  Incredible food, very reasonable prices, a whole lot of bang for your buck! We had the all you can eat dinner, we had a few kinds of sushi, some teriyaki, some Chinese dishes. All for £50 for 2 adults and a child. An immense amount of food, eyes bigger than our bellies, but all incredible quality and full of flavour.   The food was as expected for an all you can eat sushi. But the service was atrocious. We were not served all of the food we ordered. When we asked the wait staff, they were unapologetic and rude.   Definately the best sushi place in Portimão where you can have an „All you can eat” lunch or dinner & for such a low price. The food is always super fresh and tasty & has a nice presentation. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I normally eat outside (they have a covered terrace) but I love the atmosphere inside.   We were here before with my sister and her husband and were so pleased with the place that we decided to go again. We ordered the Chinese meal B, knowing that it would probably be too much for us, OAP's. It was. We never even touched 2 of the 4 dishes.   We had the lunch here, 3 adults and 2x childrens 3 years old. The food was the best chineese food that we have eat overall the europe until now. Waiting time 20 minutes. Now as the first minus and the reason that I gave 4 stars is that we asked before we enter the restaurant if we need to pay a menu for our 3 year old twins which usually eat few bites from us. They told us that is ok but to buy something for the kids for example an ice cream. What we actually did. Everything ok, we order the food for us 3x adults. You are allowed to order 6x types of food from the menu. We gave to the children to taste from our portion. At the final we ask for the bill and we had the surprise to see that our children were charged also with a menu price for childrens. When I asked the waiter why we are charged for the children, since we ask before going to restaurant if they need to pay and the staff told us that is not necessary if we dont order for them and to buy something like an ice cream, He told me that he saw how we gave to the children to eat from our portions. 🤯🤯 I gave them 4 stars and not 3 because we solve to remove these childrens menu costs with the boss of restaurant which understood our situation. You can order as much as you want but if you don’t eat something you pay for what’s left, so don’t have big eyes. Food was really good and super fresh. Service is super fast as well - which we loved.   Most amazing food, we went two days on the trot as we found it late in our trip. Salt n chilli prawns (best food I've EVER had bar none) food cooked amazing standard, all you can eat less than €19 per head (€50 for two with a bottle of house white) exceptional staff , chefs are fantastic highly recommended.   Good variety of dishes but a bit expensive for the quality. The buffet its 18 euros pp which is above avr for the prices in ptm. But its located in praia da rocha so thats the only justification, cause the food does not justify the price. We were one of the first clients for dinner so the service was quick.   We came around 8pm on a Monday night and the restuarant was very crowded. We didn't think we'd get seated (especially since we didn't have a reservation) but they made arrangements and luckily, we were able to sit down. I appreciated that. However, if they were already so busy, they shouldn't have sat us. We ordered two plates that never came (even after asking twice about it - we waited over 30 minutes) and the food that did come was mediocre. Greasy potato and cheese patties, plus unseasoned rice and eggs. To make up for the two lost plates, we ordered two other dishes and then THOSE DIDN'T EVEN COME. We waited an extra 25 minutes before asking for the check. My partner liked the Vegetable Chao Min though, so that's great. On top of that, the environment is a bit chaotic that it's a little difficult to sit back and relax. The staff is friendly and helpful though. All in all, wouldn't come back.   What an experience we had, We ordered our starter plates, 6 in total and I have to say it was poor. One hour later we are still sitting at the table waiting for a main courses which we had ordered, we asked the waiter where was our main courses and she had no idea! She then said our order must have been lost and she was willing to take our order again, we decided that it was too late to order again as they were closing in 20 minutes so we asked for the bill and our bill came to over 70 euros for 4 of us, we questioned the bill and we discovered that we were being charged for food that we did not receive. The waitress became very angry and aggressive towards us and decided to itemise the bill and our bill reduced to 40 euros and we still ended up paying for food that we did not consume or even receive. I would absolutely not recommend that you go to this restaurant, the food is not good and the service is brutal and the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.   I asked for a vegan rice dish. They served chicken rice dish. I returned it to the kitchen and instead of making a new dish they just picked chicken out! I found few pieces underneath. Absolutely disgraceful!! I asked for the bill and they charged me for the rice. Spoke to the OWNER and she didn’t seem to understand what the problem is. Really it’s a 1 star for the OWNER for not understanding the gravity of the situation and not educating the staff you can’t just pick out some ingredients out of the dish. What if someone is allergic to peanuts, are they going to take the peanuts out?? What if they’re halal, are they going to pick the pork out of the dish? And for the same reason with vegans or vegetarians it’s a disgrace to do it to them. It’s 2021, and the owner doesn’t understand it at all, she shouldn’t run a restaurant and endanger people. She didn’t even apologise and offered a tiny discount. I am not angry with anyone but her. The waiter who took the order was very apologetic and understanding, it’s obvious people with allergies or for religious reasons don’t want to eat certain things and shouldn’t be treated this way.   The food we had was good and the staff friendly, at first we were served quickly but I feel all you can eat is not the right description though. I know it was busy but the resturante was no where near full. Two of our orders were forgotten and we had waited for around half an hour between servings. As we had 2 children with us we have up and had to leave as they were tired and bored of waiting. You can eat all they bring to you, not all you order. Which is a shame because the food is delicious, we enjoyed both the sushi and chinease.   Went there last week to have dinner but I was expecting more. My family and I decided to go for the dishes a la carte because we weren't that hungry. It took at least 30 min to someone come to our table to take the order. The food was ok, is not great but regular Chinese food and the portions are quite big. The waiters/waitresses were very unorganized and customers had to wait a long time to order and to be served. After we paid, decided to visit a friend who lives behind the restaurant, and when we were passing there the back of the restaurant was open where you could see clearly one guy holding a knife and then 6 chickens on the floor!!!!!!!!   Waiting time over 1 hour for starters. When it arrived it was wrong. The staff were given out to one another in front of us as they mixed up the order. Food was ok when it arrived however it was cold. The set up for the "buffet" is wrong for the volume of people entering the place. Having to write your order on paper left on the tables is not a buffet. I suggest that you change it to allow people go up and choose what they want from dishes rather than having it as a a la carte set up with buffet offer. Would not return. When we pointed that to the waiter he seemed to be very happy that he understood us and left! Main courses amaizing if you are a soy sauce lover. Cashewnut chicken had no cashewnuts. Again waiter said that it should be only few... Well they must be very tiny tiny coz I didn't notice. Duck in bamboo and mushrooms nice and soft but again if you're not soy sauce lover remember to order plenty of drinks! The main course doesn't include rice, chips or noodles so you need to order on the side for 5 euro only!!! Bargain!
