  Worst service ever encountered. Left waiting 50 minutes for our booking with no apology offered; not asked for drinks; starters ordered but they forgot to take mains. Waiter sneered at the choice of wine, forgot several drinks and then finally “forgot” to take the deposit from the bill. Chaotic from start to finish.   Looks the part but that's about it Reserved a table for food with our son at 1830. We arrived, given a menu then told by Andre that because we had reserved a table we could only have the set menu (not explained at the point of booking) for a lovely 40euro per person. This consisted of a mixed starter platter, 2 main dishes pre determined by the restaurant and no alternatives. After some complaining we were 'allowed' to order from the al a carte menu. Customer service was non existent and Andre's attitude was nothing short of rude. Fellow diners on the opposite table had much the same experience, so much so they actually stopped on their exit to assure us it was not just us that had been spoken to so terribly. Seems very much the trendy place to dine, thumping house music, in house DJ etc, but if you want to enjoy a good Thai meal would recommend Thai Marina over this place time and time again.   Was passing by on a Saturday night and enquiried about a table. Tables were all booked. Fortunately the restaurant has 3 outdoor places at the side of restauarant to sit for drinks and small tables big enough for 2 people to eat. This position gave us amazing views of the setting sun. Atmosphere was brilliant with a live saxophonist playing along with DJ playing great party songs. Sound was brilliant and light show lit up the restaurant and surrounding reeds and flowers in the beach area. Food was superb along with the usual beers and cocktails - all reasonably priced given the great location. Even better was the service from all the staff who were brilliant.   Well, what can I say. The food was really good. I had beef satay and Duck with Ginger accompanied by Jasmin Rice. Lovely! Unfortunately, the staff made us all feel like second class citizens. This was unique in my experience. Unbelievably, on being asked to settle up the bill because our two hour time slot had come to an end (as previously described to us - fair one), the team managed to forget to deduct the €40 booking fee. No receipt was supplied but had to be requested (after we had left the table obv.). Lovely food - but because of the treatment we received, we will not be returning. We live in the Algarve.   The food was excellent, the service less so. We felt rushed throughout the meal & realised why after we received our coffee. Before we had taken a sip we were asked to leave as the table was booked - we had only been sat down for 1 hour & 50 minutes. This was not conveyed to us at the time of booking & had it been then we may have reconsidered our reservation. On booking we paid a deposit of €10 per person which was not deducted from the final bill - we had to return for a copy of the receipt & refund.   We had lunch for 27 people at the Thai Beach Club and it was fantastic. The service was great, the food came out promptly despite the large party. The staff were very accommodating of food allergies. The food was very tasty. We had a set menu to share amongst tables of 10 and every dish was excellent. Beautiful location just off the harbor.   Best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand. Our table was literally silent once the food arrived apart from the odd hum of delight. My friend wished she had bought a takeaway to bring back to London 🤣🤣 Excellent customer service from Francisco! Staff were playful and it looked like they were having fun.   We discovered this place during our walk at the beach - great location, good atmosphere, nicely decorated. Unfortunately, I wasn't as lucky with my choices as the other reviewers - Pineapple Fried Rice didn't feel anything special, and Aperol Spritz was quite watery with a little taste of alcohol. I would say that the food is a bit overpriced. The presentation however was nice. On the other hand, the service is really great and the food was served very fast after placing the order.   Not impressed. 6 of us had lunch here on Saturday. We wanted to order 2 of the two person starter (@€25.00 each) just for something to nibble before the main course, but we were told it was NOT ALLOWED. If there were 6 of you you HAD to order 3 of them. Unbelievable. We ordered individual starters which they then brought and put in the middle so we could share! Pathetic. Main course was nice but service was very patchy. Arrived at 1pm but ate our main course around 2.40pm. Perhaps it was August but won't rush back.   Don’t even know where to start. Definitely the worst restaurant in Vilamoura in terms of service and customer care. We were left with the menu for at least 40min and had to ask for our order to be taken. The music was super loud with giant speakers above the tables and several tables were complaining but no one from staff seemed to care. The manager/owner of the restaurant looked like he was drunk and was just walking around in the restaurant drinking wine. The whole experience was shameful. The only thing that wasn’t terrible was the food (acceptable), but for the price we paid should be a lot better. If you are looking for good asian food and excellent service, restaurant with view and live music/dj just go to MoTAO (just across the street from Thai), it’s worth every penny.   Firstly Manuel is a legend - such a nice guy who made us feel so welcome and pulled out all the stops to accommodate me and mrs for her birthday / thank you!!! I felt like I had known Manuel for ages after our visit but it only been for a few hours ha. He was very polite, funny, recommended dishes for us that were unreal especially the fish dish I got - I wish I could remember the name. It was superb easily the best dish I’ve had that’s fish!!   Lovely restaurant with a brilliant view of the beach when you sit outside, especially during sunset. All great cocktails, though my favourite was the cocktail with the champagne! One of the best ones I’ve had - very sweet and simply unreal! All the vegetarians at the table were in love with the Tom Yum Jay soup!   Absolutely flawless. We went on a Sunday and had a there set menu which was a italian Thai fusion. The food was fantastic and the service was spectacular. The resterant had a great fashionable vibe that really made us feel welcome and part of the family. This was the last meal/event of my est mates stag do and it left us feeling lime we didn't want to go home and to book another night. Couldn't recomend more!   Visited Thai Beach club for the afternoon sitting with a group of friends as part of a hen do. The entertainment was good, created a brilliant atmosphere and got everyone into the right mood for a party. Food was delicious, served family style and there was more than enough to go around. Drinks service at the tables could be a bit slow at times but appreciate the staff were doing their best in a very busy venue. Quick to get drinks when going to the bar yourself. After the singer finished a DJ took over til close at 11 and we continued to have a brilliant time. Overall I'd say this is a must do if you enjoy singing and dancing the night away.   The location of the Thai Beach Club is amazing, located right on the beach away slightly away from the Villamoura Marina. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The service was great, even the main waiter looked a little like James Nesbitt!! We went for the fixed menu, the mixed starters were fantastic, but we were a little disappointed with the mains. Although the food was delicious, there was no Thai Green/Red curry included, and as a family who enjoys spicy Thai food we decided to add a couple on as extras, which were fantastic. I think if we go there again we would have thesame mains but we would definitely choose specific mains dishes to avoid any disappointment.   If you would like to experience a true taste of Thailand then this place is a must! Reminds us of our backpacking adventures in Thailand. The food is delicious.   Wow what an amazing place !!!!!!!! We went to the sunday afternoon party which started off all sedate and lovely andnsensible with a great thai sharing meal for 6 of us. But then the crazy party atmosphere took hold and the tables became stages for people to dance on the waiters turned into the most amazing party hosts and the tunes were banging. Fantastic place that took me right back to the old school places you used to go to in the UK when you could have a drink and a laugh and a dance with no idiots causing trouble with a great atmosphere.   Just had a fabulous meal at Thai Beach for my wife’s birthday. Nothing fancy just our family of three (two middle age ones and a 11 yr old). Wonderful food and the service was fabulous. Manuel, Vanessa and Andre were all brilliant. We have been here before on an Adult night out but this was just as good. My daughter wants to work there now! The location is a great place to take in the wonderful sunsets but the food and service really make for a great experience.   I have give this place 4 stars just simply because it was such an experience. At first upon arrival by club I think we all thought 'what the hell is that' as the music thumped out from across the beach. Upon walking into the place it was very obvious the party was in FULL swing. It was certainly not what we were expecting. There was no way we were going to get a table for 10 to eat so we thought we'd stick aroud for some cocktails. Half our group jumped straight in to the vibe and half stood outside on the boardwalk chatting. It was a spectacle, all the people of a certain age dancing away like they were teenagers as the music thumped away. A few younger local thirtysomethings made up the balance of the guests. I know there was a wedding party here but you could differentiate who was who so to be honest it could be completely different here on another night, I really don't know, there's only one way to find out, I'll be back! Cocktails run between €7.50/10. Can't tell you about the food as we ended up going to another Thai in town. Foi um espetáculo, todas as pessoas de uma certa idade dançando como se fossem adolescentes enquanto a música continuava. Alguns jovens locais de trinta e poucos anos compunham o restante dos convidados. Eu sei que teve festa de casamento aqui mas você poderia diferenciar quem era quem então para ser sincero poderia ser completamente diferente aqui em outra noite, realmente não sei, só tem um jeito de descobrir, eu volto! Os cocktails custam entre 7,50€/10. Não posso falar sobre a comida, pois acabamos indo para outro tailandês na cidade.
