  Visited for lunch recently on a trip to Lisbon. The service was excellent. The food was tasty, and the chicken and pure salad I had was very fresh. Twisted potatoes were excellent.   In my opinion one of the better burger restaurants in Europe. Great balance in spices and sauce, very competitive prices and the waitresses in this place are great hosts. My compliments to the kitchend and I would reccomend this 10/10. Atmosphere could be a bit cozier, but it’s nothing that is in the way.   Embora tenha sido a nossa segunda escolha para a noite, não decepcionou nem um pouco. O serviço foi ótimo e rápido, ela falava inglês. A comida era surpreendentemente ótima. Estilo de serviço superior. Apenas um hambúrguer um pouco diferente. Comemos hambúrguer Buldak com pimenta e limão, batata-doce frita e nuggets de frango. Pagamento em dinheiro ou cartão.   The devil on my shoulder had been nagging me for a burger for several days. But I need to lose about 5kg so the angel on my other shoulder was telling me to eat fish instead. Hey presto, this burger/Japanese fusiony place hoves into view and there was a guy on the outside facing bar stools in the window, troughing his way through a burger and fries. It seemed fated. The menu offers a number of meat and veggie burger options, plus the eponymous shiso burger (tuna patty) and a salmon burger. Now I am crass. I like my tuna fresh from the can. And while I can, if the mood is with me, enjoy a toro sashimi, anything in between misses all the marks. Cooked tuna I often find dry, or not quite sashimi. Seeing the choices, I almost went with a meat option instead but at the last moment, the angel shouted out "Shiso burger" . I was dubious, but to balance things I let the devil have his fries. Well. It was a revelation. The patty was moist and perfectly cooked - no sign of a can! And the toppings and condiments, including a fresh hit of Shiso leaf, were well chosen. I guess you don't name your restaurant after a dish which sucks!? And the fries were good too, although too many for me. A smaller portion would have done me proud. Or share. If you have any friends.   I have been to Shiso Burger many times. We live about 30 minutes away and make trips just to go there. I have gone with many people and have heard several people say “The Bulgogi Burger is the best burger I’ve ever had”. I personally don’t eat beef and love that they have many alternatives.   Espaço que oferece saladas e hambúrgueres de carne e peixe. Ficamos muito impressionados com a qualidade, inclusive com a Coca Cola em garrafa de vidro. A variedade do menu e as combinações originais, diferentes dos habituais cheeseburgers ou hambúrgueres de bacon, emocionaram-nos. A escolha dos molhos realmente fez a diferença.   O lugar é bonito e agradável porém os preços é alto, as cervejas são muito limitadas e caras. Pedi um hambúrguer e veio com um gosto forte de camarão grelhado (que também tem no cardápio) acho isso preocupante visto que muitos são alérgicos, portanto deveria ser manipulado a parte. A batata doce era boa mas não veio tão crocante como deveria. Resumo é que o hambúrguer tem um valor mais alto do que entrega, pequeno e básico (mesmo sendo o tamanho maior)

  Estávamos à procura de um local para jantar hambúrgueres perto do nosso hotel em Lisboa e apareceu no Google Maps. Vimos os comentários e como eram bons, caminhamos até lá. O ambiente é bom, o lugar é lindo e muito atraente. Não sabíamos que eram hambúrgueres de estilo asiático, mas quando vimos o menu isso nos surpreendeu um pouco. Os hambúrgueres estavam deliciosos, mas pelo preço são MUITO pequenos. Para as crianças eram ótimos, mas para um adulto são muito escassos, mesmo os de tamanho grande. Se quiser acessórios como batata ou batata doce tem que pedir separadamente, o hambúrguer vem sozinho.

  Shiso Burguer é uma fusão de hamburgueria com sabores asiáticos. Fui seduzida rapidamente pelas fotos e por alguma curiosidade pelo conceito. Para começar a cerveja é Musa, que é um excelente presságio. Mas vamos à comidinha: 🌱 Edamame - Aqueles feijões que devem ser o paralelo asiático do nosso tremoço. Bem salgadinhos, quentinhos, foram uma ótima forma de começar. 🍔 Bulgogi Burguer - porque se é para cruzar com asiático, então que seja com tudo. Este hamburguer não é um hamburguer. Tinha tiras fininhas de carne angus, previamente marinada, com canónigos, chilli mayo, e molho teriaky. Conseguia sentir o aroma de gengibre, e o pão é home-made e muito fofo.   I haven't had everything on the menu, but this is my second time here and the Bulgogi Burger (with cheddar) is SO GOOD I had to write it down, partly so I'll remember to come back here but also to let you know that if you've not had this burger, your life isn't as good as it could be. I tried their kimchi, as a side dish instead of chips, which was really good, full of flavor and a good portion for one. For the burger, I chose the tofu one and the bun was soft and fresh; the tofu was well seasoned and crisp; the sauce could be better, it was mayo and ketchup, so it tasted similar to a regular burguer, which isn't a bad thing but I was hoping for something different (Lemon mayo or chilly mayo are available has an extra, in the menu.   Another spectacular find in our Avenidas Novas neighborhood! We’ve enjoyed some excellent burgers since we moved to Lisboa, but Shiso Burger totally blew us away—best burgers EV ER! I tried the bulgogi burger with thinly sliced, marinated beef, fried onions, chili mayo and teriyaki sauce and the combination, on a light but tasty bun, was absolutely perfect! Sarah played it close to the vest and had a simple cheeseburger with the delicious angus patty and all the traditional fixings and she pronounced it THE best she’s ever eaten! She had regular fries that were delightful and I couldn’t resist the twisted potato, a skewer of freshly done chips (crisps) and they were delicate and crispy and absolutely freshly done. We both felt like a cerveja and got to try a couple MUSA brews for the first time. She had a blonde and I went for the IPA and they proved to be oh so perfect accompaniments for the burgers.   Delicious burgers infused by Asian cuisine. We were in need of a fancy burger restaurant and got exactly what we needed. We ordered fries and the potato twisters as entrance and had the ebi and salmon burger as main. I have to admit, the ebi burger was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had - thinking of it right now makes my mouth water! Fresh bread in a patty of which I don’t even know how they make it so good! The salmon burger was good too, “regular” burgers I can’t judge. Staff was nice, but not super friendly, to be honest. I personally think the menu is a bit overpriced considering the size of the burger and portions in general. The burgers are 100% pure angus beef with a mix of asian flavors in between 2 bread buns made from an original house recipe to die for. So go! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a magnificent meal.   We were not intending to eat out tonight, Easter Sunday... however we are SO glad we did as we would have missed out on our meal here otherwise.... Had two very tasty and unusual burgers and great sides and drinks, staff were so, so friendly and spoke amazing English (Portuguese is so hard for me to get a grip of, sorry!) and we both really enjoyed our meal. I think the price was fair for having something different but very well put together.
