  Wonderful experience, friendly service and peaceful location in an alley on the stairs. I had the traditional Seitan meatballs as a main and the pecan pie for dessert. Both were really good, as was the detox smoothie; the food is filling but not heavy and felt really good. Service is friendly. The chocolate cake looked really good, too.   Muito bem! A lovely discovery in Chiado, located on a cute side street on a slope. There is a terrace outside. Really friendly staff and delicious international dishes, in veggie/plant based format. 🇹🇭 The Tofu Thai Was super yummy, as well as the Brazilian bean stew. Fresh, healthy, well-presented. Good portion size too! I also fancied the veggie burger but it just comes with the patty, no bun. The bread and dips was also a good appetizer. The prices are friendly too compared to other vegan/veg restaurants in Lisbon. One thing to be on the lookout, they charge you a service fee (10% tip) automatically with your check, which is not customary in Portugal. So ask about it beforehand.   I normally eat at least 4-6 different vegetables a day and when traveling, I always feel a bit malnourished. Luckily, I found this restaurant! We did not have a reservation and came at dinner time, but very late. Luckily we waited a bit and could have a table for two inside pretty quickly.   I’m not vegan myself so usually I feel like my meal isn’t complete unless there’s some sort of protein (meat, fish, eggs…) There is nothing of the sort, but I can tell you it’s an incredible experience to taste the foods and plates the chef put up. It’s not just about cooking, they make their own cheese from fermented cashew nuts and their own ice cream. Everything is crazy good and I’ll have to go back to try the other plates!   This place is 100% overhyped. We've been in serval vegan places in Lisbon this week and this was the worst of them all. The rice in risotto ten times overcooked and tastes like porridge. And the pecan pie…👌 The service was incredibly quick and friendly, we paid the bill less than one hour after arriving.   Wow, this is one of the best vegan restaurants we've been to, in any country! Such great food, served by such nice people, in such a lovely location. My husband and I had a really nice lunch here yesterday, right as the restaurant opened. A very kind young lady seated us at a table in the outdoor area, along the steps leading up, with a tree overhanging. It was a very pleasant and relaxing location. The food was excellent, and whoever prepared it deserves a lot of praise. I got the barley risotto with mushrooms, which came with a salad, and my husband got the vegan version of Portuguese meatballs, which came with rice, a salad and a different salad with apple in it. Wow, we were both blown away by how good everything was! And the glasses of red wine we got were delicious, too. I wish I'd had room for the desserts, which sounded wonderful, but I guess I'll have to come back for that! My partners veggie burger didn't come with a bun, but it was served with a really nice salad, rice, and thick-cut crisps. The burger had lots of flavors and different textures.   Organi Chiado was such an amazing restaurant for vegan food! One of my favourite things is that their menu changes daily to reflect the local ingredients that are available at the time. Meaning there is always something new to try here. The food was absolutely delicious! A good selection of vegan starters, mains, desserts and lovely wine. I had a bean stew with seitan chorizo and vegan parmesan. Every mouthful was extraordinarily tasty. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful about the food/menu. I would highly recommend eating here if you're vegan, or not. I would book a table beforehand as it was busy and people were waiting for tables (shows the popularity of the place!)   This place is worth traveling to, honestly I went there twice and don’t think it was enough. I’m still dreaming about their bean burger. (I forgot to mention that their menu changes everyday). I’m not a big burger fan but let me tell you, their burger was delicious!!! It was extremely well seasoned, flavourful, fresh and moist. The rice was perfectly cooked, all the ingredients in dish perfectly paired with each-other. My friend really enjoyed his pasta too, he was surprised by how tasty it was too (he doesn’t like pasta usually but he enjoyed it from this restaurant). The Pinã-colada was amazing! I truly cannot express how good it was. I’ve never had such a good non-alcoholic pina-colada before. I’m still dreaming about it. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing what the menu was in advance and then having to look it up on an app/QR code.   Humorously, I am a 100% meat eater and I came here by accident. This was close to my hotel and lotsa stars so I waited for a table and only realized my mistake after downloading the menu. 🤣 Couldn't leave after I took the last available table and I decided to see how the other half lives (feel like I'm infiltrating a subculture without a membership card). Can they tell I'm not a Vegan? Vibe is upbeat with all the tables full on. Wednesday at 9pm. Got the rice bread with olive oil... Helllloooo, is Butter not vegan!?! Dunno. And the beyond burger which isn't like the ones from the States but fresh made. Staff is amazing and the house wine is excellent!   The friendly staff and beautiful location of this restaurant caught my eye right away. The fact that it’s vegan and looked good attracted me to it. I went with my wife, and we started out with a salad, some sparkling lemonade, and the juice of the day (good surprise). The salad was on the cheesy side, but good, and made delicious with the addition of the well prepared tofu and crouton cubes. I was sold on this restaurant being a 5 star place after having finished the starter course. Our main dish, the Penne Rigate was amazing, I could not get enough! This is my favorite vegan restaurant in Lisbon now. I would recommend a visit! Try to maybe call and reserve a spot, It can get busy!   I would give this more stars if I could. Super fresh vegan food, stellar service and outdoor seating in the shade. Try the Pukka tea, it’s delightful. I had the mushroom risotto- YUM! Because they do some magic with their spices, the texture and consistency of the dishes that it doesn't feel like a stereotypical bland vegan meal. All the ingredients are organic too, which is very rare to find. And needless to say that the service was super friendly too.   Really very good. Also very expensive but definitely worth it. The food was delicious and the service friendly and attentive. Very busy. We had a reservation through Fork but not sure it really worked. However, as we were there right when they opened at 7PM we got a table outside in the alley. Vegan food prepared according to the moon cycle, the season, the weather - the menu changes daily but there are always some staples like veggie burger and salads. You can’t miss this spot! It’s open every day of the week for lunch and dinner with a break in the late afternoon in between mealtimes so the kitchen can prep for dinner.   One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in Portugal. Service was great, the food was absolute bliss and we left extremely happy and satisfied, still talking about the meal the days after.   We went there for Valentine’s Day. My husband who is not a huge fan of vegan food absolutely loved it. Everything is so flavorful, healthy and made with in season and local ingredients. We started with this divine rice bread accompanied by incredible vegan pâtés. We had the vegan steak and the penne as main dishes . The chocolate was delicious and perfect for a sweet end note.   I have been vegan for 16 years, written two raw vegan cookbooks, and this was one of the best meals I have ever had. Actually "meals" beacuse I got the burger to go for my plane ride. Wow. At the restaurant, I had the roasted veggies. The flavors were exquiste, very developed (ie, they take you on a journey), and wholesome at the same time. The food isn't slammed with soy sauce, nutritional yeast, or any of the typical non-inventive vegan cooking techniques. This is just beautiful food made with so much care, love, and appreciation, it almost made me cry. Lol, I am not kidding. Amazing food literally makes me cry. Anyhow, I just wanted to share my gratitude to the chefs for their committment to creating and sharing amazing food. And to hint that they should open shop in the SF bay area.   It’s average ok food. Nothing special or good that those reviews make it out to be. People here have never had better food then this before. We almost had everything in the menu. The soup of the day which was cauliflower was ok. Caprese Salad was also just ok. Lentil curry, to many spices that it didn’t even make sense and cold. Ceasers Salad, no dressing, but to much cheese. Chickpea burger tasted like you were eating dough and not actually a nice burger also it had no flavor. Penne pasta with cashew sauce and pesto was the only better food. Tofu spirit was bland. We had 2 little kids with us and asked for pasta just with oil no sauce. Guess what it came with a sauce with so much garlic that it was to much even for an adult to consume that much garlic. And they charged the same price for that pasta LOL You don’t just have the wrong order for little kids but even charge 12.90 for that portion. What a joke. I eat vegan food around the world and this is just a wanna be fancy try to be healthy restaurant that don’t take time to make it fresh for you the time you order because it was pre made that it came out that fast.   Absolutely incredible. Probably the best meal and dining experience I've ever had. I had the spirit tofu and it blew my mind, it was astonishing. I couldn't believe how good it was. 200% recommend everyone to try it. And the cheesecake was also very yummy, one of the best desserts I've had in a restaurant.   First off, the food here is very good. However the service is a bit quirky. The whole time I had the feeling of being deliberately ignored by the waitress. When I entered the restaurant, she just looked at me and turned away to the counter completely bored. When I asked her about the table, she said I can take any table I want. She forgot to mention that they have the digital menu only. Luckily I have noticed a QR code at the table. The internet connection inside the restaurant is not great, so having a digital menu only is a strange choice indeed. Another waiter brought a lemonade a couple of minutes later, which I did not order. Apparently the lemonade was meant for another table and it was a genuine mistake. Though it reminded me of the times when Portuguese restaurants tricked poor tourists into unwanted starters. Taking off 1 star for the service, otherwise it would be a solid 5 stars.   A very small vegan restaurant found in the heart of Lisbon . Ingredients were fresh. The penne with almond and pesto sauce was exquisite. The bean burger with rice and salad was delicious.   My first time dining at Organi Chiado. I will be back again. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I was there for lunch and ordered the curry lentils entree. It was a beautiful and flavorful presentation with cinnamon sticks and lime in the curried lentils, adding just the right amount of spice and tartness. The sliced and baked sweet potatoes were plated with a sweet, perhaps balsamic, drizzle which really complemented the lentils. There was also a colorful salad with mixed greens and purple cabbage and sprinkled with a few pomegranate arils for sweet and crunchy. A serving of seasoned rice also accompanied the entree. Tastes and texture were excellent. I was impressed with the entree so I ordered their vegan chocolate cake. Mostly, I wanted to compare their vegan chocolate cake with my version. Cake to cake, Organi Chiado’s was better than mine, they managed a light and fluffy cake. Frosting to frosting, theirs and mine are rich and chocolaty and hard to imagine they are vegan…both are winners. The servers were attentive and efficient and friendly.   Delightful organic vegan restaurant located in the heart of Lisbon! Food***** This place earned a very RARE 5 stars from us for its food! The Rice bread is recommended and wow is it delicious!! We ordered the Risotto and the Veggie Chili. The veggie chili was a knockout, home run, and all the sides complimented it so well—the apples with the delicious sauce and cashews, the fresh side salad with balsamic and pomegranate and delicious rice. The Risotto was great (not as amazing as the chili) but tasted wonderful and was garnished w/ nutritional yeast and had portobello mushrooms. We got every food group in this dinner! We also got a Pina Colada that was so delicious and so fresh! Atmosphere**** Great setting with several tables inside and a good amount outside. The lighting was not too bright and just the right setting. There is parking nearby and on the street. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the limited space inside but we can’t really fault them for that! Service**** Quick, friendly, and the waiter was prompt to our table.   I’m everything but a vegan, yet I absolutely loved the food here. Quality ingredients, prepared with care and dedication, leading to very tasty flavours. They change the menu everyday, but if you get to pick the Thai tofu, bean-based veggie burger, or the seitan in mustard sauce, all of them are exquisite. For dessert, the pecan tart with ice cream is lush. Even the artisanal beer choice was top-notch. Last but not least, the service was excellent.   Conveniently located near the central Lisbon area, this place is definitely a must try for vegetarians and health conscious persons. Menu is not big but everything tastes great. The 'pate' trio is a creative appetizer made of olives, avocado and something I do not remember. Great to go with toasts. Smoothies are huge. Cannot imagine how people can finish them AND eat extra. The main dishes come in a generous size that three girls can order two dishes and drinks. The tempehs are marinated well and give a rich flavor that meat eaters won't complain. Accompanied with veggis, freshly fried chips or rice so that they make a very balanced diet. Their curries are excellent and I cannot tell which is better.   Let me explain .... the food was ok , the plate was full but it felt like the main dish was lacking of amount the plate was filled more with the rest. The “chips” were not crispy but a bit moist. The sangria was sweet but no alcohol was felt , tasted like a juice. Service was really good but the food was just ok . Its not bad only mediocre. Prices were a bit high than what you expecting 10 eur for a plate.   Lovely place with nice staff, while the highlight of this place is in its local and fresh ingredients - while this mean, that menu is changing, but there are always at least three main courses, soup, side dishes and desserts. And all vegan!   What a great spot! Very delicious food and friendly staff. We had a smooth carrot soup, some very tasty plates and an incredible berries tart. The flavors were awesome! I really recommend this place for those who want to eat healthy and fresh or make a little detox stop from all the heavy food that Lisbon offers. (Traduzido pelo Google) Que ótimo lugar!   Hidden gem! Amazing gluten free options! I stumbled across this place one day and it was so fantastic that I went back for a second day in a row. The food is exceptional and the service is very friendly. On the first day I had the daily soup to start and then a magnificent fish plate for main, with a delicious Portuguese white wine too. Second day I had again the soup (which was different to the day before and also very delicious) and an octopus dish for main. Vegans note, they always have a vegan starter and main too. No segundo dia comi novamente a sopa (que estava diferente da do dia anterior e também muito deliciosa) e um prato de polvo como prato principal. Nota para os veganos, eles sempre têm entrada e prato principal veganos também. Não poderia recomendar este lugar o suficiente!
