  We (a group of 7) arrived at about half 12 on a weekend to have a nice drink before we attended the US axe throwing at 1pm. There were a few others around. We ordered some drinks and paid for them. At 12:50 we still hadnt received our drinks so we asked them if they could please hurry up; the staff didn't hurry up and so we had to leave without our drinks. We spent €35 and left empty handed. The salty tart was interesting, i kind of liked it but its super sweet. Service was not good, they forgot about me multiple times and in the end brought me the wrong drink as well.   We received food with a hair in it and instead of just taking cut off the bill they brought everyone out from the kitchen to show us that it couldn’t be any of their hair. Then the manager came out to show us the hair again and tell us it couldn’t be anyone’s hair. She refused to take it off the bill and made us pay for 50% of the dish because we ate some of it before noticing the hair. I have never experienced something like that ever.   Horrible experience, food was disgusting and the waitress didn’t check to see how the food was. When I complained she didn’t care at all and she literally yelled at me in the restaurant, very unprofessional and she claimed to be the manager. She should be fired for yelling at a customer, no waitress or restaurant manager should be able to treat customers like that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.   A great modern restaurant with nice decor. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and so accomodating. I had a pad thai and my partner had bruschetta. We also had the immune and detox juices.   Caveat - I think this place might have been having a bad day. Tills we’re down and staff seemed frustrated and a bit lost... But going on our actual experience, the promise was big and the delivery was poor. Food didn’t taste fresh, presentation was lacklustre at best (a far cry from the beautiful images in the magazine style menu) and some dishes were just plain poorly conceived to my taste (mushrooms filled with a cold tofu/ vegan cheese paste with hummus - somehow it sounded good on the menu!). The menu boasts about the savoury granola all over but on the dishes we had (mushrooms & vegan tartare) it was just a vague, unnoticeable sprinkling of seeds. And they charged us €2 for one badly cut slice of bread when we asked for extra because they’d given us less than 1 slice with the tartare. To be fair - the waitress did seem embarrassed about this.   Nice place in LxFactory, we chose it because of the outside area. We had the chickpea toast which was tasty and we can recommend. The hummus Trio wasnt really for us, especially the smoked paprika one tasted like the chickpeas were already fermenting a little. They look very cool, especially the blue hummus, but the taste just wasn't really our thing and didn't remind us of traditional hummus. We also went with some Frappucinos which were tasty but very sweet. Just a little heads up: don't choose the Frappucino if you are allergic to peanuts, they don't show the allergens but we had a coincidence. The menu labels things with “immunity,” “power,” “reset,” and “mind.” So many great concepts and innovative business execution within this container. I normally eat paleo, and it was a treat to find a restaurant that is both gluten-free and lactose free. Normally not a pancake person at restaurants, but what a rare treat to get gluten free pancakes! Almost avoided because of a review here that said “avoid if you’re not gluten free, you can feel the grains of flour” or something like that. Glad I didn’t avoid - as someone who does a lot of paleo baking, I can confidently say that the texture of the pancakes was perfect.   Very long waiting time, expensive, and found hair in drink. Definitely would not go again... Our lunch actually took far less than getting 3 drinks here. Matcha lattes were basically not drinkable, no sweetener whatsoever and the sugar they offered did not help. I showed the hair in my drink (that had no chance it was any of ours due to the length of our hair) to the employees and they offered to make a new one. I declined and they had me pay for the full thing. Not sure what the procedure is or what it should be, but it just felt wrong to have to pay for a drink that had hair in it.   I ordered the spirulina smoothie. It was room temperature with an ice cube inside. I would recommend to blend the ice cube into the smoothie. I ordered the pink hamburger expecting to have a burger with bread. To my surprise it was spinach, carrot, the pink patty and granola in a bowl. As I was eating I bit on something super hard and chipped my tooth. When I told the staff at the end they said “oh yeah it’s the granola”. As if this is a normal thing. Your granola should not be so hard that it chips peoples teeth. I also ordered the chocolate cake. If you are not gluten free don’t bother. You can taste the flour as you eat it. Was not impressed.   I noticed an improvement the first time I had the quantum therapy from Paola Barbosa, who is a really lovely person, before leaving the building! After that, I had a wonderful organic, vegan meal in the cafe. I heartily recommend this place for both therapy and food and the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone in the building, and probably everyone spoke English which was nice for us. The whole place is run very ethically as well, which is very important to me.
