  This would be a great find for anyone looking for great Mexican food and top service in Lisbon. The style and quality of the food is excellent and the family who run the restaurant care deeply about its customers and the level of service they provide. Every dish was absolutely delicious and we shared among my wife, son and myself, so we all agreed. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the district, as it is not far from the waterfront but far enough to be out of the most touristic areas.   Our favourite place for food in Lisbon and the best place for Mexican food we’ve ever had and very affordable. We visited here with a family of five on two separate occasions in 3 days. Both times the food and drinks were soo tasty; we highly recommend the mojitos (very cheap), nachos (soo good and fresh), beef burrito, enchilada and fajitas. The churros and chimichanga were also very good. The service given by the two people there was very friendly, attentive and quick. Finally the interior design is really nice and cozy as well. As you can tell from this review, a very lovely experience and you will not be disappointed going here.   Food was pretty good. Had the pork burrito and guacamole & chips. But there was something that happened that I didn't think was very clean. I ordered a lemonade and the lime garnish fell onto the serving tray. The waiter picked it up with his fingers and then put it back on my glass. I can't imagine the last time that serving tray was properly disinfected etc. Also, the lemonade wasn't freshly squeezed lemonade. It just tasted like margarita mix or something without the alcohol.   Staff was excellent. Started with classic margaritas, chips and guac. Drinks were very tasty. Salted rims had a hint of heat as well which was a welcomed surprise. Chips were crisp and guac was fresh and delicious. Wife got shrimp tacos, I went with the barbarcoa burrito. Both were excellent and the presentation was top notch! Barbacoa was tender with just a hint of sweetness, which was a nice twist. Want heat? Add a little of the pepper sauce but be careful if you’re heat sensitive because it is spicy 😂 There aren’t an abundance of restaurants that serve mexican cuisine in Lisbon, at least from my experience, so it’s great to know this one’s great.   The food here is a hybrid of Indian food (probably made in the Indian restaurant next door) and Mexican concept. My burrito was a biryani wrapped in a tortilla and prawn tacos a sweet prawn and tomato curry in flour tacos. Very disappointing. Only the taco chips were amazing!   We were craving Mexican food while visiting Lisbon, and this restaurant really delivered a great Mexican meal. Their chips and salsa and chips and guacamole were quite good, although a bit expensive at about €8.50 for each. Still, we enjoyed them.   I had high hopes given the reviews but the food was a disappointment. The staff were friendly and hard working (id say they are under staffed). But the prawn tacos were not good at all, guacamole super small portion and i couldnt eat the beef taco. The margarita was nice, but that's all. Sadly this is tex mex, and not a great one. Sorry !   Tried out this restaurant based off Google reviews and it did not disappoint. My partner and I ordered the chicken burrito and chicken enchilada, both were amazing. Drink was a Piña colada (sadly there was only the pineapple option available out of pineapple, banana and strawberry (yes I know traditional is pineapple but I wanted to see how they would pull off a banana one) as well as a strawberry margarita. Both tasted great. I gave a 1 star for atmosphere as there needs to be louder authentic music and decorations as it does not feel like Mexico at all. Would highly recommend this restaurant.   EDIT: Reply to owner's feedback We know how to behave in decent places and it's rude to say such things to the customers, seems you are not professional enough to handle complaints even. The mistake was to charge me for this imitation of sangria. I will make sure to post my feedback on every single online channel. Thank you and good luck. ----- Wrong recipes. For example they prepare sangria without wine - they put very sweet, not natural, cheapest orange juice instead and then add tequila, rum and whiskey. Plus fruit peels (looked like eaten fruits). As a result horrible chemical taste. Michelado we refused to drink and pay as it was already looking wrong. They charged us 14 euro for this "sangria", i would not charge for this after such complaints, they are fooling customers. The waitress was rude as she was shouting at us when we complained about "sangria". I'm wondering how do they get such high rating on google, probably fake reviews. Never go there, it's a touristic trap.   Great food and great service! My son and I had a craving for tacos and fajitas while visiting Lisbon and found this place. We came around lunchtime and the service was wonderful. The servers were attentive and cheerful. The guacamole was so good! The chicken fajitas were flavorful with a rich chipotle sauce on top with lots of condiments. Then chased down the street because they didn't inform me to add a tax.every other restraint had tax listed with item, not after bill totaled.   As we walked in and asked to sit at another 4 person table,. We sat at a table right next to the kitchen. When placing the order, one of the 4 guests asked to pour the enchilada sauce on top of there burrito. The waitress/manager said they don't do that. The cost of the meal was pricey at 16 euros but restaurants are all pretty pricey. I would have left no tip, but many wait staff rely on the tips for their income. They had no salsa for the chips that was a separate order. For the salsa, they gave us tomato and onions with some vinegar poured on top. The chips were tasty but very small in portion. The food we ordered was delicious but one of the 4 ordered was incorrect. They gave us a burrito instead of enchilada. Tried to justify the order by showing the scribbled tiny sheet of paper that she wrote on. The person said off I can't have enchilada sauce on my burrito, I'll just take an enchilada.   I found the restaurant very average. We had nachos to start which were good and then I had an Enchilada, it was ok nothing very special. The place was crowded and we wait a very long time for the food and drinks, looked like they were very understaffed. It was also a very hot day and we had dinner inside, it was terrible hot in the restaurant and they said that they could not turn on the aircon. Not a very good experience overall.   Been on the road for 4 months and was looking for some familiar tasty food. A 2 minute walk from us was Taco Locoo, and who doesn't love some good Mexican food. I'm from America, but have lived in Mexico for some time. The food was good - we shared the beef nachos and the mixed fajitas. The nachos were very good - served hot, cheese was perfect, good guacamole, and perfect pico. The fajitas were just okay. The shrimp was overcooked therefore a little chewy, the beef and chicken was tender, but they ruined the dish by pouring some sauce all over the fajitas. If you get the fajitas, perhaps you'd best be served if you asked for no sauce. The service was pretty good, didn't wait too long for our food as we were basically the only ones there. Major complaint was the price. $30 US Dollars for fajitas and nachos! That wouldn't be to bad, but the portion size was miniscule. Bottom line, if you have an urge for Mexican food, try this place, just realize you're not going to get authentic Mexican food and you'll pay mucho pesos!   Great service, unfortunately it's more of an Indian/Mexican fusion. Even the chips are off. The guacamole didn't have a lot of flavor but was probably the most Mexican tasting, despite having one slice of canned jalapeno instead of fresh. The fajitas come out sizzling but have a turmeric flavor to them and include cold black refried beans and a pico de gallo that is mostly onion. The flour tortillas seem store bought and not heated long enough. The shrimp tacos had a semi sweet tomato sauce and for some reason had dry oregano on them. Not sure why they did that.   As Mexican restaurants go (outside of Mexico) this was a really enjoyable experience. The food was freshly prepared, and very very tasty. The staff were a delight, and couldn't do any more to improve service. They clearly have a passion for what they do, which shows. We enjoyed ribs and quesadillas to start, then tacos and enchiladas for the mains. It was almost too much food, but we managed 🤣. We also had a couple of delicious mojitos.   Food is worth the wait. Sushma and Rakhi are hardworking ladies. Given how busy this restaurant gets, they manage to take care of each and every single customer that’s in there. I ate at this joint twice the first time I visited Lisbon, and now I’m here again. I’ll keep coming back every time I visit Lisbon in the future. I highly recommend their classic nachos, chicken fajitas, quesadilla, and don’t forget to order the hot sauce, only if you like and can handle some really spicy sauce to go with your meal.   I highly recommend this place if you are craving Mexican food. The wait is SO worth it and the servers are so so nice and super hardworking. Please don’t yell at them or leave a bad review since it is only two girls working the floor.   Ordered beef taco, but we received chicken. We didn't complain since we were so hungry. But it was still sosososo good. On the weekend they get quiet busy and booking might be necessary. We ordered hard shell taco, slow cooked pork britto, chicken enchiladas. I liked how the main dishes were served with guacamole and sour creams.   Bad customer experience and average food! When we got there there was no table outside so we decided to take away some burritos. The waiter said it will take around 15-20 minutes. Then people started to come waiting outside foe a table. After 30 minutes I asked about my food and he said in 2-3 minutes. I got this answer every time I was asking and then he switched to:" it's on its way". 55 minutes later I went and told to the waitress (because the waiter was completely lost) if I don't get my burritos I want my money back. So she finally brought them. Other people were waiting outside and inside tables were being empty one by one but no one was inviting those waiting outside, in. The 2 waiters were overwhelmed for sure. The owner must think hiring another one at least or train them properly to know when they cannot handle it. The burritos were okayish.
