  One of the most unpleasant experiences from our holidays... Waited for more than half of hour for our food compare with other customers which came after us, been served, finished their food and we were still waiting... Asked several times what happened with our order, some of staff just up their shoulders... definitely a very lack of language barrier, they couldn't speak English very well as we just assuming because other explanation for their behaviour we can't find... They served other customers with cutlery and sauces, we had to ask for... Finally, our toasties came, the wings not... We had to wait for them to come not that we had to ask when... When they brought them we realised that they weren't cooked properly, but the manager said they are, is only our opinion in regards... Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience...   The beach is gorgeous. Beautiful rocks around, sea is delicious to swim and restaurant has many drinks and food available. I gave 3 stars because we wanted 2 seats, which cost 12 euros for half day, but the man (between 40-50) who we had to reach out to was extremely rude and annoyingly sarcastic. His behavior definitely entered my top 10 of worst experiences while being a tourist. You travel to find peace and comfort but you have your day ruined because of someone who wasn't decently educated or just didn't like you and decided to treat you as if you were meaningless. So be aware of that if you come to this beach: the man responsible for the seats might ruin your experience with his lack of patience and respect. (Traduzido pelo Google) A praia é linda.   Great beach to spend the day in Algarve. We found it online as one of the “must-go beaches” in Algarve so we gave it a try and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful rock formations that you can walk through, sandy beach and even a nice, local restaurant in case your thirsty/hungry. Only downside is that it got kind of crowded around 1pm.   Beach is absolutely gorgeous but the service in the restaurant was terrible I had met my partner in the restaurant to grab a drink I ordered my drink 3 times to 3 different waiters as 30 mins had gone by. I then asked the bartender - still no sign of it. We decided to leave and just pay for my partners drink. However the bill said there was 2 drinks although only 1 arrived and we had been waiting 30 mins for the other. I was given the drink in a plastic cup as we were leaving they then decided to make it.   We were here for lunch. It was a bit chaotic but we got a nice table with ocean view. Service was not super good, and staff was not that friendly or helpful, We had to wait some time before someone came to take our order. They forgot our starter and got our drinks wrong. We only got our mains and never got our starter despite reminding them. When we asked for the bill they still charge for our starter and the mix up in drinks. They fixed the bill and we paid. But after we noticed that they actually charged us for a different more expensive dish than what we got.   The beach is beautiful and it's a nice beachclub. However the staff is so uninterested that I would not reccomend. All the tables are "reserved" so guest can't pick their own table but nobody is there to help. Servers keep walking past without even saying hello. When I said hello to a waitress she just walked past without stopping. When we finally had a table it took 45 min to get someone to take our order. Food was fine. What ruined the experience for us was the very unattentative staff. On each visit they either brought the wrong order or we needed to remind them several times of our orders. One time we needed to ask three different waiters for the check, just to be able to pay. We got a sunburn from being left in the sun without being able to pay and leave.   Great food and Service. Fantastic views. We had lunch 2 days in a row here. Both days lot’s of people and we fully understand why. There is a bar part where you can Also get some takeaway stuff and there is a restaurant part with a very decent menu that absolutely matches any good restaurant. It has a focus on fish (you are on the beach👍) but also several meat options. Quality of ingredients and the presentation is very good and so is the taste. So if you are in the area, don’t go for the hotel restaurant but go for this option. You will not regret it. They also rent out sun beds and umbrellas to make it a total beach experience. The beach itself is beautiful and clean as is the water. It is not very warm though and the tide can be strong so be careful if you are not an experienced swimmer.   Great food. The best food we had on our holiday. We had lunch and dinner several times during our 10 day stay. The kitchen closes at 6 pm (late October) but they do not rush you out and are happy for you to stay until you are ready to leave. Beautiful views over a beautiful beach.   The views can't get better than this. Peak lunch time can get very very busy. No options for vegetarians other than grilled / roasted vegetables which was good (was served in a sweet cinnamon sauce, quite unique). Fish as usual in this part of Portugal is not cheap. Clean place with clean toilets too. Staff was very polite and kind. Speed if service could have been better. If you are there just for a cold beverage then be ready to stand for about 15-20mins.   Very good restaurant with a friendly and attentive staff! During our one week holiday we had dinner there four times and were always amazed by the food (in sharp contrast to our hotel buffet). If you love meat ask for the “Tomahawk” steak. It is incredible! But the fish dishes are amazing as well and everything is very fresh. Definitely worth a visit. Durante nossas férias de uma semana jantamos lá quatro vezes e sempre ficamos impressionados com a comida (em nítido contraste com o buffet do hotel). Se você gosta de carne peça o bife “Tomahawk”. Isso é incrível! Mas os pratos de peixe também são fantásticos e tudo muito fresco. Definitivamente vale a pena uma visita. Observe que o horário de funcionamento é atualmente enganoso. O local fica aberto bem depois das 19h e você pode ter um jantar descontraído (hoje até com música ao vivo muito bacana). Vá lá você não vai se arrepender!

  Really good food with an amazing view. The staff are very friendly. But is also expensive. We got prawns as a starter and the fish of the day for a main dish which was seabass with baked potato, vegetables, and salad on the side. For desert we took the Portuguese traditional almond's cake.
