  Lovely little place to eat - lovely staff, great food, banging margaritas! I had the mango and chilli margarita which I’d highly recommend. Simple menu but all really well made with fresh ingredients. The guacamole was one of the best I’ve ever tasted! The big plus for me was how accommodating the waiter was. I have food allergies and a limited diet and they were quick to recommend something I could eat. Big up to Filipa who is now managing it, makes awesome suggestions, definitely have the coffee cocktail for dessert!! and the "flavored" margaritas, red fruits, passion fruit, all of them off the hook. The ceviches are to die for, get there early or they'll end, and try the tostadas, absolute killers!   Paco Bigotes is a Mexican restaurant beside the Sao Pedro do Estoril station. When we arrived we had to wait for around 30 minutes for a table. During this wait we were able to sit in their partnered bar just down the road. When our table was ready we could bring our drinks with us which was very handy. The food we ordered was fantastic. The nachos and guacamole were vegan and the guacamole was extremely fresh and zesty. The Vegan 'meat' taco uses seitan and is delicious. I was uncertain about pineapple in a taco but combining this with the homemade hot sauce was absolutely class. I ate two portions of them and I would advise this for anyone with a big appetite. We also shared the vegan avocado and lime cheesecake which was definitely something different! The flavour really grew on me the more of it I ate. The drinks menu was quite expensive and I found the mango and chilli margarita super tasty and was the perfect mix between a strong drink and a punchy flavour. The restaurant was busy but our server Tomas was very helpful and attentive. Even giving us a round of tequila and a takeaway of their homemade hot sauce (which is absolutely awesome by the way). As it is not possible to book we knew we would need to wait, which we did but Filipa kept us happy with her great communication skills, beer and snacks.   I m Mexican and I'm giving my review according to what I know and my taste. We had queso fundido, very nice. Tostada de atún, well served tostada with enough tuna for two people. Enchiladas were tasty, not too spicy but savoury. Tacos de birria, the meat was good and similar taste to what you would have in Mexico. But in my opinion too much cheese. There should be a choice. Tacos gobernador, very nice but the same issue with the cheese. We also had the ceviche tropical. I was expecting a Mexican ceviche, but the taste is completely different. With milk and mango. It was sour. I was disappointed and couldn't eat it. It is a personal opinion of course, but I was expecting a Mexican ceviche in a Mexican restaurant, that's all. I had a margarita, average. We talked to the waitress about the ceviche and she was so kind to check and offer us some churros. Churros are a big portion, very nice! But it was a pity they don't serve them with real cajeta. Very nice idea serving them in a molcajete! All in all it is a nice Mexican restaurant for the area. I would come back for some enchiladas and tacos gobernador. Estava azedo. Fiquei decepcionado e não consegui comer. É uma opinião pessoal, claro, mas esperava um ceviche mexicano num restaurante mexicano, só isso. Eu tomei uma margarita, média. Conversamos com a garçonete sobre o ceviche e ela teve a gentileza de verificar e nos oferecer alguns churros. Os churros são uma porção grande, muito gostosos! Mas foi uma pena não servirem cajeta de verdade. Muito boa ideia servi-los num molcajete! Em suma, é um bom restaurante mexicano para a região.   Great atmosphere, with lots of young people! Good cocktails, friendly staff and tasty Mexican food. The Price is good, considering the location and the quality of the food/service. Great place to go with a group of friends for dinner or a drink. There are tables outside, and a large TV inside where you can watch football/sports. We went on a Wednesday night at 9:45 pm, it was full but they quickly provided us with a table, it was a bit hot inside and a little noisy, so it may not be the ideal place for a relaxed chat indoors. We paid €50 for 2 people, €23 corresponding to 4 cocktails, so the food came at a very nice price, despite being a modest amount for those who eat well like myself. If you're in Lisbon, take the train to Cascais and if you feel of having something different and a little bit spicy go to Paco Bigotes! I've been living for a few months in Lisbon, and for sure I can say that Paco Bigotes is the place that I go when I feel homesick. It's a small place, but with a lot of charm with an amazing "Mural" in one of their outside walls, also all the decorations and and music, makes you feel like home. But this is not just for Mexicans, the food is amazing, the presentation, portion and flavor are very good! Just keep in mind that since the place is soo good try to arrive early to grab a table.   Amazing food with quick and attentive service. We stayed in Cascais on holiday and drove but could have easily taken the train as it’s right next to the line. We went on a Friday night and were able to get an outside table right away. The atmosphere is relaxed and has a cool hip vibe. So the food...we tried several appetizers and different tacos and they were awesome. The homemade “Mexican style” recipes were delicious.   Poor service. We were told to wait for 15 mins but after 45 mins there was no communication. We were told we were third in line but saw atleast five tables being filled in front of us.   He went for lunch and it was amazing. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Lisbon. The recommendations from the staff were spot on! The food looked and tasted amazing (sorry for the lack of photos but we could resist the food and started eating straight away!). I would definitely recommend the guacamole and the melted cheese for an entree. The tacos are great and even the deserts were worth it. Definitely a restaurant that I will gladly go again.   Tasty and simple is how I'd describe the food you can get from Paco Bigotes. The staff is nice and they try to help with everything though the service is not that fast. The margarittas are not amazing also being too expensive the quality of the product. I'd would say you have to spend around 15 euros per person to have a decent meal and that's a fair price.   Truly a memorable and unforgettable experience! The food was fenomenal. We tried the nachos, sweet potato tacos, fish tacos, shrimp tacos and the pork tacos and they were all so tasty! Our favorite was definitely the shrimp tacos but every single dish is the perfect combination of flavours. When in comes to drinks, they have a wide selection of tequilas (good ones) and their margaritas are on point. The service was also amazing even though they were really busy, they still took good care of us and welcomed us with a smile. It was so nice to meet Luana and the rest of the team. Missing a star because we asked for chicken in the quesdailla and they said they couldn't because it wasn't authentic Mexican.   Paco Bigotes and Pistola y Corazon are the only two true Mexican restaurants in the great Lisbon area. Everything else is, in my opinion, tourist traps. Having lived in San Diego for many years with access to amazing Mexican food (and how I've been missing it since I came back home) I can safely say my quest for true Mexican food is finally over. Highly recommend the Taco Gobernador. Congratulations guys and I wish you all the success in the world.
