  The best momos in and around Lisbon. The taste was so good that we all ended up eating more than 15 momos per person. The man handling the food and the service was really friendly. He opened up his restaurant for us just after knowing that we had traveled a decent distance just to try out the food here. The prices are reasonable.   I'm a neighbor and I have come three times to this place in a year living here. I don't understand why I haven't come more often. Food is delicious, with a mix of Indian dishes and Nepalese specialties, prices are more than reasonable, and staff is very friendly.   This came up as "Indian" food but is more Nepali food. I was really hoping for lamb but they were out of it yesterday (April 2023). We had the butter chicken and shrimp something and fried momos and garlic/cheese naan. The sauce was a little thin and a little lacking in flavor to be honest. I'm used to Indian in NYC where the sauce is a gravy and very hearty. (If there's a LOT of sauce I usually take it home to reuse it with a protein from home). Here? I was able to drink it like a soup afterwards. Overall everything was pretty good.. just wished the sauce came out thicker and more flavorful.   Extremely disappointed… and can’t believe the high reviews. I got food delivery so I don’t know if it’s a different kitchen than the actual restaurant? The garlic naan was dry and rubbery and hardly had any garlic at all (totally unlike photos from other reviews). The prawn tika masala was fine but boring. Even the rice wasn’t cooked well, it was dry and a little hard. It’s hard to mess up white rice! Small portions as well, which ended up being a blessing in disguise.   Nothing short than absolutely great. Living in the UK for the past 10 years I and the opportunity to visit many Indian/Nepalese restaurants and this is in the top 3 at a fraction of the price.   This is a super nice place. The food is really good but still inexpensive. The waiter was a very friendly Nepalese guy who gave us great recommendations from the menu. Also, they are open at hours when most other restaurants in the city are traditionally closed (between 4pm and 7pm), which is why we went there in the first place, which turned out to be a good decision.   This is one of my favourite places in all of Lisbon. I discovered it and now it's become a weekly tradition. The food is unbelievable, I've never had an Nepalese food like it and even better it's consistently great every time I go. I have brought so many friends and family here who love the place just as much as I do. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. They know my order is always vegan and take care of this every time I go in. They are amazing. It's a must go! ____ Have to make an edit on this.. one year later and it’s still one of my favourite places in Lisbon. Just celebrated my dads birthday here and to say it was incredible was an understatement. They went above and beyond to do everything to ensure we had a good night. Every single one of my family members loved it so much, from the 20 year olds to the 90 year olds! Will always be one of the best places in Lisbon to me.   This place is much overrated. I ordered lamb tandoori from the menu, but they came back saying it wasn't available. The lamb curry was tough, and what they call hot is at best medium hot (for average western European taste buds). Service is neither welcoming nor friendly afterwards.   Staff is friendly and food is good but I did have some concerns. I got the menu special which is an appetizer, main course, choice of rice or bread and coffee. I had ordered bread but they brought me rice. When I tried to explain that, he said it will take awhile, maybe 5 - 6 minutes. I just took the rice since my main course would be cold by the time he brings my bread. They also gave a small piece of papadam. But when the bill came, they charged me extra for that! They didn't explain that it wasn't part of the set meal. When I asked about the charge, he said well it's for you to eat while you wait. Funny how that applies when I have to pay them but when I would've had to wait for the bread to be made as they messed up the order, I wouldn't have been compensated. And if I knew to refuse the papadam, I really hope they don't serve it to the next customer, especially during covid. How would they know I didn't touch it? Also the paper lining on the table had a stain so I'm not sure if it was changed from the prior guest. I hope it was.   The best Indian/nepalese food I ate in my life!! I have never seen a quality/price ratio so good... The tikka masala seafood was perfect and the veggies samossas were just too delicious with that mango sauce. Pure perfection! You can go there eyes closed and order any randam meal from the card, everything is tasty ! 😁 I highly recommend this place!
