  we ordered two pizzas of cheese and they have the cheese that one slice should have in the entire pizza, carbonara was not good at all it taste like raw eggs. Service was good. Better go to another restaurant who respects your money and time, i swear the pizza had less than 3 onz of cheese. The service could be better. I had a kid's birthday lunch with my family, I brought the cake and candles and when I ask them to bring the cake they brought me the bag with the cake just as I had given them, and asked me if I wanted plates. I said "yes, of course" and then they only bring the individual plates, again I had to ask for a big plate and a cutter knife so we could put the cake and cut it.   Awful. Don’t be deceived by the gorgeous romantic tunnel that leads to the courtyard. Food garbage, lazy and bland. Staff wouldn’t hang around long enough to hear feedback. Calzone was a bed of plastic cheese covered in raw aubergine. Tried to polish it with some chilli or garlic oil but they don’t have any. Pizza express would be a very hash insult to pizza express.   The pizzas are good here but the service has to be the worst in Lisbon. I’ve been a couple of times, because the food is good I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. However the last time we were waiting 15 mins for them to take our order and we had to ask them to come over twice. We ordered pizzas and drinks and the drinks took 20 mins to arrive and we had to ask for them twice, with no apology, the pizzas came soon after. We had to ask three times for blankets as it was a cold evening and waited 15 mins for the bill. Staff are really rude and seem to willfully ignore you if you ask for something, hostess is super rude, won’t be going again!   The toilets are in a terrible state, the pizza is overpriced and they charge an extra fee only for sitting on the terrace.   I have never met such ignorant and rude staff. The staff didn't even acknowledge you when you waited arrived and waited for a table.   Good and fresh food but the service is really bad. First we waited ages to get the menu, then to take the order, then the starters came after 20 minutes and while we where eating the starters our medium warm pizza was served. Shame. The empty plates where standing until we payed. No offering of a desert, or at least a look inbetween. Didn't had a chance to order something inbetween. All in all: The service is truely ignorant.   This place was bit difficult to find when using a map but you figure it out by just walking in the area. Its between a couple retail stores through a corridor that leads to the restaurants patio. The restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious and service was great. We really liked that they brought the pizza to us cut in half in seperate plates as we were sharing 1 whole pizza. It made it much easier for us to use the rest of the plate for our salad. Both the pizza and salad were very good!   I took a Pizza and a Tiramisu. Good ingredients but not good cooking. Tastes were good but the consistency of both was bad, really bad. The tomato was liquid (it is not supposed to be so), the pasta of the pizza seemed to be a frozen one, too thin and compact to be a at the moment handmade one and furthermore they were too fast in preparing the pizzas. The outcome was anyway acceptable. As far as concern the Tiramisu, it was not a Tiramisu in consistency, colors and taste, although the huge amount of cream put on top was good. Sitting downstairs usually offers better service, and good straight from the oven, but offers NO cell service.
