  The food here was incredible. Especially the Nachos came with so much cheese! We had an awesome burrito and some delicious fajita’s. We finished our meal with some good crispy churros.   Good margaritas and decent food. Would've been more exciting if the different meat varieties were different from each other. The nacho chips are not home made which is a bit disappointing.   We were the only patrons and restaurant is across from construction zone... Seats uncomfortable and food inferior. Our waiter was very nice. Food is expensive and not authentic Mexican. Select another venue. We travel to Mexico and have lived in Texas and New Mexico. Just reviewing this truthfully as we were mislead by very high star reviews. I did not take photos because the area was bleak and lots of graffiti and the food was not picture worthy. The stuffed peppers were not fresh and seemed to be premade and frozen -as the peppers were thin and flaky. Whoever recommended these (Diabitos) we need you to know ours were really terrible.   We were venturing out for our last meal in Lisbon after a few days away; and boy did the 3 Amigo's make our last meal here feel special. We were on our way to a different Mexican restaurant, when we stumbled upon the 3 Amigo's on a quiet street corner. We turned around quite quickly once we got to our intended destination, as the atmosphere of the 3 Amigo's felt more authentic. The food was delicious and so were the Margaritas. I ordered the carne quesadilla which was delicious, daily priced and in large servings (I ended up taking part of mine to go). The house wine was also delicious!   Very bland for Mexican food, had the burrito and it had no flavor. No salsa no guacamole no spice even though I asked for extra spicy overall only flavor was salt and cheese. And the only hot sauce they gave was some weird neon green hot sauce that was like Tabasco. The reason I give at least two stars was that the drinks were ok.   This place is so nice! Good food, good music, good skilled server! I love how cozy, the decoration is themed accordingly.the food was also good, i loved the real mexican taste. There was a cocktail for everyones taste (a lot) and these were also amazing. The best thing was that there are also delicious vegan option. We came with 6 people so it is a place so its not a problem to come here in group. There is a terras with blankets and a heater so you wont get cold for sure!   Cool little Mexican place.down back alleys in way to the centre. Went on Xmas day after 15mins on e scooter over pebbles which was sending shockwaves through my body so was glad for the respite. Had chilli tortilla with rice topped with cheese, washed down with a coupkw of mexican beers....perfect meal in a very quiet Lisbon.   Worst Mexican food experience. We ordered two chicken burritos and some chips and guacamole. Guacamole was bland and the burritos were not any better. The side beans tasted weird. But worst than the food was the service. The waiter was rude when we first arrived despite the restaurant being completely empty. And the waiter took forever in taking our orders and delivering the food (although, we got there when the restaurant initially opened for the evening).   I arrived late in Lisbon and needed to find a quick bite to eat It was friendly service and the food came quickly but not low quality . I got the chicken fajitas which came with rice, beans, salad and dips. The portion was a good size and the service was quick. Perfect after a long day of travelling.   Visited Portugal a couple of times and decided to try the Mexican on one of the evenings. After reading the reviews we were anticipating a great meal and on arrival a couple of happy hour cocktails. We were told we had missed the happy hour , regardless of the sign advertising them was on display. We only had a main meal and it was ok. Not £35 quality at all. I’ve given 2 stars only because the cocktail was nice (at £8 each they needed to be). I wont be going again. Would rather lick the pavement and save the money.   First impressions were good, prices were very reasonable. But this is another in the long list of restraunts that dont' know how to properly season their food. Everything just tasted very bland.   The food here is actually better than expected. So far the so called Mexican food I’ve had in Lisbon has truly missed the mark but not this one. The flavors in the shrimp dish were rich and definitely south of the border influenced. Nice outdoor patio on a not too busy street which makes it a good place for a date or a conversation that’s doesn’t compete with traffic.   Amazing bar. They have a Jamaican beer, the cactus one from the tap, which is fabulous. The staff is also amazingly present and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one.
