famous steakhouse menu. I am more than fine to pay more for a great meal, this was an expensive (for what was served) sad meal. Will never come back. Este é um aspirante. Mas longe disso. Não há problema em copiar algo bom, mas faça certo. Até a imagem do cozimento do bife é uma CÓPIA daquele famoso menu de churrascaria. Estou mais do que bem em pagar mais por uma excelente refeição, esta foi uma refeição cara (pelo que foi servida) triste. Nunca mais voltarei.

  Vou dar 3/5 simplesmente pelo facto do atendimento do garçom ter sido 5/5 e bastante compreensível e educado. O ambiente é bonito mas bastante barulhento (BASTANTE), ouve-se a cozinha a cortar e partir ossos dos cortes das carnes a noite inteira. A carne desiludiu-me, ao ponto de ter que devolver o prato e pedir para trocar. Não aconselho o Jack Daniels steak nem o Delmonico steak, são incomestiveis. Tive que trocar pelo File Mignon e mesmo assim não achei nada de especial. Não é ser exigente, mas ao preço que praticam tem que se exigir mais e melhor. A carne é muito dura e seca. Sinceramente os steaks não parecem ser frescos mas sim descongelados. Não aconselho a quem procura boas carnes para comer.

The picanha don't recommend the way is done loses all the nice juices from the meat I would recommend keeping the typical picanha cut instead of making it square and taking the fat out.   Went there with five friends and although the food was good it didn't meet our expectations because of the pricing. We payed 236.01€ with a discount of 158.98€ and we ordered two Tomahawks with 1.5kg each, a picanha and a Veggie Wellington. The Tomahawks steaks were overcooked and the picanha was a little tough but the Wellington was fine. The ambience and service were fine.   Amazing dinner! Ordered the 1kg dry aged porterhouse and it was superb. It was our anniversary and they prepared a lovely complimentary cocktail for us before dinner. The decor is very cozy and reminiscent of a North American steak house which was very nice for us.   I have been to this restaurant twice, first time about 18 months ago during the peak of COVID and second time just recently. In my first visit I was totally blown away by the steak (I honestly don’t remember much else), it was one of the best steaks I ever had at a restaurant. Unfortunately, the second time was not so good. I liked the appetizer, but the steak was meh… unremarkable at best. To add to the disappointment, it costed almost twice higher than the first time. The service was good though, I’d give at least 4 stars for service, but 3 stars at most for the food. I had left my engagement ring in the bathroom (like an idiot) and because by the time I realized it I was way too far and couldn't make it back , I chatted them and they kept the ring safe for me til I got back a week after. Our server, Andrew, was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Super friendly, very helpful and apologetic when a few of the items orders were not available. Food was great - my husband had filet mignon, I ended up with prawns. The veggie side is delicious, and the Mac and cheese was divine as were the batatas bravas. We also had drinks - the amaretto sour was delicious and my hubby had the non-alcoholic Sunrise. One of our favorite meals from the visit.   Staff is very pleasant and really make you feel confortable. Burger was good and overall everyone was really happy with the savoury dishes. Now the desserts were really underwhelming... I had the brownie and goo thing served in a very inconvenient jar. It was really weird and not tasty. Since I didn't really eat any of it the server asked me about it then the manager both were pleasant but they still charged for the item even though I barely ate any of it. My opinion is when clearly something is brought back to the kitchen 90% not eaten it's good to talk about it but not charge for it. I worked in restaurants before and that's what we would have done. So I remove one star for the dessert and 1 star for the bad customer service. Shame the savoury food is good, but they need a dessert chef to come a change the recipes because out of 3 dessert only 1 person was really happy with it.   Personally, I don't recommend the chicken poutine. Both my sister-in-law and I ordered it and we only had a couple of bites. It was a soggy, mushy mess. It was super greasy and that was all we could taste. However, my brother said the burger was one of the best he ever had in his life. The service was good though. And when we were ready to leave, we explained to one of employees (I think he might have been the one in charge) that we tried to eat our meal because we don't like wasting food but couldn't (due to what I described above). He apologized profusely and said he wouldn't charge us for something we didn't eat, which was very kind of him.   We came into an empty restaurant. I went to the badroom and when I came back the waiter right away came to ask us the order. I was looking in the menu for a whole 2 seconds. After we ordered he asked us if he should bring us the drinks now. We got confused as it is his job to bring us the drinks. We ordered our food and waited. We got into an empty restaurant and ordered two simple burgers. We still had to wait almost half an hour. We got our food and started eating. The burgers were okay, but nothing special. I was finished earlier than my friend and while she was still eating he already toke away my plate. After 5 minutes my friend picked up a napkin to wipe her mouth, but was not done eating. Which was clear of the way the knife and fork were placed. The waiter came right away to ask if he could take the plate. They did everything in their power to rush us out of there. The quantities was ridiculous small, the staff where distracted and discard our tables, and when we complained about the service, food and quality, they where full of reason. I do not recommend.
