This McDonald's location is probably the most classy and nicest location that I've ever been to. There is an option to order by yourself via a screen or go to the side with a cashier.   A must-see while in Porto, especially since it's called the world's most beautiful McDonald's. The facade is grand, and there are security guards at the front door.   Arguably the most visually appealing McDonalds and the most beautiful McDonalds in the world (allegedly). I went here while walking along the streets of Porto. The interior is very impressive and surreal but it was chaotic. There were no chairs available and the customers were queueing on the tills. It was absolutely packed and too noisy so I hd to go out. Maybe because it was a rush hour so I said I’m gonna come back tomorrow for breakfast. I came back the next day. Thankfully it was not as busy as the night before. I checked the breakfast menu and to my surprise, they only had one mcmuffin to choose from. The rest were burgers and nuggets so I went out disappointed.   As someone who enjoys fast food experience perhaps once per month, I'd say this is one of my best experiences at a Mac. The food is not overly salty. The place is clean and gives off nice vibes (pick the basement level if you have a bigger group or want a quieter environment). Props to the staff. They remembered our order of ice cream to be served later (perhaps as Asians we stand out more). I do want to suggest to have signages showing the toilet can only be entered with a pass code. I've seen many guests who were annoyed that they can't enter. But there was a staff who kindly opened for all who asked with a smile, despite her being tired and all (she deserves a raise, the lady with medium blonde hair). Oh. Fans of ice cream, do try the snickers mcflurry. Mini versions, which are adorable, are served too.   I felt the look of this place is a bit over-hyped. It's nicer than any of the other McDonald's I've been to but I wouldn't make it a destination spot. My GF wanted to come and she felt the same way. Being from LA, I do think prices are better here, the food was good and it was cool being able to order a beer at McDonald's. The only issue I had was that they forgot to give me my orange juice and I had to speak to a few workers about it because they didn't speak Spanish.   One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t be fooled by the fancier than usual interior. Asked for no pickles on a cheeseburger (as my GF’s allergic) but they put a “no pickle” label on a burger that was already sitting there. She bit into it and discovered it still had pickles. We ordered chicken nuggets which they never put into the bag. We ordered a garlic dip which they never put into the bag. Lastly, I ordered chicken selects which are advertised as coming with x3 and there were only x2 in the bag. The staff are a bunch of children who are all too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to the orders which people have paid for.   The most beautiful McDonalds with the dirtiest customers! The art in this McDonald's is astounding considering it is McDonalds! I have been to fancy restaurants that pale in comparison. But non of this glitz covers up how badly the tourists treat this establishment. I witnessed customers throwing trash in the floor and leaving piles of trash at their table when trash cans were clearly visible. The management should do front these people.   After experiencing McDonalds in Paris, I am extremely impressed at how efficiently the staff at this busy location handled the crowd. Came on a busy Saturday afternoon and almost all tables inside AND out are full. Yet the staff there kept an extremely efficient line from the kitchen all the way to the two employees in front of the counter handing food to customers. I was ready to wait for at least 10 min after seeing the crowd there, but surprisingly got my order within 5! Also saw two other staff on both the ground floor and the basement floor constantly wiping down tables and taking out trash to keep the place as clean as possible. Kudos to the staff and management team at this location! Food was standard McDonalds fare. Surprised at all the different McFlurry flavours. And of course, as lots of people have mentioned, the architectural details on the ground floor was stunning! Definitely drop by if you are in the neighborhood!   It's a fancy McDonald's, appropriate for the ancient city of Porto so aesthetically it's quite pretty inside, Its downfall is all the medaling tourists blocking up the entrance to snap a few photographs and half the time they don't even buy any food which is super annoying. There is also a person with a trained falcon on their arm at the McDonald's everytime I've been there or passed which I personally don't feel comfortable having right next to me while I'm in the restaurant and eating my food as I have a phobia for birds and it's generally something that shouldn't be in a restaurant otherwise they may as well let people bring the dogs and cats and rats inside to.   Nice looking McDonald's I've been to around the world. Very elegant and clean. Service is set up really nice and it has downstairs and outside seating for extra guests. I didn't like how the bathrooms were locked with a pass code. I was told by a nice customer it's on my receipt. I would have never thought to look there. They should at least let customers who are staying know about the bathrooms just in case. There was a pretty long females bathroom line because I knew they didn't know like me either.   This MC Donalds is pretty stunning Art Deco Style place. The Atmosphere is stunning and the staff very helpful and Customer Service orientated. The two BigMacs I has with fries and ZeroCoke was excellent as per McDonalds Standards. Its located in da hearth of Porto and many Busconnections leads to this place. They did a good job of integrating the branding with the original architecture and feel.   No one would believe this is a McDonald's!!!! Probably one of the most beautiful McDonald in the world! This building is filled with history and the architecture of the beautiful facade is the perfect example of it. The staff seems to handle the costumer flow quite nicely which doesn't always happen in busy fast food restaurants ironically enough. Had some problems with the machines but they were fast and efficient solving it always having a smile on their faces and a polite tone of voice which was super welcome on my part. The outdoor sitting had a nice view of Oporto big avenue and was fairly clean as well! (Traduzido pelo Google) Ninguém acreditaria que isto é um McDonald's!!!!
