  I went with my wife for a drink as we have been to many Hard Rock Cafes around the world and they have all been lively, friendly and great Pina Coladas. So we tried ‘the Porto branch, the bar was dead no atmosphere and the bar maid was miserable and had no idea how to make a cocktail, now I know why no one was there. Very disappointing.   The place is good, but not laptop friendly at all. Tho I asked at the entrance that I need to spend some time with my laptop. They pushed me outside three times "Do you want something more?" almost right after I finish the previous order, so American and so hate it.   Really great place to get a Hard rock fix. The staff are really fab. Loved the music and drinks we had. The food looked like the usual fare that is served up, large everything! It's not too big and not as loud as some of the HR cafes I've been too, but we had a great evening, so if you're a Hard Rock fan be sure to check it out.   Service was very good. Food was average. Atmosphere and decor is pretty standard to all Hard Rock Cafes around the world. The only very big downside is this place is wildly overpriced, even for a tourist establishment. The drinks and food are very expensive. The outrageous pricing makes this a place to avoid. Just buy your souvenir glass and get food and drinks elsewhere. We literally had three entrees at a local restaurant for the price of one entree at Hard Rock.   The food is what you would expect at any hard Rock Cafe. Ruben gave excellent service and you can tell that he enjoys working here with his dancing and singing all along the way. I enjoyed the spicy Diablo Burger and my wife had the Messe chicken sandwich. My burger was tasty although it did need a little bit more jalapeno and thankfully Ruben brought me a different hot sauce that I could use. The chicken sandwich also needed more flavor and I could not give it a five-star rating because it did not look like the photo where the chicken is coming out of the sides. My burger looks like the photographs in the menu that I would give 4 and 1/2 stars only due to the lack of spiciness.   Beautiful Hard Rock property with amazing Staff and delicious food in the heart of Porto Have been at HRC Porto yesterday and it was simply amazing. It‘s a beautiful Hard Rock Cafe in the city centre with 3 floors and a separate Rock Shop. The Cafe is very modern and you can find a lot of nice memorabilia for example from Elvis Presley, Lady Gaga, Slipknot, KISS, Billy Joel, David Bowie and many more. The Rock Shop has a wide selection of merchandise. There are lot of different Shirts, Pins, glassware and magnets. So if you are a collector, you‘ll find enough stuff and souvenirs here for sure. Our food was very delicious. We ordered a Messi Hamburger and Mac & Cheese with Garlic Bread. The Staff was very friendly and true Hard Rockers. You really recognize they love their jobs and talk a lot to the customers. All in all it was a great visit and I really recommend all people visiting the city to go to the HRC Porto!   A Hard Rock Cafe that plays absolutely no hard rock, and instead plays Ed Sheeran, Justin Timberlake, Seal, Spice Girls, Culture Club, Carly Rae Jepsen and a one point a christmas song (in October), gets a thumbs down from me. Whilst the waiting staff did their best, the decor was awful and the atmosphere was non existent. If you want a proper show, head down to the riverside for the buskers, they were playing much better rock music.   I'd never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before and will not go again. I don't know what to say about this place other than that it's horrendous. The tupelo chicken tenders were inedible. Then the beer choice on offer was poor and tasted the same. Then the actual cafe itself is in dire need of some upgrading or something as it doesn't look like any thought has gone into how it should look. Having lots of memorabilia around arouses interest for a while but it doesn't wet lips or fill stomachs. It just seems that this place has been plonked here as afterthought.   This must be the worst hard rock I've ever been. The wait staff was great. I was really craving fried chicken, so I got the chicken tenders and they're surely the worst I've had. Absolutely no seasoning of any kind. No salt or pepper, the bater was pretty uneven and weak. The fries were also tasteless. Tiago, my server was really helpful and understanding and provided me with a bunch of seasonings to add on top of my chicken, which helped to make it edible. But, I can't understand how they can serve this. Every other hard rock has been consistent in flavor but this had been absolutely terrible. I can't comment on their other food, but if kitchen thinks this flavor of lack of is OK, I wouldn't trust it at all. Quite a disappointment for this chain.   Everytime I visit a Hard Rock Cafe I have such a good time. The staff is incredibly kind. Our waiter was Ruben, he was so friendly and helpful. We had vouchers for a pre-paid menu and we loved the food. We had the Jumbo Combo which was huge, the plate was almost as big as the table. After that I had the Norwegian Salmon and my partner had the NY Strip Steak, they were tasty and delicious. We had people around us asking us what are the dishes because they looked so good. For drinks we had local beer and some white wine, no complaints over there. Our waiter upgraded our dessert from two small brownies to one big How Fudge Brownie which was delicious and once more people around us started asking us what's the name of the desert so they can order it too. The waiter was useless and didn’t want to bring me a menu and insisted I use the weblink. The drinks never showed up so I left the restaurant. It was terrible and not worthy of the Hardrock badge.   To be fair... Hard Rock was amazing 20 years ago. It is hard to stay relevant in ever changing environments. But, they will have to make some adjustments. The food was very good but wasn't complex enough to garner the prices they were charging. Their prices are for the environment but the environment hasn't changed in a very long time. The brightest star shining at the Hard Rock wasn't the memorabilia. It was our server, Kat Vieira. Kat shined brightly with food suggestions, engagement, and just an authentic caring attitude that is hard to find.   Good burgers and good vibes. We stopped here for dinner without a reservation on a Friday night around 7:00pm and were seated immediately. I don’t know if we were lucky, but it seemed like there were quite a few open tables. The staff was great, which is pretty standard for Hard Rock Cafes. We had two entrees, two beers, and still water, and the total was about €42. Not too bad for a touristy location, but kind of expensive for a burger and some man ‘n cheese. The burger (Spicy Diablo) was exactly what I was hoping for. The smash-style patties were really flavorful and the the pickled jalapeños had a decent amount of heat. The grilled chicken that comes with the Twisted Mac ‘n Cheese was very, very dry. It was a task just to chew the chicken slices, but fortunately the mac ‘n cheese was pretty good and overshadowed the chicken jerky. Lots of construction going on around the area, as the city is expanding the metro apparently. Might be a little difficult to walk/drive to if you aren’t familiar with the area.   Visited the HRC Porto last night for dinner and it was a bad experience. I had the chicken burger which from the first bite seemed really tough to eat. I spoke to the waitress who agreed it didn’t look right so took it back to the kitchen. She returned about 5 minutes later to very casually advise that it was actually still frozen inside so they would make me another. Safe to say my appetite was gone so I politely declined. The manager came over to say that meal would be taken off our bill. I left feeling hungry and disappointed. Didn’t even purchase any HRC memorabilia as I would rather forget I went there. The venue has very little memorabilia and is furnished in a very basic cafe style . It wasn't a special event destination like many HRs. Even the bar is small with hardly any cocktails listed.   After a couple of average meals in Porto, we decided to try to find our banker, who never lets us down. When we arrived, we were met by several steps up to the entrance, something my wheelchair could not negotiate but hey, this is Hard Rock Cafe. Within moments someone appeared and led me & my party to a side door to let us in. They had a lift to the 2nd floor. We were met by Katia, a friendly young lady who introduced herself and told us everything we needed to know about the menu and the various celebrity items around the Cafe. Their beer range is impressive: 8 different beers (Superbock, Heineken, Bohemia, Pomar cider, Guinness etc) - and the best part, they're all on tap! As for the vibe.. It's lively! Awesome music and decor from your favourite rock bands and music legends. They have their own "music channel" playing on the screens and it's a great mix of eclectic hits.   I never complain but the manger and waiter here were top class. Offered me my meal for free which I refused but they couldn't have been nicer. The young manager told me how he'd had a bad day and was so nice when I told him I wasn't after a discount but wanted him to know what a fantastic job he was doing.   Our 55th Hard Rock Cafe! And one of the best experiences we’ve had at any of the Hard Rocks we’ve been to! Kat looked after us and not only provided a great service but her and the rest of the team really made a big fuss of our 9 month old Rupert. The food as well was fantastic and it was great to try the new menu. Being a big fan of the legendary burger, I today opted for the moving mountain burger which is meat free.   This is my second visit to HRC, first to Porto's. We were waiting for 30~40 mins, yet we were informed ahead. Once we set and ordered, the orders took less time than expected which is a huge positive point. Our host Castro was a nice guy and a great server, the burger was yummi but salad was kind of normal. The atmosphere is loud and full of things like clothing, guitars and things belong to celebrities. Their shop was small, and quality of their t-shirt is look cheap. After all, i liked this visit.   Super experience. Almost felt as if we were in America for a bit. Our server Miguel spoke excellent English and made sure that we were doing fine. Portions are also American style here, which meant that not all deserts were finished. At a certain point even the manager came by to ask if all was good while making sure he was available if needed.   I cannot say enough about this amazing place. The food was second to none. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The decor is spectacular. The ambiance is amazing. We were there late at night with a 3 year old who was up and dancing, thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We ordered a starter platter which 2 of us shared and l cannot fault one thing. Each bite was more tasty than the last. We also ordered burgers that were out of this world. The parmesan chips were a whole new experience on their own. They have a full kiddies menu as well which is wonderful. I had a fantastic cocktail, cannot recall the name but it was tequila, cointreau and lemon juice. It was full of flavour, the fries were fresh. My friends ordered a platter of mixed tapas for a appetizer, and couldn't finnish it. The portions are big. The staff are full of energy and welcoming. There can be a wait if its busy. We were there out of season and had a 20min wait. If you really cant wait don't go.   Nice Hardrock café, very friendly staff. They have a nice collection inside and as all Hardrock bars, it's nice decorated. The food + drinks are a bit pricy, but we enjoyed our food. The ribs and chicken (duo combo) were delicious. If you take a Coke, you get some free refills. I recommend this place to enjoy a lunch or dinner.   Best place for a nice, big and expensive hamburguer, but sadly cold. The “ atomic” is hoooot and delicious. Salads are not a good option here... IMHO. Sometimes gets crowded and the service is slow, but they are always welcoming and nice. From time to time, it’s a pleasure.   My 11th international Hard Rock Cafe and it’s great to see consistency across the brand. The Porto location has multiple levels, each presenting a slightly different look and feel. The inside feels very modern and upscale. The attention of the waitstaff was awesome and the drinks were pour’ed appropriately. Also, good wifi. I didn’t give it a 5-star because a couple of members of the wait staff was having a little too much fun, with one jumping on the other’s back and riding it for several minutes in front of and behind the bar. I was the only patron so maybe they felt this was ok to do; or maybe this is just normal and acceptable activity at this location. Eu era o único patrono, então talvez eles achassem que não havia problema em fazer isso; ou talvez esta seja apenas uma atividade normal e aceitável neste local.

  It's Hard Rock, you will have the same experience you get at all of them. Staff was super polite and accommodating, but service was a bit slow. The food is tasty and the cocktails are fun.
