  This is my third week in Portugal and this is the best meal I’ve had thus far. I had the Nepali Thali set with goat and it was divine. My wife had the chicken set and loved it. We had pakoda to start and I’ve never had better. The restaurant is seconds away from the hustle and bustle of Rossio square and it’s totally worth it. The staff is incredibly kind too.   My parents and I visited Lisbon for 3 days. Every day we found ourselves eating here, it was that good. Quality of the momos are exactly what you expect in India, and the atmosphere reminds you of going to your friendly aunt’s house for dinner. 100% recommend coming here.   I understand the locality and outside appearance may look sub standard to most of the travellers and europeans but this is the the the best place to have authentic Indian food not only in Lisbon perhaps in whole Europe. We ordered 6 dishes and we expected same sub standard Indian food as it is served across Europe but to our surprise all the dishes hit it out of the park. I really went there to quench my gluttonous thirst, ordered pani puri as a starter, then ate veg momo, then ordered veg thali and drank lassi.   This is a great little place to have authentic Nepalese/Indian food. It's just off a main square, but quiet. Reasonably priced. Service was prompt and attentive.   I have to say this was one of my favourite restaurants in Lisbon! Outstandanding food! On first impression walking in, we thought the place looked a bit rough around the edges. We were contemplating on staying, but once you meet the staff there, they made you feel at home! For the food, SUBLIME!! I shared a plate of veg momos with my friend Colm, we thoroughly enjoyed them. I had cooked edadame beans full of mouth watering flavours. For the mains, I can no remember as it was 1 month ago since I was there, but we were overly satisified with the whole experience. I am vegan also and they were very accomodating to that. The staff were super lovely and very accomodating. We were thought a bit of napalese from the waitress but we sadly forgot her name. Visited again the next day for the most authentic thali I’ve had outside of Nepal, would highly recommend the mutton and vegetarian thali.   Paratha was very good but all the rest lacked freshness and quality. Most food was reheated including the fried starters, what made them inedible. Chicken curry was a bland tomato sauce that lacked all the spices with a boiled chicken added inside, ‘chana’ was canned chick peas totally overcooked and reheated and vegetable curry was nothing to be sugested.   Brilliant little place. Appears to be popular with the locals. The restaurant itself is simplistic, you're there to eat! The food speaks for itself, great tasting dishes. Relatively cheap.
