  Of all the restaurants experiences on family vacations had, Audrey’s is perhaps the most joyous experience we’ve ever had. They have their own organic farm from which they source, and you can truly taste the care they put into their food. We came first for dinner and then for lunch a few days later. The beef, cod, scallops, shrimp, chicken, pica-pau, desserts, wine, and everything else we had was divine while distinctly Portuguese!   Great finding on my walk in alfama. The place is cozy and well decorated inside, on the outside you get a peak of the views of the river. For food I tried the salted prawns and sirloin steak Pica Pau, both amazing but outstanding really was the service. Unfortunately I can’t remember what the name of the waiter (alex maybe?) and Manuel, the only two there dealing with various tables, still were the friendliest.   Audrey’s is an excellent spot serving an eclectic menu, but including more typical Portuguese dishes. The service was fantastic, such personable staff who seemed keen to ensure we had a great experience. Great food, we chose ham, prawns, burrata and salmon tartare, which with a basket of bread was enough for a first-day lunch in Lisbon. Also accompanied by some lovely wine.   The food (breakfast) was disappointing. The staff was nice but the quality of food for the upscale atmosphere was surprisingly bad. I ordered the avocado toast with mango and egg and it came on a pre-made spread, not fresh avocado and also no seasoning outside of the mango slices on top. The English breakfast was also small for the price. The pancakes were okay but very dry. I’d recommend going elsewhere for breakfast/brunch.   Audrey's is wonderful! I am only in Lisbon for a few days but am already planning to return. I had the grilled beef for dinner and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. My server Arthur recommended a fantastic green wine for me as well. Arthur was pleasant, attentive to my needs, and made me feel like I was the only person in the restaurant even though it was full and he was consistently assisting other tables.   Kinda cool spot. Reviews say there are good views, not really of the Tagus or sunset. But it is a lovely spot. Menu wasn't great - first time for me nothing really appealed on a menu (anywhere)...   Stopped for a late afternoon (4:30 pm) drinks and ended up ordering a mezze board as well as the Sangria branca as the food looked so good. The board was very fresh/healthy with a lot of veggies and sangria was great and not sweet. As we were sitting here, it turned into happy hour with live music from a saxophonist and drink specials. I ordered a burger which looked as if it had been boiled, the meat was extremely soft and grey in colour, I sent it back to only receive the same result. Proximity to a 5 star hotel did not help with the prices which were definitely and, quite frankly, unreasonably over Lisbon average. I have nothing against paiyng the right price for quality but that has to be framed properly. Pushing up the prices up will damage the tourist flow in the mid term.   We were traveling with another family with our five kids (in total) and found this place by accident. Our kids have nut allergies (true anaphylaxis) and the waitress was able to guide us through the menu. Truffle butter and tuna spread were amazing as appetizers. I opted for the tiger shrimp risotto (see below) which was amazing. It is seasoned with lime butter and it may sound unusual but it absolutely works. Other members of our party opted for the fish special (swordfish). The wait staff were attentive and friendly. They even dropped off a basket of stuffed animals for the kids to play with and even helped defuse some potential meltdowns. We finished with dessert and had apple crumble and the velvet cake.   After a week in Lisbon, this was our last restaurant in this beautiful city and we were delighted with it ! It was definitely the highlight of the week. The location first of all is very private, off the main Streets, with big trees and nicely setup. A equipe é muito simpática, profissional, prestativa e sabe tudo o que há para saber sobre seu menu e seleção de vinhos. A ementa é diversificada, com carnes e peixes, e pescado fresco do dia. É um pouco mais caro que a média dos restaurantes de Lisboa, mas definitivamente vale a pena! Recomendo com certeza pela qualidade da comida, pela experiência e pela equipe?   Service is ok but the place is overpriced compared to the portions you’re getting. I had the classic Benedict egg. It was ok but the egg was not poached but overbooked, the bread was very small and definitely not an English muffin as stated on the menu. I do have to give them credit for their coffee.   A 5* restaurant with exceptional food, service and ambiance. Don't miss this place! The tuna starter was out of this world, as was the salmon - their fish of the day was great to, both the salmon and sea bream. Huge thanks to the whole team there for being so wonderful to us with out baby, we highly highly recommend this restaurant.   Excellent everything! Staff was so polite, recommended great wines, and helped with our two kids by providing toys and coloring. Seafood black ink spaghetti was delicious, Goan Curry was spicy and flavorful. Views from the terrace were great. The hotel lobby bathroom that the restaurant uses was clean and refreshing.   We enjoyed a late breakfast on a rainy Tuesday morning, great location and more of an upscale joint for Alfama. The hotel adjacent is beautiful, featuring modern art and cool historical artifacts (50’s LIFE Magazine feature on Queen Elizabeth’s state visit to Portugal). Menu features Various egg Benedict’s, Florentines and a truffle version which was delicious. Found via Trip Advisor, and while more expensive than average for Lisbon, it was worth the visit!   High up on the Hill inside the Santiago de Alfama boutique hotel. We had lunch here . Everything from starters to the fish dishes and the desert was excellent.   The vegetarian dish was a joke: 1 mushroom, 1 small slice of aubergine and 2 small slices of zuchini. That's the whole meal! They should have listed it as starters. 8€ for a mini vegetable stick!! Most expensive and worst dinner so far. Thats just insane. Steak came with some potato chips. Not the best. Steak was good.
