  The place closes at 23.00, we were there at 22.15 and they said to us that the kitchen closes at 22.00. We had already called twice but no one was answering the phone call. We were pretty dissappointed because we came from far to try the gluten free pizza and we couldnt eat there. Its okay if you close the kitchen at 22.00 but you need to pointed somewhere to let your clients know.   Wow! The best pizza experience we had in ages (and I lived in Milan and Berlin). We tried 3 of the special pizzas and the Quatro Formaggi. Each of them a true explosion of flavour. The drinks and desert were delicious as well. Finally it was rounded off with incredibly kind service and a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.   I'm a local of Aljezur and today is the last time I had a Pizza at Arte Bianca: Their pizza is a practically empty piece of dough, basically 60% pizza bread and 40% pizza center. For 12 Euros. I like eating my pizzas starting from the outside to the center (so that I have the most yummie part at the end). At Arte Bianca that means that I will spend 10 minutes eating just crust and nothing else. Cause the outer rim is about as far from the cheesy center as Pluto from the sun.   Absolutely the best Gluten free pizza I've ever had!!! Wow!!! Loved it! I'm coming back here again! So great it's nearby to a fantastic surfing beach. Very good friendly staff!!!   Update - September 7th 2023: Unfortunately the quality of this restaurant in terms of food and ingredients used dropped massively compared to where it was in September 2022. We ate here today and were very disappointed. Just check my pictures from a year ago and compare them to the pictures you find in the reviews from the last days/weeks. Even the cheese of the Rigatoni Amatriciana is now a very different/cheaper one. You can’t even find the Guanciale any more in the pasta where you had big pieces one year ago. Also our pizza Capricciosa dropped massively in terms of taste and quality. Such a pity :-( !! We ate here like 5times in 7 days (check photos) and the food was always amazing!!! Such a delicious variety of great food paired with an amazingly friendly team! 10 stars!!!   I recommend starting with the bruscheta, it was very good. Surprisingly, the pizzas are one of the best I have ever had, comparable to Casanova in Lisbon. Fresh and local ingredients combined with the crispy crust makes them great. I also had the pear and ginger natural juice and it was excellent.   Gluten free pizza has limited choices. They only make with a few different topping combination which are not possible to change. And the toppings are not so good. Very weird combination which we did not like. We tried to ask for just a regular gluten free Margarita and have been told it is not possible. We have to choose from selection in the menu. Normal pizzas have more options and some more traditional flavours which we actually like with pizza. I do not understand why the fuss about toppings, but if they had to limit the GF offer , they could at least put ONE traditional option.   We saw a sign for pizza and decided to bring our little guy. Seriously though, we were not ready for just how TASTY everything was. The bruschetta looks really simple but *exploded* with flavour. The garlic rosemary foccacia... I would have gladly stuffed my pockets with it! :) The pizza dough was delicious and topped with wonderful fresh ingredients, the mix of which were just incredibly flavoursome. Hugely surprised by just how good the food was. Tiramisu was fab too. The restaurant itself is very cool. The toilets spotlessly clean. The staff are multilingual and very friendly.   Beautiful cozy restaurant. The staff is very nice and they serve you very fast. The food was just ok. I had a pizza and it felt heavy, may be too dense pizza dough, not much ingredients and a bit undercooked. Anyway, I liked the place and I will give it another try. The pizza is mind blowing, from the not so perfect shape to the fresh ingredients, even the homemade piri-piri is amazing.   I'm Italian but i' ve been living in Portugal (north) for 2 years and a half. I don't eat pizza very often and I don't have very high expectations. I have to admit this pizza is really amazing, the thing I appreciate more was the very good quality of ingredients, I'm vegetarian and I had the pizza D.O.C. (mozzarella di bufala made me cry) , my boyfriend had a pizza with ham and he said it was very good (is really hard to find a good Parma ham here, we know). So highly recommended!   I was told it was the best pizza in the world... I have worked in Italian restaurants For 2 decades AND THEY WERE RIGHT!!!! Pizza was the absolute best! Just Go to try it. ...Expect to pay tourist prices but it's worth it. If you are a foodie.. you will love. The service here is impeccable too.. nice and relaxed but efficient. 1 waitress for the entire restaurant says a lot about the quality of service.   So the Thing is, this Pizza is perfect. I've never had a better Pizza before, not in Germany and not even in Italy. These guys know exactly what they are doing and how. The dough is fermented and light, not filling you up to the max. Top ingredients. Nice Price. Days after our first visit we had some beer at a beach near Lagos and got hungry.. so we travelled back to aljezur because everybody dreamed about this Pizza place. Its that good.
