  Normally being Indian I don't order Indian food from outside or rather go for an Indian Restaurant. But never had Nepalese food before so decided to try this place.Food was slightly different than Indian but non Indian can easily eat this without knowing any difference. It was overall value for money. We had chicken thali which was chicken+ Potato vegie + Spinach+ Daal + Rice. So we ordered separate naan and naan was absolutely delicious. 8 mins walk from Castle ..   Amazing food. We had the chicken korma lamb saag and chickpea dish and they were some of the best curries weve ever had and we have Indian food quite often. The chicken momo is incredible.   Yak and yeti was a gem of a find for us during our stay in Lisbon. We enjoyed it so much we came back again the next day to try more things on their menu. We found plenty of vegan friendly options for us on their menu. I recommend not passing on the momos!   Good deal — worth the money, excellent naan. Like REALLY good naan. Vegetable thali was a delight — chickpeas were especially good. Overall an amazing clash of flavours. Only comment is that the fried rice that my friend had was a bit too salty, and if you’re in a rush and with a large group it might take a while.   It was okay! Spinach dish was delicious and curry rice was fine but not worth the price in my opinion. Have had much better (and more affordable) similar places in Lisbon.   Sooo good! We have been traveling through Africa and Portugal for 3 weeks and so far, this is the best restaurant we've eaten at. It was so good, that we returned today for lunch, and we are also ordering takeout for the plane ride to Morocco. The momos are delicious! We have also had garlic naan, lamb Madras, chicken tikka, onion bahjis, and one of the thali plates between our two visits. I can't complain about any of it. It was all delicious.   I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food was so good, I had one of those moments where your eyes close as you’re chewing because the flavors are just that amazing. Yea, like that. It doesn’t happen often but it happened here! I had the steamed vegetable momos, chicken tikka masala, lemon rice (recommended by server), garlic naan, and a cup of hot green tea. All were fantastic. I’d never had momos before but reviews were good so I tried them. Wow! I’m so glad I did. They were delicious! and the sauce…oh, so tasty. I don’t like a lot of spice and they were able to accommodate my mild spice preferences with no problem without compromising flavor. The people were very friendly. The service was great. The atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and relaxing. As a solo traveler, I appreciated this place for the service, price, location, and atmosphere. If you’re in the area, you should eat here.   Great experience and we loved the food. My wife has celiac disease so we need gluten free. We stopped and and older gentleman (owner?) assured us at the door they could make almost any meal gluten free. We all ordered with my wife ordering the chicken biryani. The food came and she noticed something that looked like nuts in her food (she is also allergic to tree nuts) - we were discussing her switching with me, but the older gentleman noticed our discussion and came to the table and asked if there was a problem with the food. We explained her nut allergies and he immediately took it away and said they would make a new one with no cashews. It took about 5 minutes for her new meal to arrive. The veggie Biriyani rice was the best I’ve ever eaten and my friend LOVED the butter chicken. We also had the masala veggie dish (beyond delicious) and this Nepalese rice appetizer that I wish I knew the name of—our spectacular waiter Maneesh (sp?) recommended it and said it was a speciality. It was everything I never knew I couldn’t live without until I tasted it. I live in Los Angeles but every time I go back to Lisbon, this will be my first stop.   I found this place from maps because I was craving something spicy. And the reviews said great things. So I end up here for a late lunch and the place is a small hole in the wall establishment, but completely empty. That got me a bit but decided to go for it anyway. And oh boy! The reviews are spot on. Flavour is absolutely splendid. Got the chilli chicken and the chilli momos. The chilli chicken wasn’t the greatest, good but nothing spectacular. But the momos! Wow. You must try them. If you don’t do spicy, just get the regular ones. But if you can, go for the spicy chilli momos. The fore brow sweat is worth it. A can of Coca Cola helps. Two plates are quite filling, wished I had space for more. Might come back to check out the other options. Price is quite reasonable and service is friendly. Hidden gem to be honest.   This might just have been the best lunch I've had in Lisboa (foreign foodwise.) Got 3 starters and couldn't finish but did my best, when food is this good, it would be a shame if any go to waste. I was surprised that everything that I had was vegetarian and yet so tasty (bonafide meat eaters will also find a wide range of dishes.) Best lassi I've had in my whole life, I strongly recommend the fried vegetables, and the mushrooms with garlic and onion (though be sure you're not planning on sweet talking anyone after, your breath won't allow it.)   We were looking for traditional portugese food and walked by this place. The smell pulled us in. I can't remember the names of the dishes, some vegetable puri on top of fried bread appetizer and fritters were really good. The naan bread was thick like a pizza bread.
