  Restaurante lindo e romântico.   Probably the best restaurant in Setubal! Most of the restaurant’s sitting is outside but they have nice heating and blankets which provide a very nice atmosphere.   Great restaurant! The staff is very friendly and provides great service and very attentive. Our hotel recommend this restaurant and glad they did. I had the lunch special which was a tuna sandwich and the tuna steak was fresh and the sandwich was delicious! My husband ad the sautéed shrimp with garlic and sautéed vegetables and he really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and you won’t be disappointed!   Such a lovely spot! Especially festive this time of year (December). We haven't eaten the food here, but have had cocktails and wine. They have a very nice sparkling white wine and the Old Fashioned they made for my husband (which wasn't on the menu) was spot on!   This turned out to be one of two favorite restaurants in Setubal. We were out doing one of our many walks tat mornings and seen the place. We had been dolphin watching that afternoon so didn't feel like cooking and decided to have dinner there. We split a duck salad and a duck margret dinner. WOW! Both were delicious, with a very interesting salad dressing and sauce that used the local liquor Muscatel and local oranges for the base. Yum! Service and local bronco (a white that is big enough to go with a red meat dinner) wine were impeccable. Desert (which we don't usually do) was killer; the chocolate-camel and peanut pie to die for, the lemon margarine pie which we hoped would be a nice complement was completely overpowered but still very good.   Whimsical ambiance, friendly service, and good food! Sem Horas is a winner! We’ve been meaning to try this spot since we came to Setúbal a week ago, and we finally stopped by for dinner tonight. The atmosphere is incredibly magical and delightful. I loved the tapestry canopy, mismatched glasses, low lighting, and table decorations. The ambiance is the best part of the experience in my opinion. The service was attentive and efficient too. The food was solid and beautifully presented. I especially loved the chocolate pie and veggie board! The garlic shrimp and ceviche were tasty, but they tasted a little fishy to me, which makes me think the fish wasn’t the absolute freshest.   We spent 4 days in Setubal and went to Sem Horas for lunch one day. The atmosphere and the looks of the place from outside is very inviting. The staff were friendly and patiently explained the specials of the day. They brought a tray with bread, a small bowl of olives, two types of cheese, and a small bowl of olive oil. We chose the bread, olive, and olive oil (€6.80). We subsequently asked for more olive oil and was charged €3. We ordered two of the special veal sandwiches with bbq sauce (€9.50@) and a small salad (€2.50). The sandwiches came with French fries. Everything tasted great and we were happy with our meal. The only thing that was unusual, they asked if we wanted water, and we said yes. They brought a small jar of tap water and charged us €2.50 fit it?!?   We ended up in this town by chance basically, and one of the restaurants that popped up straight away when walking around was Sem Horas. We sat inside at the window, all the waiters + the owner were so nice and welcoming, hence we knew we were in the right place. Great atmosphere, amazing decor well thought in detail, stunning cutlery, amazing service and most of all great food! We had a delicious dinner and it definitely contributed to a beautiful day around Portugal! I would definitely recommend this place!   This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Setubal! Would recommend to any and everybody to come here and STAY HERE. We usually restaurant-hop, but the food, athmosphere, staff, drinks, service, everything was a 10 out of 10. We probably had almost everything on the menu and everything was top standard.   Oh my, just go there!:) I can say here was the best food for our entire stay in Madeira. Really! We tried the daily menu - rabbit and beef stew, both very good. But the espetadas? It was really excellent, super buttery and juicy. I appreciate that it was not on the hard-to-handle standing skewer as elsewhere, but nicely on the laurel wood, nice touch!   I've been going to this restaurante ever since I found about it, it has a nice setting, altho tables by the window inside the restaurant look like starbucks line tables, which for dinning can be pretty uncomfortable, the other option inside for dinning is a high table in the middle, but lots of white light from the kitchen reaches that table making it uncomfortable, the menu just got an upgrade, the older menu was much nicer, and they should start taking into acount lactose intolerant options aswell as gluten free option, but regardless, the outside sitting are is very cozy and comfortable unless it's windy, live music is performed on some weekends which warms up the place even more.
