  A nice little gem in a beautiful botanical park. We had falafel and tuna, and the food was great. The service was ok (nice smiles, but we had to wait even though the place was not packed).   So glad we discovered this gem. It’s conveniently tucked inside a beautiful botanical garden. Only place I’ve discovered so far that offers iced lattes (and with oat milk too boot). The açaí cup was amazing, so were the pancakes (we ordered the pumpkin spice and soft versions). Service was friendly and attentive. Would (and will) highly recommend.   This was one of my favorite places to eat in Ponta Delgada. Absolutely delicious! And beautiful scenery. I had the toasted bagel with lox and salad platter.   I was genuinely thrilled to visit Jardim Natural Food & Coffee, being a passionate enthusiast of lattes and café cuisine in the United States. However, my experience left me rather disappointed. The food lacked the flavorful punch I was hoping for, although the presentation was beautiful and I found the staff to be somewhat aloof. Parking can be very difficult to find. The park is very beautiful and being surrounded by nature was unique and refreshing. Additionally, the seating was very uncomfortable, and the space felt overcrowded. It's possible that we visited on an off day, especially considering it was a cold winter day. While I may consider giving it another try if I happen to be in the area, it's unlikely that I'll go out of my way to visit again.   The atmosphere is fantastic. it's located inside the botanical park with a charming view to the old banyan tree and the ducks wandering around. Most of the food was good, but the main dish had something that's gone off. I informed the waiter, but he just told me it wasn't the thing that I thought it was, it was probably the spices that had some mold on it. Well, I didn't need to be corrected on exactly what part of the dish has gone off, I just want to have a dish that is fresh, edible and safe. I didn't finish it. They didn't offer any discount of compliment. That being said, I'd probably still come back for coffee or ice cream, but stay away from the food.   Not only a beautiful location but the food was great too! The ingredients were so fresh, the salmon and hummus toasts were great, the coffee was excellent and the pancakes were so decadent. Went on a Sunday morning and there was a wait so be prepared for that but we put our names on the list and just walked through the garden until a table opened up for us. Highly recommend!   What a shame. It used to be a place with wonderful coffee for whole year. But recently they just lost it, no more good quality and barista. Cappuccino now is always pretty bad, milk overheated, the coffee itself like burned. Food is okay, nothing special. For the island this place was unique, now it’s just one more regular snack-bar. It was all they promised and more with the quality and volume of a 3 course breakfast. We all had something different and the presentation was all of a great standard.   Pretty nice cafe in a wonderful setting. A couple of issues though - the breakfast combo option involves bacon bagel only (no vegetarian substitute allowed, which I think is quite unusual these days). Also it can get pretty busy at peak times and the people waiting can stand anywhere. The result is you end up eating with people hovering around your table waiting for you to finish - not very relaxing, despite the relaxing setting. We got the Brunch Menu option and the quinoa salad and were stuffed. But my goodness, that might be one of the best salads I’ve ever had - great flavors, textures, and nutritious!   This place has the best view in the city. So peaceful right in the botanical gardens. Very nice atmosphere. Great prices. The yogurt was delicious and creamy, I got the one with the chocolate on top and the combo with the Nutella pancake. Fresh orange juice too, I loved the oranges on this island. The pancake is not like US pancakes these were super thick and fluffy and really rich. It expanded in my stomach and made me very full, couldn’t eat all of them. The first two were amazing but by the time I got to the pancakes I was very full already and they were maybe a bit too sweet for me as well. Make sure you are hungry enough if you take this set.   Went for breakfast and service was chaos… I don’t understand how they only have one person serving everyone. There was always a queue to get seated and had to wait a lot (even though there was one or two tables available). Then a lot more waiting to get the order, getting first the order of people that was seated after me. The food was not bad at least, I got pancakes. But you leave in a bad mood after such a service.   What a beautiful place to enjoy the nature and really good coffee. Waiting for a seat is no problem at all as the beauty of the botanical garden slows the time down anyway.   I had a delicious salad with quinoa, hazelnuts, feta, broccolini and I forget what else, with chicken teriyaki on top, for a price that doesn’t exist in the U.S. Such beautiful produce! I’m generally not a teriyaki fan, but with the veggies and yogurt it worked and wasn’t too salty. Kinda like Sweetgreen but about 2/3rds the cost and better despite being in the middle of the Atlantic. I only wish I were staying closer so I could return for breakfast and try the other salads! The fruit popsicles and bacon sandwich also sounded amazing. Friendly staff, choice of inside or outside seating, restroom, and lovely garden location too. My salad had goat cheese, pickled red onions, hazelnuts, walnuts, delicate falafel balls, and the sun dried tomatoes had been soaked—as they should but rarely are—in a zippy marinade. We really appreciate the possibility to drink coffee from chemex or v60 (the only place in Ponta Delgada), but making them with Delta Originals beans is such a waste.   Came here on opening day completely by accident. They have great selection of brewed coffee and pressed juices! But the best part is its location in the middle of the botanical garden. Imagine slowly waking up sipping your drink under the shade of the surrounding trees, secluded from the hub bub of the city, listening to the birds while a breeze gently strokes your face. Moreover, this garden is the prettier one out of the two in Ponta Delgada, and there's no entry fee. (Traduzido pelo Google) Vim aqui no dia da inauguração completamente por acidente.
