  We went there because it looked nice and yummy at google but it was not even close. My burger was burned and with a weird flavour. The fries were indian spice-flavour (that’s not bad if you’re looking for that but that was not the case). Also it is not cheap despite the quality. Next day, we have stomach ache and diarrhea.   Both myself and my partner have woken up with the worst stomach cramps and diarrhoea after eating here- we had the classic burger meals and chicken wings. The food was tasty but not worth it for a ruined next day of our holiday. Not good considering the place is stating ‘the best burger chain in the Algarve’, honestly I would AVOID at all costs and save yourself a very painful and wasted next day. Burger Plate needs to reconsider its food hygiene / cooking standards, it’s as though we’ve been poisoned. I wish anyone willing to eat here the best of luck and don’t say we didn’t warn you 😷.   This is a lovely burger grill restaurant on the marina in Villamoura. The views looking out to the marina are beautiful and the food to die for. We loved the chicken burgers and vegan burger. The customer service was exemplary with staff friendly supportive and very helpful. It was on the slightly expensive side but I presume that’s what you expect on the marina. The bonus being that the chicken was halal! The whole Menu looked amazing . Would definitely visit again. We asked for a fries without Paprika and they wanted us to pay for a new one, so…it was declined. Okay, no problem. Never coming back.   Venho acrescentar algo mais a minha crítica . Pedi salada e não tinham talheres para eu comer a salada . Fui pedir e o funcionário e ele começou a dizer que só falava inglês que eu tinha que falar para ele inglês . Acho que não me perdi e estou em Portugal .   Muito mau atendimento. As mesas estavam sujas, com o restaurante vazio. Não tinham guardanapos e quando questionado, o funcionário deu-nos a resposta de que os fornecedores não tinham entregue a encomenda e deu-nos as últimas duas folhas de um rolo de papel de cozinha (nós éramos 3). Aos clientes que entraram pouco depois de nós, o mesmo funcionário deu-lhes um rolo de papel higiénico. Dei 2 estrelas porque de facto o hambúrguer vegan é muito bom, mas não conto repetir a experiência.

  PÉSSIMO Atendimento Num jantar de amigos, e com mais mesas disponíveis para outros clientes, ainda estávamos a jantar e fomos abordados pela empregada sobre quanto tempo mais iriamos demorar para dar lugar a outros clientes, quando havia espaço noutras mesas para essas mesmas pessoas se sentarem. E mesmo que não houvesse mesas, é de um nível estremamente baixo, perguntarem quanto tempo é que vamos demorar quando ainda estávamos a comer e temos o direito de estarmos sentados a usufruir do nosso jantar. Certamente é um restaurante a não repetir.
