  I loved the food and service as i asked for very spicy and they did not fail to satisfy, even asking if it was spicy enough and offering to give chilli, of course I had some. They also put a childs meal on the house just to add the cherry ontop. The staff were extremely kind, checking up on us many times to ask how the food was. Over all 11/10 restaraunt, I loved it.   Brilliant Indian restaurant, I couldn't say a bad thing about it, even if I wanted to. We were seated quickly, it was quiet when we arrived. The staff were very polite and friendly before we ordered and throughout our visit. Despite being a party of 8 people, the food service was reasonably quick. There is a great range of items on the menu, and an impressive amount of choice for vegetarians. Prices are reasonable, about €10 - €20 per person, but it's definitely worth what is paid for.   The best Indian food we have ever had! Excellent meals here in Jan 2024 and Jun 2023. A wonderful warm and friendly welcome from Jay and her fabulous team, we promptly received our poppadoms and pickles tray- beautiful crispy poppadoms (unlike ones served in a highly regarded restaurant in the Old town which were on the soft side). Starters were Onion Bhajis and seekh kebab, both truly excellent. Mains were Chicken Tikka Masala for me and Lamb Karhai for hubby, both with the plain/butter nan - absolutely gorgeous food.   The most beautiful food and friendly staff.. Best Indian I've ever had being honest. If I could talk them into a franchise in Ireland we'd make a fortune.   Great food. Has an entire vegetarian and gluten free menu. The aromas reminded me of dishes my grandma used to make me as a child. Manager was friendly and happy to speak to us, as well as the very kind Portuguese waitress. I wish we weren’t full as we would’ve stayed for dessert and a lassi. Having completed just eat in my local area, the flavours were outstanding, and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel bloated or experience any diarrhoea the next day. This mix grill was so disappointment, it has small pieces meat and they didn't even give separate salad. My son has a chicken tikka masala, it was literally 9 lumps of chicken in a sauce, that's it, it was almost although somebody had simply dropped chicken in a masala sauce from the supermarket? I had a chicken jalfrezi, which likewise was strange, quite unlike any other chicken Jalfrezi I've ever had. I'm not quite sure what it was, a generic hot chicken stew is probably the best was of describing it. The warning bells should sound when you are asked if you want it medium or hot! We ordered a couple of naan breads, which were more like stodgy pancakes. Starters were ok, not the best, but ok, hence the 2 and not a 1 which is what the curries on their own get Just not very good.   Out first trip to Albufeira in over 18 months and we were delighted to find out favorite local Indian place has survived COVID restrictions. Jay and her team are wonderful, welcoming, and care deeply about all customers. The food is always delish, with many unusual items on the menu. We started with the sampler appetizer dish for two, a nice combination of small bites to try new things. I chose a new lamb dish (nazarai? - bottom one on the menu banner) and it was amazing. The sauce one of the most flavorful and delightful ones I've ever had. And the few slivers of ginger in it were the perfect touch. The husband had a spicy chicken dish (sorry, no idea of the name) which he said was seasoned well, with just the right level of heat to bring a tingle to his lips, but not so hot he couldn't enjoy the taste. The garlic and butter naans were both light, flavorful, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone.   We first visited the Indian Sizzler in January 2020. We gave the restaurant five starts - for the excellent food and service and for the very friendly welcome from the owner. Lockdown hit just after we returned to the UK, but we visited again last night, delighted that this restaurant had survived the pandemic.   Outstanding experience from a little jewel of a restaurant. Met with a warm welcome. Very relaxed atmosphere, plenty space even though it was busy(and rightly so!)   A really nice surprise awaits you on your visit to the Indian Sizzler, one of the best by far of the Indian Restaurants I have tried in Portugal to date. Super friendly and helpful staff make you feel very welcome and are so very accommodating. The 14.95 Euro is very good value and was served to my wife an I very speedily. On finishing our starter which was Chicken Pakora and Chicken Tikka we were very quickly served our mains which was the delicious Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau rice and Garlic and Butter Naan...wow is all I can say, all the dishes were very tasty and the even asked if I'd like my Jalfrezi medium or hot (I went for medium and you could taste all the ingredients and spices without intense heat) the 14.95 Euro menu includes a pudding which to be fair was a really tasty cookie surprise for my wife and a yummy toffee ice-cream for myself. We will definitely be coming back to eat again before the end of our holiday for our Wedding Anniversary.   Had a really nice Indian meal here. The food was lovely and fresh and plenty of it. Staff were really friendly. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table but you could sit and have a drink. Staff were apologising for the delay and gave us popadoms on the house and offered us a shot at the end of the meal also. Highly recommend it.
